But the bathroom was styled like in 3-star hotel with cheap bath tube. Additionally the hotel switched off the heating in the nights that resulted in +15 degree inside! The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the train station and well situated to visit the historic parts of town. The hotel staff offered us information on the nearby attractions and gave us directions on how best to walk there. We recommend eating at the nearby Osteria del Trivio for a delicious meal in a charming atmosphere for a good price.

Positiv:: A pleasant hotel well-situated in the heart of the medieval town of Spoleto. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff are helpful. Food in the restaurant is excellent, however, breakfast is a little basic. I have stayed there before and would happily return.

Positiv:: Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis war gut, die zentrale Lage optimal. Das Parken in der städtischen Tiefgarage war optimal und als sicher im Sinne von Einbruch und Diebstahl zu sehen. Für meine Begriffe sind die Bewertungen einiger Gäste des Hotels unzutreffend. Es zeugt von Unkenntnis sonstiger Verhältnisse in Italienischen Hotels.

Positiv:: OK location. Free parking at all areas in town and parking in front of the hotel if you are lucky. Nice restaurant with a terrace facing the small piazza. Good view from upper floor rooms facing the valley.
