Negativ: 12 hour flight with no in flight movies unless you paid an extra EUR 10. Food tastes bad, plus I was skipped from the second meal despite having prepaid for it (flight attendant overlooked that my seat was on a list, part of the problems that come with nickeling and diming for every single thing including even meals on an international flight). Despite flying to the US, attendants consistently only spoke German to me and my wife, did not speak on both German and English.

Negativ: Der Flug war 20 min verspätet und in Hamburg mussten wir dann noch 15 Minuten auf Busse warten, weil keine verfügbar waren.

Positiv: I felt safe on board... the cabin crew members at least got that right. The toilets were clean.

Negativ: Better entertainment system... better food and more courteous cabin crew members.....

Positiv: Es war wirklich alles hervorragend. Bestens, so möchte ich immer fliegen!

Positiv: Seats at the front are comfortable with space for the legs.

Negativ: One drink within almost 4 hours flight is not enough.

Positiv: Ticketpreis, Mitglied der Lufthansa-Gruppe.

Negativ: Hohe Mehrkosten für Aufgabegepäck sowie Sitzplatzreservierung mit mehr Beinfreiheit (bin 190cm groß und hätte im Normalsitz kaum sitzen können). Snacks kann man vergessen. Bei diesem Flug war kein Gratis-WIFI vorhanden; ist weniger ärgerlich wie beim Hinflug wo eines vorhanden war jedoch nicht funktioniert hat.

Negativ: Everything. We waited an hour in the plane to take off and another hour when we landed to exit the plane. And then our luggage never arrived

Negativ: Der Flieger startete verspätet, da ein alleiniger Koffer ohne Besitzer im Laderaum war.

Positiv: No frills but no dramas either. All efficient and friendly. Helped that there were many empty seats

Positiv: WiFi während dem Flug mit 10 min Gratis Internetzugang (Try Zugang) und online on-Board Mediathek. da vergeht der Flug gleich schneller. Boardservice bietet nicht nur die üblichen Standard Sandwiche, sondern ausgefallenes von Food Start-up Unternehmern. Ebenfalls gut: die Rückenlehne ist verstellbar und Sitze bequem mit guter Beinfreiheit

Negativ: Leider war der Flug verspätet und das Board Personal überfordert und lustlos. Damit dann auch nicht freundlich. Deutsch und englisch wurde bei den Durchsagen nur gebrochen gesprochen. Grundsätzlich finde ich internationales Personal super, aber es sollte dann bitte verständlich sein. Erst recht Durchsagen und Sicherheitshinweise. Leider haben die Passergiere versteckt die Augen verdreht und gelacht. Auch nicht in Ordnung!

Negativ: Enforced separation of hand luggage taken to hold at gate due to lack of space. Parked miles away from terminal on arrival. The usual budget airline issues.

Positiv: Flight on the Time

Negativ: They did not write the Gate in The Check in only the Terminal

Negativ: We left with 2 hours of delay to land at midnight on a Sunday night.... to other ways to go home than taxi which is expansive and long.

Negativ: Everything from checking in to getting on the plane.

Negativ: Mein Gepäck würde aus einem mir unbekannten Grund nach Madrid geliefert. Obwohl Eurowings das mittlerweile schon seit min. einen Tag weiss, waren sie unfähig dies bis jetzt nachzuliefern! Trotz abgeschlossener Reiseversicherung, weiss ich nicht, ob ich eine Entschädigung hierfür bekomme!

Positiv: - Druck der Bordkarte für Folgeflug am Schalter nicht möglich, keine sinnvolle Unterstützung durch den Eurowings Support - 90min Verspätung weil Copilot plötzlich krank - Ekelhaftes Sandwich und 200ml Freigetränk für fast 3h Aufenthalt in dem Flieger Fazit: Zum Abgewöhnen

Negativ: Das Essen bestand aus einer Scheibe Toast, geformt zu einem Sandwich mit Schmierkäse. Dann verteilt doch lieber einen guten Schokoriegel!

Negativ: gate closed 1 minute early so intern missed the flight

Negativ: Delayed departure. Plane stuck sitting on the airport. Could not go back to let passengers off. No water offered during delay.

Positiv: EasyJet no frills flight as usual.

Negativ: Flight was delayed by 20mins takeoff to landing

Negativ: Das Gepäck stand in Berlin 45 Minuten vor dem Gepäckband, bis es mal aufs Band geladen wurde.

Negativ: More legroom. And not having to pay for a simple glass of water.

Positiv: Almost 2 hours delay, crew couldn't confirm if our connection flight in Cologne will wait for us. It was very stressful.

Negativ: The person at the check in desk could have been more informative and helpful and mostly when we checked in a half empty €40 suitcase, she could have checked the rest of our belongings to make sure it was ok or let us know if we need to change anything. I had to pay €50 later to have my tampons w me.

Negativ: Not waiting for 90 mins in Luton

Positiv: Very friendly ground and flight crew that did an excellent job for the passengers of this Easyjet flight to Amsterdam

Positiv: Nette Crew und wirklich cooler Pilot

Positiv: Das Einzige was an Eurowings gefallen kann ist der Preis im Vergleich mit Swiss. Es ist eine Billigairline auf Niveau Easy Jet und Ryanair.

Negativ: Verspaetung, Beinfreiheit. Am Schlimmsten aber finde ich, dass sogar den Senatormitglieder der Zugang zur Staralliance Lounge verwehrt wird. Was soll das?????

Negativ: There was a change of name and the wrong name was changed. I very nearly didn’t get on the flight and had to pay extra fees to fly. I wasn’t aware I was booking with last minute.com, whom I have had issues with before. Worried about the return flights already.

Negativ: Kostenlose Verpflegung! oder wird Eurowings auch Billigairlines!?
