Negativ: Check in counter service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. On board, not all menus were available so I ended up eating the leftovers...

Negativ: It was frustrating to have to pay to check only one bag for a long international flight. Fortunately, I had two seats to myself, so it made it easier to be comfortable during the long flight. Food was mediocre, but good enough. Would have preferred more vegetables or fruit than sweets.
Positiv: Crew was great and seat was comfortable
Negativ: Very poor signage to show where boarding groups 1, 2. 3 , & 4 were supposed to queue. Gate attendant nasty.

Negativ: The seats are very close together and uncomfortable. The quality on the screen was poor.
Negativ: The seats are not just uncomfortable, they are awful. Worse than Wizzair!
Positiv: Helpful and Friendly Crew. Did their best to help during the delay. Able to take hand baggage on board (unlike our kid journey when forced to check it in at the gate)
Negativ: Sat on plane for an hour waiting to depart, so delayed landing. The BA feel is no different to budget airlines now.

Negativ: That we did not have to have a 4 hour stop over in Madrid
Positiv: I have flown to hk with Cathay and American exclusively. I wanted to try Finnair because the price was very good for business. I now know why. The food is mediocre. The staff aren’t friendly or attentive. At $2700 it’s cheap compared to CX and AA but I know why now.
Negativ: Service, staff and food.

Negativ: Endless waiting and lost luggage. Excuse was unpredicted weather conditions. It was snowing in Finland so they had to clear the Ice from the planes.. Snowing in Finland? How uncommon is that during December? I actually think most of this is poor ground handling In Helsinki.
Negativ: Clean up the planes better
Positiv: reasonable leg room comfortable seat
Negativ: No choice of food and service was quite slow but meal was fine the breakfast was ghastly a continental option would be much better

Positiv: I bought the ticket from Iceland Air because their flights schedule dovetailed nicely with a traveling companion.
Negativ: On the eve of my departure, I was informed that my return flight had been cancelled and rescheduled without: any offer of compensation, or, an offer of alternative flight arrangements. Pleas to address the situation were totally ignored. This, I believe, is an unconscionable way to run an airline.
Positiv: The crew was very friendly, but that’s about all the was good.
Negativ: Everything besides the crew. Overall comfort was lackluster, price was to expensive, baggage policy was abysmal.
Positiv: Evethring went smoothly, had no problems. was the best experience on both legs of the flight.
Positiv: The crew were helpful and kind.
Negativ: I think over-all is good and there is no need to change you do.
Negativ: No options to change booking and the one given was absorbant pricing

Positiv: Left on time, arrived on time, crew were friendly and efficient, toilets were kept clean the entire flight, seat in economy had enough leg room and recline to sleep
Negativ: In-flight entertainment films were a bit limited
Negativ: Seats in economy are tight.
Positiv: 1. My luggage did not arrive and in the best case scenario will make 2 days later. They told me on this connection it was a normal occurance. 2. The plane was extremely old.
Negativ: Get a newer plane, make sure luggage arrives on time.
Positiv: Took off on time
Negativ: No food, need to pay for a second piece of a hand luggage! Duty-free shopping is not fun any more when you need to pay for extra packages you aquired in shops to take them onboard.
Positiv: I was late for the check-in but still was able to get on board in the nick of time
Negativ: The food, most definitely!
Positiv: Boarding was not extremely painful, even though there were three security checkpoints to go through between the first flight and this flight.
Negativ: This was the dirtiest airplane I have ever been on. Halfway through the flight, the bathrooms were unusable. The water was not draining in the sink, there was no toilet paper, and the garbage bin was overflown. The flight attendants were unfriendly. There is not enough space provided for writing.
Positiv: Absolutely nothing
