Negativ: Poor customer support and no response on phone calls when u tried to cancel my return ticket.

Positiv: Literally one of the worst check in experiences I have ever had traveling

Negativ: The person checking me in could have given me a few minutes to help me understand the flight delay

Negativ: The check in desk was late opening & the carry on luggage size was smaller than advertised on their website, so it had to be put in the hold. Open on time to prevent less stress to travelers & give more accurate information about cabin luggage.

Positiv: Nice seats. Only seats with a row of 2, which is what I wanted,

Negativ: Lost a single baggage item, a car seat. Critical for us to leave the airport, and delayed us for over an hour upon arrival. Gave us a loaner car seat that barely fit our child.

Positiv: The crew were very nice, food was tasty, seat comfortable and the entertainment great as well. Will be flying KLM again soon :)

Positiv: I fly for a living sand I’m on airlines all over the world. This little flight was of the worst I have ever been on and I’ll never fly Latam again

Negativ: From the time my ticket was scanned it to 37 mins to board the plan... standing still in line. Caos! A message announces at any time we a happy to serve you water I got up and asked for water and was told wait until the cart comes by my seat. The seats are VERY CLOSE together and my row 22

Positiv: The crew was great but the seat wasn't as comfortable and didn't have much leg room.

Positiv: KLM was a great experience compared to Airitalia. The food was good, the flight attendants were very helpful.

Positiv: Everything was good except for the entertainment consul for one of our seats.

Negativ: One of our entertainment consuls had to be rebooted 4 times and still didn’t work. We gave up asking.

Positiv: The earphones for out two seats only worked intermittently, but the Purser, Lee-Ann handled it professionally and pleasantly. That was the only disappointment in an otherwise pleasant flight

Negativ: In the boarding process one employee very rudemy told me that the cabin wss full a d that I had to send my carry-on as a checked bag, altough I tried to explain her that I had very important personal stuff that I wanted to take with me.

Negativ: Legspace in economy class was probably good back in 1975, but in 2019 not acceptable anymore

Negativ: The food was really bad. I prebooked an AISLE seat and of course I was given the WINDOW!

Positiv: The flight was smooth and on time. The flight crew did everything alright.

Negativ: Connecting flights. All lies, no cooperation. Not a small airport as it takes nearly half an hour to get to Gate E. Too few characters allowed to explain all we went thru.

Positiv: Like the overall KLM experience

Negativ: Food could have had better quality and the stewardess served it all at once versus in the various courses.

Negativ: Airplane so uncomfortable. Food horrible. Not even available for one of us what we ask for on what was offered. Bad taste and not what can be on a that length of time flight.

Negativ: They check for everything in the counter as if it was a low cost airline. If you go a kilo more over your baggage allowance you have to pay 100 eur. And for your cabin luggage you only have 12 kg that they check you twice and they have security staff at the airport specifically check in this.

Positiv: Crew was pleasant but not attentive to detail. Bypassed is completely for snack and drink towards end of 9 hour flight!

Negativ: One of the flights out of three should have been on time. None were. One was cancelled. Two were delayed.

Negativ: Would love to see a usb port at the seat like they have on some Avianca flights.
