Negativ: No clear advice about extra luggage fees In Miami I got help and paid $100 In Madrid, I tried to purchase the extra luggage on line. The website gave me an error. Once at the counter the person helping me there could not help either. I was charged $150 since the purchase was not done on line. I requested a supervisor: denied! My last trip with air Europa!!!

Negativ: They didn’t even give water without charging for it. Water is a basic need The hidden baggage fees. I was informed at checkin that I wasn’t allowed a checked bag from Amsterdam via Madrid to Miami. It is the first time I have ever flown internationally where you don’t get 1 bag at least to check in. The. The fee was €150 one way to check a bag. I feel that the airport should have disclosed more clearly that the fair did not include luggage. I can understand for some short haul flights people can choose to take luggage but international long haul is just heap and dishonest

Negativ: Dinner (entree, salad, shrimp appetizer, roll, and flan) and breakfast (fruit,croissant, roll,meat, cheese) were delicious -- but left us stuffed.Outstanding service. Milk or creme with coffee would have been nice.

Negativ: The Check in people were insanely rude. They made me pay 50 Euro for my carryon. The size was fine but it weighed more than 7 kilo. There was no problem outbound and plenty of people had bigger carryons

Negativ: Passport control in Lisbon was awful and many people missed their flight in spite of them being made aware of the issue.

Positiv: The entertainment choices were good. The hot meal was very good.

Negativ: We would have appreciated water being served between the meals; it was a very long time with nothing.The cold meal was just ok. We paid extra for our seats and were very disappointed at being stuck in the middle where it is difficult to move or get up. It would have been nice to be able to actually

Negativ: The crew at flights run by Iberia were particularly unpleasant. Special those in the flight from Madrid to Miami. Ladies we’re particular rude and aggressive when talking to me and my daughters. Basically as if they were doing us a favor wile doing their work.

Negativ: There was someone that pooped themselves, another that threw up, and the flight attendants were so rude. They kept spraying stuff in the air and even those of us sitting, so much in fact I had an asthma attack and had to use my inhaler. When I told the attendant, she said "theres nothing I can do," and kept spraying the air with this awful spray. The flight harmful to my health, exhausting, and uncomfortable. BEWARE OF THIS AIRLINE! I would have preferred not gone on my trip then fly this airline!

Positiv: Crew were super helpful and friendly. Food was above average for airline food. It was all on schedule. On my return trip - knowing already the confusion with the exit row seat which I explained here, they switched me to the correct exit row without a problem or charge.

Negativ: I tried to book exit row seats online. The seat map would not load, so I called the number suggested. Had a long a confusing conversation with a woman who did not seem to understand what an exit row seat was. I booked seats, but my card was never charged and I received no email confirmation. I tried the website again and this time saw the seat map. Completely misleading. The real exit row is the row IN FRONT of the marked exits on the map. I chose the row which looked like an exit row, and on boarding found that I was in the row behind the exit row. The flight attendant took a photo of my seat map print out, because it was so confusing!!! No wonder the woman I spoke to sounded like she didn't know what she was talking about - she was following the seat map too!

Negativ: Really need to look at a more efficient way to board the passengers. Was pretty chaotic and the gate was way too small for so many people. Feel like the passengers with carry on luggage were thrown to the wolves while those with backpacks were treated way better.

Negativ: Excellent flight, only issue was flight information from Captain was spoken too fast and it was hard to understand what was said...please ask them to slow down their speech on the in flight announcements, cabin staff were fine

Flugverspätung von knapp einer Stunde - 0 Kommunikation. Gate geschlossen -Anzeige auf den Airport-Bildschirmen obwohl Boarding voll in Gange...

Negativ: Für 13 Euro nach Kopenhagen, was will man mehr erwarten? Bin pünktich abgeflogen und pünktlich gelandet.

Negativ: The person at the check in desk could have been more informative and helpful and mostly when we checked in a half empty €40 suitcase, she could have checked the rest of our belongings to make sure it was ok or let us know if we need to change anything. I had to pay €50 later to have my tampons w me.

Negativ: Check in was dismal: I arrived in plenty of time with just three people in front of me in the queue, yet nearly missed my flight because they were all checked-in so slowly. Then when I had the temerity to mention politely that check-in had been very slow, she made no apology and was very rude.
