Positiv: easy, no fuss boarding and flight

Negativ: the queuing to have your bags scanned as you board your flight was confusing as there were 3 queues in the same space for flights leaving within 10 minutes of each other. Not a big deal, but someone explaining which queue to those at the back would have been helpful

Negativ: Calling passengers in order of seating arrangements, which in my opionion would avoid people blocking the aisle and speed up boarding.

Negativ: Flight overbooked, I got my seat at the very last moment

Negativ: Everything. We waited an hour in the plane to take off and another hour when we landed to exit the plane. And then our luggage never arrived

Negativ: The seat area was dirty with broken biscuit crumbs - both seat and floor. The pocket in front of the seat (back of previous seat) was filthy with what looked like yogurt and chewing gum. Very unpleasant!

Negativ: The seats are painfully small for a long-haul flight and Norwegian charges for EVERYTHING on board. Seriously not even free water.

Negativ: Besser gepflegter Innenraum. Das Netz vor mit war total zerstört. Das Bordpersonal hat sich hinten versammelt und ununterbrochen laut geredet.

Positiv: The calzone (food).

Negativ: Boarding is ridiculous. No direct access to the plane. They make these things called jet ways... start using them! Also the crew said the front bathroom was not in service then proceeded to allow the captain and crew plus a few passengers to use it.

Negativ: Having boarded on time, seemed to take ages taxiing around before lift off, hence delayed start and late arrival on an already late evening flight.

Negativ: Poor seat pitch. But only a half hour flight so wasn’t really a bother.

Positiv: Very friendly experience...The crew members were courteous!!!

Positiv: I do not know how to go about contesting his, but we bought 4 tickets to South Africa on Swiss air and Edelweiss via Zurich. We received a confirmation email for two of the tickets but not for the other two so we assumed the other ones did not go through as we used two different credit cards.

Negativ: We purchased the last two again and when we showed up at the ticket counted they let us know that we bought 6 tickets!!!!!!!! We would like to be reimbursed for the two tickets we did not receive the confirmation emails for. How can we go about it?

Negativ: Cabin crew are not very warming or hospitable feel like they are just doing their job rather than offering customer service which should be high on any airlines priorities when people are 33 000 ft away from comfort

Negativ: They asked me to store my suitcase in an overhead bin at the front of the plane as they had run out of space so I complied. When it was time to disembark, someone had stolen my suitcase. I have not located it since and the customer service from Vueling is horrendous - they keep running me around to different departments and sending automated responses, refusing to answer my questions.

Negativ: Der Flieger startete verspätet, da ein alleiniger Koffer ohne Besitzer im Laderaum war.

Negativ: Check-in was the worst experience I have had in 45 years of air travel. The desk attendant was rude and confrontational. He checked my bag, sent it down the jetway and THEN told me that it was overweight and want to charge me 15€ per kilo for the overweight. He was beyond rude!

Negativ: The flight was delayed by 2 hours so I missed my coach from Barcelona to valencia and had to pay €34.50 for another ticket can you please try to refund me this money.

Negativ: The flight was 1/2 late and hence arriving

Negativ: Delayed for almost 5 hours - no explanation, no early notice, no makeup like food vouchers or anything. Luggage took quite awhile to arrive. Awful

Negativ: Accent and descent were extremely fast and caused ears extreme pain.

Negativ: Ground crew did not do a good job with the boarding process and even with speedy boarding it did not work well.

Positiv: Staff was pleasant and helpful, it was a short flight but overall was very good

Negativ: It was just enough, May be a magazine that tell you more about things to do in Cities you are flying to would help. Don’t compromise on information. All was great.

Negativ: The crew spend to much time on trying to order / heat / distribute food. The distribution of the staff seems odd - the one taking all the orders, putting stuff into the microwave and collecting it, collecting the money, whilst the other just seems to steer the trolley

Positiv: gepäcksabfertigung in wien war flott. freundliche flugbegleiterinnen.

Negativ: Check-in war mühsam. Aufzahlung wegen Handgepäck, äußerste komplizierte Abwicklung der Bezahlung, da man am Bezahl(!!!)-Schalter den Betrag genau zu zahlen hat. Kein Wechselgeld. Flugverspätung von knapp einer Stunde - 0 Kommunikation. Gate geschlossen -Anzeige auf den Airport-Bildschirmen obwohl Boarding voll in Gange...
