Positiv: Nice plane and well trained crew, will fly them again, without any doubt

Negativ: This is a buckle and fine airline. I went to check in online the day before my flight and added a checked bag for each passenger. The website did not work well and it ended up booking 2 bags each and charging me for two each. When I arrived at the airport they said I had not checked on online and had to pay extra for checking in at the airport. I asked for a manager who said there was no record of me going online. That was odd because I booked and paid for my bags online the previous day while I was checking in.they said I had to write a letter to get back my extra baggage fees I was charged in error. I doubt I will ever see that money again.

Positiv: Have drag A1 do great space, all in timd

Negativ: Nothing

Positiv: I actually found the seat quite comfortable, compared with other low-cost airlines. I was glad that i could take my hand luggage onto the plane, allowing me to exit without having to wait at the carousel. There was plenty of space in the overhead locker. I liked the sense of humour in the announcements - it proves that even serious things can be said in a pleasant manner

Positiv: Crew were very helpful. I had just had surgery and were very accommodating especially after I was very sick.

Negativ: Better leg room and organisation of the hand luggage in above lockers

Positiv: The crew was excellent, the flight was comfortable however the boarding process was a bit disorganized but I’m pretty sure that was an airport issue

Positiv: On board crew was good.

Negativ: Free beverages like every other airline. Not good at all boarding/checking in.

Positiv: The online tutorials are very helpful. Once the counters were open it was very easy to check our luggage and the option for holding the cabin bag is a plus.

Negativ: There was no announcement when to start boarding the plane. We paid extra for more leg room and I’m glad we did. The space between rows is minimal.

Negativ: Timing and space

Negativ: Missed the need to add luggage to both inward and outbound journey, that got excessively charged on the way back. Have never had to select luggage allowances both ways, clearly we want to bring our luggage back! + why should it cost twice as much to add to the hold when paying at the airport, rip of

Positiv: On one of the busiest weekends for flying it was perfect..... the plane the staff and the flight

Negativ: The food was expensive and not great

Positiv: Amazing customer service from the moment we arrived at the airport, throughout the checkin process and on the plane. Really extraordinarily amazing given that it was the Saturday of half-term. Cannot praise highly enough.

Negativ: I canot think of any single fault at all.

Positiv: Freundliches Boardpersonal, sauberer Kabinenraum und saubere Sitzplätze

Negativ: Wie mittlerweile bei fast allen Airlines gibt es Getränke während des Fluges nur noch zum Kauf angeboten. Ich finde generell, dass ein Becher Wasser immer drin sein könnte. Es gibt ja aber auch Gott sei Dank andere Möglichkeiten, sich an Board zu versorgen.

Negativ: Boarding took ages. And there were no announcements telling passengers what was causing the delay.

Negativ: I guess i would still consider the flight "international" and therefore should include AT LEAST one free checked bag per person, but not- 44u$d. Now it may be depending upon the fare paid, but on another flight (last week) on SAS AMS-OSL-BOO, It was 80u$d per pax.

Negativ: Multiple delays. Need to offer back up flights and hold connections for delayed flights.

Positiv: Safe polite crew

Negativ: No entertainment options on plane. Possibly due to 737maxs being taken out of service.

Positiv: Economy Plus is great (I’m 6’10”) & had plenty of legroom! Good food, great service, nice entertainment package and got to stay in SAS lounge until boarding!

Negativ: They need to serve drinks with ice! US passengers need ice in their drinks!
