Negativ: On time boarding, better communication, better amenities. Cheap airline. You get what you pay for.

Positiv: Boarding was fast.

Negativ: Once on board, we were told there was going to be a 30 minute delay. It was hot as balls on the plane.

Positiv: Baggage drop informed gave us a heads up of extra charges to additional carry on bags if they need to be placed as hold luggage at gate, so we were able to check them at bag drop and save lots of money!

Negativ: First of all my booking didnt have a checked bag included !! Since when british air do not include checled bags in their tickets . Second its way too expensive to add the baglike 100$ for each flight !! 400$ for me and my wife !! Third when i checked in and wanted to chose my seat 50$ each !!!

Positiv: The crew was excellent. However the business class seats were terrible. You had to step over a sleeping customer to get out of the seat. There was no place to put anything other than a distant little drawer under the TV. The food choices were the same old chicken and pasta.

Negativ: No delay, the same reason was used on our flight out. Had to wait for staff to join this flight, surely they would have know the night before. No hand luggage which would save a great deal of time

Positiv: The cabin crew was very good. The check in process was tough but the representative was nice.

Negativ: The boarding representative wasn’t very welcoming and the baggage hold volunteering wasn’t explained fully to passengers, otherwise they’ll volunteer.

Negativ: We were impressed with this airline. Service was prompt, airplane was clean, and staff was friendly.

Negativ: London train cancellations made us late to check in--35 minutes before departure. Easy Jet requires check-in no later than 40 minutes before departure. We were denied boarding and no refund for our two tickets.

Positiv: Nice sized plane, comfortable seats - even in economy. Wide choices for entertainment. Food was okay.

Negativ: The cheese thing they served with the breakfast had a strange aftertaste and really didn't like it. Would have liked something fresher.

Positiv: Our flight attendant was awesome. Very friendly and attentive.

Negativ: The cabin temperature was cold and the flight was delayed by over an hour.

Negativ: Delayed ! Jet bridge was a mess and super hot! Almost passed out from heat

Positiv: The check in was very good and there were people about to ask if you needed help

Positiv: We knew that the gate would close 15-30min early since we traveled to Europe before. We also knew that checkin differs from American standards-you get a few minutes notice to board or get left behind.

Negativ: Warn travelers of exorbitant check bag fees. It's ok to pay 120 euro if you know you brought a lot of clothes for comfort, but if it's a surprise expense, not so fun.

Positiv: From the moment we checked in at Barcelona airport the airport staff were brilliant, my partner and his daughter are on the autism spectrum and struggle with crowds and social behaviour, but the gentleman that escorted us and helped us board could not have been nicer thank you

Negativ: The staff were great but there was a rather large rid group that could have triggered an episode, but after a quiet word with the crew we were again supported a quick exit

Positiv: Boarding OK, Seats very very comfortable. Enough space for my long legs

Negativ: Coffee and tea were proposed, but have to be paid. I would understand for alcohol, but for tea and coffee, as a customer I felt a bit insulted

Positiv: The crew members were cheerful and competent. No complaints.

Negativ: Security was slow, slow, slow and confusing. Arrived at gate after boarding had started. Did not like having to pay for a mediocre cup of coffee. Seats were not very comfortable and very cramped - and no, we are not overweight.

Positiv: Crew were very pleasant and the seats and cabin were clean and comfortable. Got a choice of crisps, biscuits, or nuts and flight actually arrived a bit early!

Negativ: No jetway so had to use a bus to get from the gate to the plane. This was fine except we boarded the bus so early and had to stand there for 20 minutes waiting for the last of the passengers. Given the very short walk from the gate to the bus, I would have preferred the gate crew called for boarding only five or maybe ten minutes before the bus actually drives out to the plane.

Positiv: The online tutorials are very helpful. Once the counters were open it was very easy to check our luggage and the option for holding the cabin bag is a plus.

Negativ: There was no announcement when to start boarding the plane. We paid extra for more leg room and I’m glad we did. The space between rows is minimal.

Info on connecting flights and transfer requirements was insufficient, no offer to help those with tight connections, e.g., by trying to seat them at front of plane or help them get off faster. Missed connecting flight as a result!!

Negativ: Luggage Fees out of Croatia despite my One World Status were a big surprise!

Negativ: not even water was offered- i left the flight really dehydrated, and with a terrible migraine because there was a young baby behind me who was crying the entire time. The flight was mostly empty yet no one suggested moving the baby and parents (to the back) or the passengers around the baby to seats that were more quiet.

Positiv: Not amazing...rather lack of attention.

Negativ: It was 20 of us in the cabin. Better attention? More alcohol?

Negativ: I am emerald on one world. In the departure flight I was not able ot reserve an aisle seat during online checkin ( need to get up on flights quite a bit for health reasons). I had been assigned a window although aisles, my preference, were available. I sought to change seats from window to aisle and would have been charged USD $18 (on a flight within europe - why dollars?). The BA staff said the website would be fine on the return journey - but it was not. I arrnved at teh airport (not having checked in as I didn't want a window) and the BA staff person in 46 at 6:45pm simply said that's impossible to change anything - no apology; she seemed rather irritated to be asked. I then went to security and the machine for priority queue did not permit me to enter - it said 'invalid ticket'. Then the flight was significantly delayed. So all in all not a great day.

Negativ: I did not get on to the flight because the connection flight was late! I then had to wait 5 hours to get an answer that the next flight will be the day after in the evening! Worst service I have ever experienced!
