But this is par for the course flying to Hawaii for some reason, no matter the carrier. Hawaiian Airlines is usually better but that’s to be expected."

Wir konnten den buchstäblich erstklassigen Service also länger nutzen. Die Flugbegleiterinnen hatten in der Ausnahmesituation alle Hände voll zu tun. Wir haben uns trotzdem bestens betreut gefühlt."

Über die Verzögerung wurden die Gäste erst durch eine SMS informiert. Es dauerte dann ca. 30 Minuten bis die Dame am Gate sich eine erste kurze Ansage abgerungen hat. Das Boarding dauert schließlich auch unendlich lange/ Maschine war komplett ausgebucht. Besser wäre gewesen, von hinten nach vorne die Maschine zu füllen, nicht kreuz und quer durcheinander, bis jeder dann sein Gepäck verstaut hat - das kostete zusätzlich Zeit."

Negativ: "Im Gegensatz zu meinen bisherigen Flügen mit der Lufthansa in der Business Class war diesmal eine Flugbegleitung für 12 Passagiere alleine zuständig, was bei zwei Kleinkindern und einem "anspruchsvollen" Passagier bereits zu einer ansatzweisen Überforderung geführt hat (Essen und Getränke wurden äußerst zeitverzögert gebracht, Schwimmweste und Anschnallgurt für Kleinkind wurde in zwei Gängen gebracht und der Gurt erst kurz vor der Startbahn der Mutter übergeben. Eine Whiskey Sorte war nur für ein Glas vorhanden und war bei einem rund neunstündigen Flug binnen 15 Minuten vergeben. Äußerst ärgerlich, wenn die gebotenen Alternativen keine sind."

Positiv: "The people who handled the wheelchairs in both Minneapolis and Phoenix were top notch. In fact, I'd rate them the highest of all such employees of all the airlines I've ever traveled on!!!"
Negativ: "I completely offended by the attitude of one of the flight attendants. As I am disabled, I choose the restroom that is closest to me for my use. I was seated in row 5, just behind First Class. In fact, I tried to upgrade to First Class when I checked in, but it was full. So when the seatbelt sign went off, I went through 1st Class to the restroom by the cockpit. I didn't take my cane. I have neuropathy in my feet and legs up to my hips, and given that I can easily lose my balance, I am much safer on airplanes when I hold onto the seats as I pass by. As it happens, the restroom was occupied and I had to stand in the area at the front of the plane that the flight attendants typically occupy. The snippy attendant saw me standing there and immediately walked in front of me to get her microphone and loudly announced to the entire airplane that NO ONE was allowed to use that restroom except First Class and people who arrived by wheelchair. I arrived by wheelchair. I have some real ethical issues with her behavior. First of all, I was embarrassed by her remarks. Secondly, one bathroom for 12 people and one bathroom for the 100-200 others that were on that flight is unconscionable!!!!!!!!!!!! There are two things that in my humble opinion can never be denied any human being are water under any circumstances and the right to a speedy and safe trip to the bathroom. I was deeply offended by her remarks and by her timing in giving the remarks. I told her that I had arrived by wheelchair, and would be leaving by one as I am disabled. She shined me on. Her behavior was rude and uncalled for. I will never fly Sun Country again, and she is the reason. Additionally, I will not fly with a company who operates under such an unethical agenda. Everyone has the right to a speedy trip to the bathroom. The plane was loaded with elderly "Snow Birds." The elderly are notorious for having special bathroom needs whether or not they are in first class or arrived by wheelchair. I think this airline is blatantly discriminatory."

Positiv: "The Security at both Logan and Minn. where first class. Suncountry had its own section which allowed for a quick and efficient security process. The food options, though paid for, are reasonable in price and much greater in variety. I do wish they had some free snack options."
Negativ: "No entertainment, well they had hand held devices you could rent but that was not ideal. The room in the seats was the worst in the industry. I am 6' tall and I could barely fit my legs under the seat in front of me with a small bag there. For the price it is well worth it and I would do it again for a short flight but nothing of length."
