Positiv:: I didnt like anything about the hotel.Upon arrival, I was told my room was upgraded to an exec suite; but felt like a downgrade. The couch was filthy, the AC didnt work, the ironing board fell on my foot while i was ironing.

Bezahlen Sie definitiv etwas mehr für einen Blick auf die Berge. Wir hätten unser Fenster stundenlang mit Blick auf die Berge und die Flüsse unten ausstarren können. Wir liebten den beheizten Außenpool und die Restaurants waren erstklassig, ebenso wie das Frühstück mit Zimmerservice. Wir haben das Chop House von 1888-8 besonders genossen. Es war eine Traumreise!

Positiv:: The difference between a luxury hotel and a Great Luxury Hotel is often attributed to the staff. I can certainly vouch for the fact that the staff of the Banff Springs, starting with valet welcome, registration, housekeeping, servers, supervisors and the myriad of behind the scenes staff can only be described as spectacular, and we thank all of you for making our 35th Anniversary one that we will never forget! The Buffet Breakfast in the Bow Valley Grill is amazing, and the elegance of the room is truly to be appreciated as you prepare for your day. In the mid day and sometimes in the early evening, we enjoyed the hospitality of the Rundle Room, a lounge like few others. The staff of the Rundle Room, especially one supervisor, absolutley run from one room to another, ensuring the high standard of service to all within his purview. Of Course the 1888 Chop House was the highlight of our dining experience. The champagne cart arrival shortly after we were seated was all too tempting. The food was so amazing that we had to visit twice during our short stay. At all times, we found the staff to be friendly, helpful and professional. Our 4 night stay was truly memorable, and we hope to return, sooner than later. Thank You all.

Positiv:: This was our first time staying at the fairmont and to be honest we were a little apprehensive. From valet to door to door service it was amazing. The kids loved being in a castle. The pools were awesome, they have in house bowling, movie theatre, winter sport rentals. We basically realized by staying there we didn't have to pack up 2 toddlers and a baby to go have fun. And kids under 5 eat free at their restaurants, plus the little touches like sending us all matching bathrobes and slippers even for my kids!. All in all we would do it again!

Unser Blick war auf einen Bus, der direkt vor unserem Fenster geparkt war. Lame. Das Zimmer war innen großartig. Kühlschrank war praktisch. Kontinentales Frühstück war lecker. Die Poutine in der pizzeria carlitos war die Bombenangstheit. Die Stadt wurde nachts wirklich aktiv, und alle jungen Kinder gingen zu den Bars. Meine Freunde und ich hatten keine Beschwerden und wir genossen es wirklich, im Spa, in der Sauna und im Dampfbad zu gehen, nachdem wir den ganzen Tag über wandern waren.

Parking garage was very convenient. Looked like an ideal facility for small conferences. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Had wired internet in one wing -- speed 5Mb/1.5Mb. Nice shops downstairs off the lobby.

Positiv:: We found the staff very friendly and helpfull. We only used the hotel on a B & B basis and the breakfast was excellent. We used the hotel for a ski holiday and it is perfectly positioned in Banff for the ski bus which stops outside. It is the last stop before the bus leaves Banff town for the slope and the first stop coming home at night which saves a lot of time between the hotel and the slopes.

Positiv:: We stayed in Charltons Cedar Court in September 09 and had previously stayed in Banff before so we knoew the area. The hotel has a lovely position on Banff Avenue but my only gripe was our room was small not as stated in the room synopsis. We only stayed 2 nights so it didnt matter also we were right by the stairs so everytime someone went up or down we were disturbed, also we have no view whatsoever.
