Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn

Great hotel with superb stuff & infinity-pool

The pool and the stuff in the hotel is superb. There is a direct connection to the BTS Station Sathon, so it is very easy to navigate thru the city. The ferry terminal is one station or a 10 minute walk. Breakfast is great and until 11am. Our room in the 26th floor was perfect and had a really nice view.

There are only 4 elevators for the guests. Unfortunately you have to wait for up to 3 minutes if a lot of guests are using them. In front of the hotel is a big street. This street is very full from 8am until 8pm, so better grab a taxi on the other side of the street. If you call a taxi from the hotel you will stuck in traffic jam up to 10 minutes for 200m. But all in all we had a perfect stay and would definitly recommend and will come back.

Fantastic service

The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive. The executive area on the 32nd floor featured fantastic breakfast and afternoon-to-early-evening food and drink options. Blunos is a fantastic restaurant with fabulous food and amazing staff. Eastin Grand Hotel is a world-class superb hotel!

Wonderful hotel

I did not find anything at fault about this hotel. The hotel was beautiful. The hotel staff was excellent. Breakfast buffet was delicious. The immediate surroundings was safe and easy to get around; there was a bridge connecting to the MRT. I wish I had a chance to try the gym, which I heard was 24 hrs accessible. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and gladly come back when I travel back to Thailand.

Great Hotel bad Location

Excellent service with a new Top Chef restaurant. Met the chef who was personable. Ate in his restaurant twice since we loved the food that much. Great atmosphere at the infinity pool.

Hotel location is the pits for walking, but great for taking the Metro. It’s isolated and traffic is so bad trying to leave the hotel. So plan ahead and to expect your driver for tours or whatever to be late due to the traffic.
