Positiv: Nothing I couldn’t get this flight because of the delay of the previous one

Negativ: The company could have hold it knowing there were travellers on connection. If not, knowing that they were no flight before the next day they could have prepare hotel booking for us because all hotels were full at midnight when we finally could get there.

Positiv: The entire flight was excellent, on time, great friendly crew, edible food, movies and options were great, perfect in every way. It was a little chaotic at flight loading on extra security, but I assume it could have something to do with it being on 9/11 and it was ultimately bound for NYC.

Negativ: I honestly cannot think of anything.

Positiv: The flight attendants were excellent, pleasant, and professional.

Negativ: The video system went down for a period of time.

Positiv: New plane, friendly crew.

Negativ: Departure time

Positiv: The crew were all nice.

Negativ: Aircraft VERY aged--NO charging ports?! Entertainment screens tiny and old touch screen interface, slow to respond. Remote control on arm rest=accidental volume changes and such. Do NOT get the veggie pasta, it's terrible. Overhead bins do not hold large bags correctly.

Positiv: the price is why we chose BA, but never again

Negativ: crew seemed bored and annoyed to be on the plane, seats were pretty awful

Negativ: On the flight they wouldn't offer me alcohol, even though the lady next to me had a mimosa?

Positiv: The crew was OK, the seats had generous leg space.

Negativ: The flight could have been on time. not only was the plane late arriving, but then the didn't take off for another hour! have never flown an airline that refuses to take off because of a little rain.... :-(

Negativ: My luggage was lost for almost 2 weeks.

Negativ: The flight from Copenhagen to Brussels was delayed without explanation for nearly an hour. I managed to make my connection to Frankfurt, but my luggage did not. I’m hoping it will arrive today.

Positiv: vegan sweeties for the kids, so nice as my daughter usually has to say no. Also swiss chocolate - so good! Our veggie meals booked hadn't gone through on the system but we were found some they had anyway - wasn't very nice though.

Positiv: Excellent food - 5 star restaurant quality. Great service - always aims to please.

Negativ: IFE with very few options. Boarding aircraft with Bus - horrible.

Positiv: I liked the polite crew.

Negativ: The seat arm not going up all the way. Not leaving on time. Terrible leg room. Its 2015 and the gas crisis is over so why are we paying for heavy luggage.

Positiv: Pilot had technical expertise and landed well. Crew was polite to passengers on red eye by keeping it quiet and dim.

Positiv: business class seats at the time of the sleep was very uneven and uncomfortable, foods and coffees were cold.

Negativ: Everythings ........

Positiv: Same, crew was fine but we were held at the gate for a long time with no explanation. Got to Austin much later than expected.

Negativ: Communication to the passengers.

Negativ: Rude ground staff at Athens airport, unable to check in online prior to flight, had to wait in line for over an hour for a connecting flight and run to the gate to then be told I was on standby for my next connecting flight. Poor customer service, no headphones given even though all seats have tv screens - such a small thing can make a difference to overall experience eg providing headphones. The check in and boarding forbthis flight was an absolute joke. Two men were about to have a fight due to how irritated everyone was for standing in line for so long. No need whatsoever. Meanwhile 3 staff sat at the ticketing desk and just watched the line grow! When I asked for assistance they brushed me off as if I were a flea! Athens Swiss airlines ground staff are up there with the worst customer service I’ve seen.

Positiv: Nothing

Negativ: Had to pay the $259.00 to get another flight because my name wasn’t on the flight had to be on the phone for a hour and 28 minutes just to get my name on a flight after I paid over $900.00 on my round trip flight this was an awful experience and did not and will not book any flight ever with these airlines or the company representing them as VAYAMA

Negativ: Boarding was late and line was very lonf

Positiv: Crew was great, seating comfortable.

Positiv: Seats were comfortable. Entertainment system stopped working part way through

Negativ: Boarding at Brussels was awful. After arriving from another international city and having to go through security, I was informed , just before boarding that I had to go to a location 20 gates away and wait in a long line for another security sticker. It was very confusing.

Positiv: Seat not confortable

Negativ: Get newer planes with better functional amenities

Positiv: service and timing were great

Negativ: Fight delayed more than an hour, much of that time we sat on a bus. Plane arrived late at the starting airport.

Negativ: Flight was delayed by 3 hours, but not United's fault. Also the snack selection not great. They did play movies on back of headrests, but we had no volume and no where to plug in headsets that I could see. So basically had to watch a movie with no sound.

Positiv: Nothing

Negativ: Better communication and air conditioning on the plane as we waited for hours to take off

Negativ: Flight was good. Since flying is everyday anymore if you want perks you will just have to pay for something more.

Negativ: Serving something substantial to eat would be nice.

Negativ: Plane left without me. My record indicated 9am departure, but at 845 when I landed (late). The attendant confirmed that I had missed the plane.

Positiv: This flight was eventually cancelled and the rating is solely on the ground experience. EuroWings could not have done anything worse. The process took from 10:30am upon arrival in Dusseldorf til 11:00pm when we were told the counter closed at 10pm and nothing could be done till next day.

Negativ: Have representatives on the ground and make public announcements about the progress, next steps, help offered and steps that need to be taken. The info was sparse and had to be gotten on an individual basis. Nothing was coordinated or communicated and every step had to be done WITHOUT HELP.

Negativ: 30 min delay !

Negativ: We had to beg for one cup of water on a 3 & 1/2 flight. Very poor customer service.

Positiv: Crew was amazing

Negativ: Waiting area before boarding was really hot, if you can’t afford air conditioning then maybe electric fans!!

Negativ: Distance between seats on the low side i.e. not much leg room. TV screen again on the small size in comparison with other airlines. Ear phones poor build quality and sound. Plastic cutlery. Small meal trays. No hand wipes with meals. In comparison with other airlines BA is only an average carrier.

Negativ: We went to Gatwick(75.00 Uber) to reschedule in person and we were told there were no refunds and if we wanted to change it would be 250 pounds. It is my wife’s and my 35 year anniversary and this wants a mood dampener

Negativ: Take off could have been better. It was delayed, but pilot helped resolve the problem; so, it was fine.

Negativ: Delayed repeatedly. 3 hours behind schedule and no clear explanation was offered.

Positiv: Comfortable seats, no delays, smooth flight

Negativ: Food choices were terrible - breakfast time and no breakfast food, no sandwiches just overpriced snacks.

Positiv: The flight attendants were wonderful and the movies and space for the kids was great!

Positiv: All in time

Positiv: The crew was great and the food was pretty good (in addition to lunch/dinner, they offered multiple snacks and drink service throughout).

Negativ: The boarding could definitely be better - customs and an additional security check before the gate was a bit much and caused the flight to depart over 15 minutes late.

Negativ: Rest rooms were clean, food was adorable, good coffee, no complaints.
