Negativ: It is worth the price we paid for our round trip tickets. We were scrunched in, there are no frills. There is no food unless you want to buy it. Like I said, no frills, but worth the cheap ticket.

Negativ: We were impressed with this airline. Service was prompt, airplane was clean, and staff was friendly.

Positiv: Board on time or at least updates why we are waiting.

Negativ: Communication

Negativ: Didn’t even get to take this flight due to our first EasyJet flight being delayed.

Positiv: Bag check in was great! Had a great experience with the Easy Jet staff. Security was u bit unfriendly.

Negativ: Delays meaning I missed my train in Gatwick and wont be home before 1am. Crew was not exactly nice either

Positiv: It was uneventful and on time

Positiv: The boarding process was easy

Negativ: Some of the crew members were rude and inconsiderate - if you see that someone is sleeping, you don’t stand at their seat and lean on it and shake it while you’re waiting to give the security demo before take off.

Positiv: Liked the time of the flight.

Negativ: It left late.

Negativ: Only thing that could have been better was ginger ale.

Positiv: It was a normal flight with any extra confortable feature.

Negativ: Not delay Treatment in the boarding Gate was ride, asking for visa despite I dont need it.

Negativ: No delay, the same reason was used on our flight out. Had to wait for staff to join this flight, surely they would have know the night before. No hand luggage which would save a great deal of time

Positiv: Seats were super comfortable, bigger than most planes with extra leg room. Food was excellent and fresh, amazing Dutch cheese sampler was divine. No nonsense staff who had all connecting flight info on hand when we arrived in Abu Dhabi. KLM staff were friendly and efficient. Fabulous airline.

Positiv: The crew were welcoming and friendly and once we were able to board it was all very efficient. The pilot then kept us informed about delays and progress at all times.

Negativ: Mykonos Airport is chaotic, our plane was delayed but there was no communication and the information boards were not updated. There are no Easyjet staff members anywhere so you are just left to get on with it. The plane was a small so this meant little leg room - just about okay as a short flight.

Positiv: The crew was very friendly and helpful.

Negativ: The seats were incredibly cramped - felt like the seat back in front of me was right in my face!

Positiv: It's a large company in London so it was easy to navigate at the terminals.

Negativ: It was a budget airline and not bad for a short flight. Nothing special.

Positiv: The crew was excellent, the flight was comfortable however the boarding process was a bit disorganized but I’m pretty sure that was an airport issue

Negativ: I have paid for two luggages inside the plane but when I got to the check in the agent told me i only had paid for one luggage so he forced me to pay for a third luggage or he said I would miss my flight even though i had my receipt with 2 pieces. Terrible customer service

Negativ: Abflug hat sich um 2h verspätet. Die Maschine für den Hinflug war defekt. Kann immer mal passieren.

Negativ: Boarding process was in fact dangerous, with people corralled into small spaces without letting them out on the other end. We felt claustrophobic, crushed, and at one point people were even having to jump over the escalator to the bus loading area because there was too much crowding. Dangerous

Negativ: terrible seats. no tv or chargers.

Positiv: Seat was comfortable. Looked new.

Positiv: MAN-MUC & MUC-CPH via LH. Business class. LH Businesss class is middle seat of 3 is empty and larger amounts of baggage plus you have access to lounges. Both planes flew and arrived reasonably on time, which is what I look for.And I got all the Business Class extras.

Negativ: Security at Manchester was very slow - long enough make me ill from standing in one place too long. But then I was well looked after. The meals on both flights were identical; I don't think it can be a big problem to correct that. I took a long time to get accepted by the WiFi in the two lounges.

Positiv: The seats were comfortable, despite the fact that they didn't recline.

Negativ: We waited in cues repeatedly waiting to board. The check in crew kept separating people into different lines (unknown reasons). We were not told that the plane was late until after departure time. (by then, we had figured it out).

Negativ: Free beverages like every other airline. Not good at all boarding/checking in.

Positiv: Crew was great and very friendly, and helpful. Was in Business class so not much to complain about, although the headphones were not working properly.

Negativ: The boarding area in Lisbon is very congested and disorganized.

Negativ: They don’t even give glass of water in business class. Terrible attention.

Negativ: I really expected more from Austrian airlines.

Positiv: In The Austria my flight was terrible couse the official people didn’t help me I was with my baby I needed help for stroller for suitcase or something else just the guys watched me with they sad face , they didn’t was nice with me !!!

Negativ: I don’t know I was nervous in Austria just I need to tell you for Washington it was the nice trip to Washington from Washington I had just better thiothere

Negativ: Seat spacing is small, to the point that it's impossible to remain in the seat few hours without physical pain in your body

Negativ: Unexpected baggage charges despite only taking carryons

Positiv: Crew were very helpful. I had just had surgery and were very accommodating especially after I was very sick.

Negativ: Better leg room and organisation of the hand luggage in above lockers

Negativ: Once on board, we were told there was going to be a 30 minute delay. It was hot as balls on the plane.

Positiv: From the moment we checked in at Barcelona airport the airport staff were brilliant, my partner and his daughter are on the autism spectrum and struggle with crowds and social behaviour, but the gentleman that escorted us and helped us board could not have been nicer thank you

Negativ: The staff were great but there was a rather large rid group that could have triggered an episode, but after a quiet word with the crew we were again supported a quick exit

Negativ: connecting flight but no entertainment, very cramped space

Positiv: Kind staff. We were served a very healthy snack which was also delicious. Flight was delayed due to fog in Porto but oh well! No big problema.

Negativ: Worst accommodations for baggage on a international flight in my opinion.Pay for a bag is the best advice in my opinion this airline barley lets you bring anything with. Disgusting plane it was so dirty I took a shower after this flight and the amount of dust in the air was visible terrible

Positiv: The crew was fabulous

Negativ: We had a crying baby onboard for the entire flight. I found it difficult to sleep as a result but understand this was outside the control of the airline. A bit more legroom would have been nice but I booked economy so again that was on me.
