Positiv: Crew was nice and friendly

Negativ: Airplane so uncomfortable. Food horrible. Not even available for one of us what we ask for on what was offered. Bad taste and not what can be on a that length of time flight.

Negativ: I called for a crew member 5 times and waited 25 minutes for anyone to help me with just some water. I had to get up and go to the very back of the plane to ask for some water. The plane was hot and no air to be found. This was all after we had to get back off the plane before takeoff. It was terrib

Negativ: Long haul flight made pleasant by KLM

Negativ: The crew members were very rude and they called me an IDIOT!! Yes they did because the forced me to check my carry on bag and i didnt want they are racists

Positiv: Having the whole center three seats to myself. The food and beverages were really good as well.

Negativ: Both flights were significantly late to depart. Also the WiFi on the transatlantic flight was out.

Positiv: Everything . Delta is one of the best

Positiv: Crew was friendly, capt. had smooth take off and landing.

Negativ: Late gate change threw me for a loop. Had dinner with some friends in terminal before they caught a different flight. Walked to my gate only to find flight had changed to a different terminal and gate. Ended up fine because there was a delay with the lane switch, but made me a little anxious.

Positiv: Crew was pleasant but not attentive to detail. Bypassed is completely for snack and drink towards end of 9 hour flight!

Negativ: Pay attention to passengers.

Positiv: Nice seats. Only seats with a row of 2, which is what I wanted,

Positiv: Amazing services .. on time just exactly .. I feel really happy onboard KLM ❤️

Negativ: This was the most narrow airplane seat I’ve ever experienced. So uncomfortable.

Positiv: Crew was great and professional.

Negativ: Entertainment controls were outdated and confusing to operate. There were no charging ports.

Positiv: Crew was pleasant but not attentive to detail. Bypassed is completely for snack and drink towards end of 9 hour flight!

Negativ: Pay attention to passengers.

Negativ: Lost a single baggage item, a car seat. Critical for us to leave the airport, and delayed us for over an hour upon arrival. Gave us a loaner car seat that barely fit our child.

Positiv: Crew were friendly and helpful. Moved me up front in the plane so I could make my connection.

Negativ: Not having to walk outside in Edinbur4gh to board the flight.

Positiv: Poor food poor seats...it was bad service

Positiv: the crew was very welcoming and always wanted to help.

Negativ: my luggage didn't arrive

Negativ: Old fashioned jet with no screen or wifi

Negativ: Hostesses are worse and worse. Forget everything you say. You repeat 5 times. All announcements are made so loudly and 3 times (Russian, English, Spanish). Everyone must wake up. It roars so loadly you can’t hide even in headphones. Late for 30 minutes, which is norm for the company. Then you for the luggage for more than 30 minutes. Worst in Europe.

Positiv: Comfortable seat, friendly crew. Crew were conscious of recycling which I like a lot as there is so much waste on flight. Anything we can do to reduce waste is very welcome.

Negativ: Food wasn't very appetizing, pasta didn't have much flavor and I don't eat red meat so the other choice wasn't an option for me.

Positiv: Just the cabin crew being nice

Negativ: Punctuality KLM is always late

Negativ: I bought tickets thrue you for me two months ago Iit went well but on the last few days I also bought ticked for my brother and his wife and it was a disaster night mare for them bound for Montpellier too to attend a wedding the damn suitcase didn’t get to final destination it was at Orlando but got

Positiv: Alles ok

Positiv: the crew was nice

Negativ: Seat confort on long flights, leg rooms,

Positiv: Everything was good except for the entertainment consul for one of our seats.

Negativ: One of our entertainment consuls had to be rebooted 4 times and still didn’t work. We gave up asking.

Positiv: Seat space a bit tight . I should have upgraded to more leg room . Next time!

Positiv: The crew are amazing! Attentive and friendly.

Negativ: The seats could have been bigger.
