Negativ: Carry on baggage size misleading

Positiv: The meals were awesome, flight great!

Negativ: The same as the first flight, although it was a bit better, offering chocolates and a small breakfast, although they didn’t have an alternative to ham or yogurt for people who are not interested in them

Negativ: Some of the crew members were rude and inconsiderate - if you see that someone is sleeping, you don’t stand at their seat and lean on it and shake it while you’re waiting to give the security demo before take off.

Positiv: Crew were friendly

Negativ: My sons car seat was lost in transit therefore didn’t have any seat for him to sit in once landed at Inverness Airport.

Positiv: Baggage drop informed gave us a heads up of extra charges to additional carry on bags if they need to be placed as hold luggage at gate, so we were able to check them at bag drop and save lots of money!

Negativ: AC was not turned on until flight was up in air. That means for 30 minutes passengers were sweating sitting in a suffocating cabin. Crew refused to give Green Tea, saying only available in business class Inflight screen size was very small ...5-6 inches only

Negativ: Had reasonable size carry on and it was frowned upon? Seat was right behind business class and separation curtain just is my laps

Positiv: The crew was amazingly efficient serving food and drink. In the recline position the seat bottom extended which was far more comfortable than simply reclining.

Negativ: The food was mediocre and the selection of movies was very limited.

Negativ: Once on board, we were told there was going to be a 30 minute delay. It was hot as balls on the plane.

Negativ: too many "stops" in the boarding process, even when you have "speedy boarding" - check in at gate - waiting till door opens to go outside in lane - waiting at the end of the lane till boarding commences...

Negativ: 45 min delay , shame ..... always the same problem with Frankfurt airport...

Positiv: The chairs were actually more comfortable than the 777. The cheese bread sandwich they gave us was very tasty.

Negativ: Set quality for Business leaves much to be desired. Feels like sitting in Y with middle seat free.

Positiv: The check in was very good and there were people about to ask if you needed help

Negativ: The plane left 7 hours late. They did not provide information or a satisfactory explanation for the delays. On hour 6 of delay we were still unsure of whether the flight would be cancelled.

Positiv: The check-in, pre-boarding, flight, and arrival were fine. We left a little late, but arrived on time.

Negativ: As expected, the seats did not decline and the spacing between rows was tight. It would be nice to have more room and reclining seats, but that is not the style for this airline.

Positiv: Cheap fare for this short flight. New planes, seats while thin still offer acceptable comfort.

Negativ: Very long walk to the farthest end of terminal for gate and have to walk up the stairs to board plane on the tarmac. Not a single human being to help check in or tag luggage for drop off. Everything’s self service. The check in/luggage drop off counter difficult to find.

Positiv: Reclinable seats.

Negativ: The food!! The lights could be dimmed as it was a night flight.

Negativ: I was seated next to the restroom, which is not a pleasant experience for an international flight.

Positiv: Seats were super comfortable, bigger than most planes with extra leg room. Food was excellent and fresh, amazing Dutch cheese sampler was divine. No nonsense staff who had all connecting flight info on hand when we arrived in Abu Dhabi. KLM staff were friendly and efficient. Fabulous airline.

Negativ: I have paid for two luggages inside the plane but when I got to the check in the agent told me i only had paid for one luggage so he forced me to pay for a third luggage or he said I would miss my flight even though i had my receipt with 2 pieces. Terrible customer service

Positiv: The crew were welcoming and friendly and once we were able to board it was all very efficient. The pilot then kept us informed about delays and progress at all times.

Negativ: Mykonos Airport is chaotic, our plane was delayed but there was no communication and the information boards were not updated. There are no Easyjet staff members anywhere so you are just left to get on with it. The plane was a small so this meant little leg room - just about okay as a short flight.

Negativ: No delay, the same reason was used on our flight out. Had to wait for staff to join this flight, surely they would have know the night before. No hand luggage which would save a great deal of time

Positiv: Crew were very helpful. I had just had surgery and were very accommodating especially after I was very sick.

Negativ: Better leg room and organisation of the hand luggage in above lockers

Positiv: We knew that the gate would close 15-30min early since we traveled to Europe before. We also knew that checkin differs from American standards-you get a few minutes notice to board or get left behind.

Negativ: Warn travelers of exorbitant check bag fees. It's ok to pay 120 euro if you know you brought a lot of clothes for comfort, but if it's a surprise expense, not so fun.

Negativ: Boarding - why do EasyJet put you through the boarding gate only to then have you queueing on a staircase or air bridge? They do this every time, so you end up with no seat. Also, check in was really slow, even though we were only doing a bag drop as we'd checked in online.

Positiv: The crew was very friendly and helpful.

Negativ: The seats were incredibly cramped - felt like the seat back in front of me was right in my face!
