Negativ: The food- ran out of options- I’m not vegetarian but they had no options at all. The crew- not particularly engaged or attentive The drinks- poor selection, warm Our luggage came out damaged and the airline would accept no liability

Positiv: I didn’t even get the reminding email for my flight, I missed the flight, my fault , but feel cold without reminding email and also, I hit a button just want to see the details about flight insurance, it showed purchase successfully! No confirm remind? Whyyyyyyyyy~~~~~

Negativ: Luggage lost. Reported at the HK airport. The airport staff told me that no record of my luggage and filed a report for me.

Negativ: Inside the plane everything was great and the floght atendants were very nice, however in check in I was teated very poorly

Positiv: Excellent crew, delicious Austrian wine, only a short flight so only some nibbles to eat which was fine.

Negativ: Seat wasn't the best, quite hard on the middle back.

Negativ: The connection system at SVO Terminal D, International to International, is horrible, and dangerous. If any panic would have started during the 1 hour 15 the 1000 and more of us were squeezed in a small transit room, hoping to get to the two tiny security belts, people would have died. Shame on them

Negativ: stuck in Moscow airport for 12 hours due to delayed flight and missed connection.

Negativ: Turkish Airlines was absolutely the worst airline I have ever been on. My flight going there was delayed 4 hrs & I missed my connection. They lost my bag & it arrived after 1 wk. Today, my flight was again delayed and I almost missed my layover. Again, my bag did not arrive & they ripped my carry on

Positiv: Good gluten free bread on Istanbul to Malta leg. Blankets are good as is amenity pack which has all but diasappeared on BA. Good choice of films

Negativ: Foot rest in economy, gluten free meal is poor (except bread).

Positiv: Entertainment and food are always reliably good on Turkish.

Negativ: Ground crew was very poor at communication, no one warned us we would need a visa; we spent hours and hours queuing for what could have been sorted out in advance. Communication was terrible. The flight was delayed due to Pakistan closing air space. Turkish rescheduled but no real help in Istanbul.

Negativ: No WiFi, no outlets and tiny screens. This plane had to be 20 years old. Embarrassing that BA hasn’t updated this plane with the simplest things. For a daytime flight over the Atlantic, I could get no work done at all.

Negativ: When allotting seats to seniors, BA could have been more considerate and not placed them in middle seats

Positiv: Spacious seating ....excellent service

Negativ: Keine Getränke. Wenigstens Wasser kostenfrei wäre wünschenswert Sitzabstände sehr eng bei der neuen Kabine. Boarding war Recht chaotisch trotz Gruppen Einteilung.

Negativ: If only there was a way to be able to lie down and sleep - you would be pioneers in aviation

Positiv: Crew was pleasant but not attentive to detail. Bypassed is completely for snack and drink towards end of 9 hour flight!

Negativ: There was too many parents who were super loud and didn’t care about their children jumping and screaming around the plane for 12hrs. I wish the fly attendants said something to calm down the situation.

Positiv: Very comfortable business class. Amazing food prepared on board. Flight crew was very pleasant, helpful and professional. The business class lounge in Istanbul was amazing as well, 2 stories tall with food, drink and entertainment everywhere. Golf simulator, slot cars etc!!!

Negativ: Check in process was more disorganized than most business class .

Negativ: Hohe Mehrkosten für Aufgabegepäck sowie Sitzplatzreservierung mit mehr Beinfreiheit (bin 190cm groß und hätte im Normalsitz kaum sitzen können). Snacks kann man vergessen. Bei diesem Flug war kein Gratis-WIFI vorhanden; ist weniger ärgerlich wie beim Hinflug wo eines vorhanden war jedoch nicht funktioniert hat.

Positiv: One crew member was very good but all were not very available or checking on people. I had a seat that I purchased and it was very hard to recline I only found out that it did if fact recline it the last hour to hour and a half of the trip! It was a difficult push back to get it to recline

Positiv: Impossible to enjoy a flight you didn't choose and were forced to fly on due to a schedule change, especially when the flights you'd booked had much better timing for a fixed teacher's holiday schedule. Avoid Oman Air unless you are sadistic and enjoy forced flight changes and no compensation. As I was forced to change to a flight to one arriving at 03.10 with my work starting at 06.00, I tried (and failed due to a lack of space and fidgety neighbour) to sleep all the flight to be fresh and professional for my work. The booked flight which was forcibly cancelled got me home 9pm the night before work. Oman Air refused a suggestion to upgrade me to business class so I could try and sleep.

Negativ: I am a teacher. I can't choose my holiday times. I get three fixed weeks in summer. In both 2017 + 2018 Oman Air changed their schedule forcing me to change my flights. I was out of pocket for a small amount - they refused to pay the $27.60. I was to arrive home at 9pm for an 06.00 start to work they changed my flight so I arrived at 04.00. I asked for an upgrade to business class to try and sleep. They ignored the request. They instead sent me a copy of the small print saying that they were allowed to change anyone's flights and give zero compensation if the 'client' is informed two weeks in advance. I will avoid Oman Air from now on, even if they seem to offer the best times to fly.

Positiv: Very old plane, seats not updated and not working properly, food was served once on an 8 hour flight, there was turbulance for over 5 hours consistently, and the pilots did nothing to go around it. As a pilot, i can tell you this can be avoided. Some of the crew were not friendly. Old movie library.

Negativ: New and updated plane, especially business class, more trained crew, seats that work and function normally, better and more food, served a light breakfast on an 8 hr flight. Updated movie library.

Positiv: Entertainment and food are always reliably good on Turkish.
