Negativ: Delayed departure. Plane stuck sitting on the airport. Could not go back to let passengers off. No water offered during delay.

Positiv: Quick boarding and disembarkation

Negativ: Poor seat pitch. But only a half hour flight so wasn’t really a bother.

Negativ: I didn't like that when I bought something to eat they really over charged me for what I was ordering I discuss it withstand crew of member but she said was the rate of the airline, when I sw on the magazine was not is unbelievable they do that

Positiv: Plenty space in the cabin and decent leg room on standard seats

Negativ: Cabin crew are not very warming or hospitable feel like they are just doing their job rather than offering customer service which should be high on any airlines priorities when people are 33 000 ft away from comfort

Negativ: We left with 2 hours of delay to land at midnight on a Sunday night.... to other ways to go home than taxi which is expansive and long.

Negativ: Ground crew did not do a good job with the boarding process and even with speedy boarding it did not work well.

Negativ: Boarding is ridiculous. No direct access to the plane. They make these things called jet ways... start using them! Also the crew said the front bathroom was not in service then proceeded to allow the captain and crew plus a few passengers to use it.

Positiv: Nette Crew und wirklich cooler Pilot

Positiv: Efficient. Great crew. Left a bit late but the captain made up the time and we arrived a few minutes early.

Positiv: Enough leg room to extend legs under the seat in front. Orderly exit row by row instead of a scrum. Having a window seat usually means you are last to get off!

Positiv: Even though we flew through turbulances the crew was able to manage their tasks. Plus beautiful stewardess.

Negativ: Wartezeit am Gepäckband und verspätete Ankunft resultierend in 40min Wartezeit.

Positiv: Service was slow, but fine.

Negativ: Lost a single baggage item, a car seat. Critical for us to leave the airport, and delayed us for over an hour upon arrival. Gave us a loaner car seat that barely fit our child.

Negativ: We paid for upgraded seats that were still very tight.

Negativ: The food was really bad. I prebooked an AISLE seat and of course I was given the WINDOW!

Negativ: The person at the check in desk could have been more informative and helpful and mostly when we checked in a half empty €40 suitcase, she could have checked the rest of our belongings to make sure it was ok or let us know if we need to change anything. I had to pay €50 later to have my tampons w me.

Negativ: some times cabin staff were a bit too business-like al few people skills would be good

Negativ: No where was it mentioned that the fair doesn’t include check in item. I had to pay Euro 30 extra.

Positiv: It was nice to be given a 20 euro voucher for food and beverage, due to the 5 and a half hour flight delay.

Negativ: There was much confusion and no one seemed to know what was going on with this flight. By the time I reached Schipol all trains and trams had stopped. I had to pay an extra 40 euro for cab home that night.

Positiv: The crew was great.

Negativ: There was no entertainment on board. I was in the last row, and my seat would not recline, which made the flight less than comfortable.

Negativ: It would have been better if I had made the flight, but the first leg was canceled. We were tortured for 6 hours before it was canceled.
