Positiv:: The hotel is a very well presented boutique style hotel and only a few minutes walk to the beach. The staff can not do enough for you and are extremely helpful and pleasant. My double room was simple and stylish with a walk in shower. There was no bath, not a problem for me.
Breakfast was continental with cereal and fruit available, you could also order eggs and toast which I did. I didn't eat there in the evenings so I can't comment on that aside from saying the menu that I saw was small which may be a good thing.
The roof pool was nice and clean and a reasonable size but way to small if you want to do more than cool off.
I will definitely return and recommend it.

Positiv:: I have tried 5 hotels and it is a fact that you cannot expect the best standards in Larnaca. But for those who wish a small and trendy hotel, they provide it at a good price. Rooms are adequately sized (not large but not minuscule either), shower is very design, bed is good, airco is remotely controlled, you can open the window, it is quiet if you take a room at the back, service is friendly, and breakfast is not bad at all for Larnaca standards.

Positiv:: it is a very nice hotel. the staff are so cooperative. the rooms are big and are cleaned on a daily basis. the kitchen is well-equipped. although it was mentioned that the a/c is surcharge, the hotel did not charge us anything for using the a/c from the first day. it is worth mentioning, that on our fourth day in a family suite, the a/c broke. instantly, we were offered a bigger two-room apartment in which we stayed till the end of our stay with no additional fees (though the a/c in the old room was fixed the very next day). the hotel is well-located, close to the beach and to the shopping center. all u need is in a short distance from u. we even rented a car directly from the hotel, and we paid lesser than nearby rent-a-car agencies.

Positiv:: From the reservation process (we needed some documentation for visas), the actual booking process to checking into hotel was effortless. The hotel is a few minutes drive from the airport, and we mainly used the hotel on the nights we before and after our flights home. The staff was friendly, the hotel looks as if it has recently been upgraded and the rooms were more than adequate and the bathrooms standard with everything needed. The beds were incredible and it felt as if I could sleep forever, but had to get up to sample the great breakfast. Flamingo Beach Hotel is also situated on the best swimming beach in Larnaca and with some incredible ice cream shops down the road.
