Negativ: "I had paid for an upgrade to sit in the front of the cabin with extra legroom (row 14A). When I boarded a man sat it my seat. He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."

She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

Airport terminals inconvenient: Frankfurt AM and Zurich were lacking in people movers which made getting from one gate to the next a severe pain. Very cramped in economy class - I'm 5'6" - not so tall.... and when the seat in front of me reclined, it was touching my knees. For the whole 13+ hour flight it was ON my knees! It was uncomfortable and made it very hard to get in and out of my seat."

I had to run to catch the flight to Bucharest. At CDC there were only two custom officers for checking passport of EU citizens, on a Saturday morning with hundreds and hundreds incoming travelers. On top of it, one female officer was rude. Typical french :("

Negativ: "The conditions were very cramped. The entertainment system was quite old and had very little selection. My entertainment system actually stopped working all together. I called for assistance from my seat a couple of times, but nobody came."

Negativ: "They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

Deshalb stand am Check-in-Schalter dann eine Mega-Schlange an, obwohl der Online Check-in vorher schon erfolgt war. Schlechte Englischkenntnisse des Flugpersonals. Kopfhörer für die Fernseher müssen gekauft werden (2,50 €). Der Verkauf beginnt jedoch erst eine Stunde nach dem Start. Bis dahin kann man sich mit Lippenlesen beschäftigen. Die Kaffeebewirtung wurde ab der Hälfte des Flugzeuges unterbrochen wegen Turbulenzen. Verständlich! Nur wurde der Rest der Passagiere danach nicht mehr bedient. Wer unbedingt Kaffee wollte, konnte einzeln in der Besatzungskabine nachfragen. Die Toiletten müssten bei einem Langstreckenflug unbedingt zwischendurch einmal gereinigt werden."

Just add $3 to the flight tickets but don't charge us money for stupid made in China headphones for God's sake ! Next time British Airways or Air France for me no more Air Europa. Moreover: In Madrid just before boarding to Miami, a guy from Air Euopa asked me some questions regarding my stay in the U.S.. That is NOT his business ! "How long are you going to stay in the U.S." ? This is NOT his business ! His job is to check if my passport is OK with my boarding pass, that's all ! Abuse of power or he has no clue what he was doing."

You have to walk the entire area (seems like a whole separate terminal) to find the counters which were combined with 6 other airlines. Took only 20 minutes. Then to the opposite corner of the airport to board the plane to Madrid. WOW!"

Negativ: "Distance between landing gate in Madrid and departure gate too long. (Sign says 31 minutes walking time!) Also very long distance between landing gate and luggage claim in Miami - I don't know what passengers who can't walk well do. Food bad even for airline standards and Air Europa may have worst coffee of any airline - I can't imagine worse."
Negativ: "Wery heavy communication, 99% workers in airport don't speak English . Same in Madrid and Barcelona. In Madrid from one terminal to another 25-30min walked distance."
Positiv: "We had no problems with boarding on time or checking our bags. Some reviews were upset about the in-flight entertainment (or lack thereof) but Netflix has a download option now and I pre-planned and binged an entire series on the flight. I didn't eat the food on the trip to Europe but on the way home I had the veggie pasta, wine, coffee and the pizza snack and it was all basically on par with other airplane food I've had. The attendants were also all fantastic and polite and helpful."
