Their customer service for the ticket change and the phone calls made before hand where they promised to hold our tickets, were so disappointing, it was like dealing with any US based airline. We had to take an extra day off from work and leave on July 12. Our flight back home from Cyprus July 28, was changed to 5:00am from 11:25am. Therefore we had to get a taxi at 2:00am for the airport. Instead of trying to make it up to us by giving us at least good seats, they punished us further and gave us the worst seats possible. That showed no curtesy whatsoever. Very disappointed:( I thought Swiss Air had higher standards than that."

However, the lady in front of me managed to drop her seat backwards into my lap. needless to say, It wasn't much fun riding for 9 1/2 hours on an international flight sandwiched between these two. Even ONE MORE INCH could have made somewhat of a difference for both of us tall guys. Maybe the FAA should increase minimum distance between seats by decree, especially for flight duration over a certain time."

Positiv: "Da dies mein Anschlussflug war würde ich direkt auf den richtigen Weg zum richtigen Gate verwiesen und hatte daher auch keine Probleme beim Boarding. Im Flugzeug gab es bei 10h Flugzeit (nachts) zwei große Mahlzeiten die tatsächlich sehr lecker waren. Es gab eine riesige Auswahl an bekannten Filmen und Serien was mich sehr begeistert hat. Decken/Kissen/Kopfhörer ebenfalls sehr angenehm"
Positiv: "Der Flug hatte 30 min Verspätung, da aber alles glatt geregelt wurde und ich dann direkt zum Anschlussflug konnte, hatte ich keinerlei Probleme. Verpflegung war großartig, man hat sich auch leicht zurecht gefunden."
Negativ: "TAP charge us for baggage extra $189 they said was not include in price.a lot of people was upset include us .we never will fly this line again.I will report for local News in Miami that airline is scam."
Positiv: "One of the best services on a shorthaul flight in business class! What impressed me the most: the flight attendants were incredibly attentive and so kind - took time to chat with us etc. Besides that excellent service. I didn’t even miss personal screens, and that says a lot!"
Negativ: "The flight attendants didn't come around with anything to drink, except with meals. All international flights I have been on offer multiple drinks through the flight. They charged $80 for a suitcase. This was not a discounted ticket."

They had us line up over an hour before we could actually board the plane. People are so irritable that a shouting fight broke out in the process. The screens on the back of the seats work inconsistently. No wifi. And this was on the Dreamliner! not the worst flight I’ve been on but negatives definitely outweighs positives."

Negativ: "The Boeing 737-800 over Europe was okay but it over crowded. From Casablanca to Amsterdam flight, The crew did not let me carry my hand luggage inside the aircraft whereas, there were other Moroccans who they did not stop with bigger hand luggage which should be inside the plane. The weird Arabic music during on board and off boarding has to stop- so annoying and ear piercing. Entertainment has to be improved significantly- ask their entertainment content provider to do a better job on the music, movies and other things. They discriminate other religion by not providing Bible, Gita and Tripitaka as a notion firm the content but the have Holy Quran as an option, more wine options, liquor has to be included as an option and the last but not the least, Royal Maroc needs to provide better lodging for transit passengers. Hotel Relax is a substantially low standard hotel with bad service and food. I saw nothing but lazy employees walking around doing nothing. Also my room had no towel whatsoever and it took me 11 hours to get my towel- go figure."

Negativ: "This airline needs to reexamine its practices toward pregnant passengers. In addition to a high level of confusion and duplication around the release of liability forms I had to sign, there were also some unfortunate attempts by a (male) flight attendant to place a blanket between my pelvis and the seatbelt. No doubt these attempts were well intentioned, but it made me very uncomfortable. In the future, asking passengers if they would like a blanket for this purpose would be a much better practice."

Negativ: "The flight was delayed by 6 hours with no explanation. There is zero organization or efficiency. Never taking this airline again."
Negativ: "My flight was put on standby, so I couldn't check in using the machine. When I went to the Air Morac counter to check in, they refused to listen to what the problem is. First person told me my ticket is not business class, without even hearing out what the problem is. Second person told me to go to another counter. When I went there, the third person told me they only process passengers flying to Russia, again refusing to listen to what I have to say, and then direct me back to the second person. After that, second person confirmed that the 3rd person is responsible. So I went back, the third person finally decided to listen and told me to wait for their supervisor. I stood there for 40 minutes. The whole thing is extremely unprofessional."

Long security lines at Casablanca, the food was mostly bread and carbs-very little protein or vegetables, entertainment system was broken the entire flight, flight attendants rude and do not respond to call lights. My seat in the back was broken. Casablanca airport was stuffy and congested. People were smoking in the building."

Negativ: "No organized boarding, they allowed passengers to just push their way through without any line. It was a really old, small plane, didn't have any entertainment whatsoever; the food was ok but handling was quiet unhygienic. The bread was not individually wrapped nor was there a thong to pick up bread with so they allowed passengers to put their hands in the basket to get bread and you could see passengers touching more than one bread then selecting one. Most of the crew had the most sour expression on their faces. Clearly didn't want to be of service to anyone. I had a very very bad experience with RAM several years back flying from Dakar to Casablanca and was horrified how rude the crew was to passengers. I was hoping things had improved, sadly not. There is a huge difference in how they treat passengers on flights in Africa and those to the US. Very disappointed. But at least the plane landed safe."
Negativ: "We came to the airport as usual(not in advance but on time), then they told us the plane has been full. They oversold ticket for like 20 and over 15 passengers can't assess to the plane. The staffs don't speak good English and their attitude are very passive. What is more? They don't even apologize. I had to stay at the hotel they offered for one more day and delayed my work."
