Negativ: We were not notified by email for checkin. When I went to the Lufthansa site as directed, the confirmation code didn’t work. I called Lufthansa, and it wasn’t easy to find the phone number. My confirmation code had changed and I was told I had to go to the United site. Why wasn’t I informed?

Positiv: great job over all.

Positiv: Flight departed on time. Good seat pitch in economy. Food and beverages included and tasted good surprisingly. Crew were helpful and efficient. Plenty of entertainment options for film, TV and music.

Negativ: Do not like the process of boarding by group number. Another way of squeezing money out of the consumer. Also causes chaos when trying to board. Seats too narrow in economy especially if your broad shouldered.

Negativ: Very little. This was very smooth work.

Negativ: The aircraft: too old! No charging ports, entertainment system horrible. The food was not super.

Negativ: Aircraft VERY aged--NO charging ports?! Entertainment screens tiny and old touch screen interface, slow to respond. Remote control on arm rest=accidental volume changes and such. Do NOT get the veggie pasta, it's terrible. Overhead bins do not hold large bags correctly.

Negativ: No meals served, and no beverages, unless you are willing to pay inflated prices for garbage. They will give you tap water if you ask, and that's that. I still find this approach despicable and unnecessarily stingy, especially since this is BA, not a lowcost.

Negativ: This is basically a southwest plain with a curtain to separate classes. No entertainment, no first class seats, no WiFi. Just a seat between us. No legroom. Y’all should be ashamed to call that first class. Waste of $

Negativ: We went to Gatwick(75.00 Uber) to reschedule in person and we were told there were no refunds and if we wanted to change it would be 250 pounds. It is my wife’s and my 35 year anniversary and this wants a mood dampener

Positiv: One particular member of the flight crew (Jennifer Foster-Moore, I think) was stupendously kind and helpful. The cabin service manager (a young gentleman) was also very helpful. The ice-cream bar mid-flight was a nice touch.

Negativ: The equipment for this flight is a 747-400. Hence, the personal entertainment system is old: no games, and the video can be shaky.

Negativ: Leg room is laughable and charging $65 to check a bag is ridiculous.

Negativ: Plane left an hour late - due to not enough water! American always has some excuse. On an overnight flight where people like to sleep, the pilot shouldn't be making an announcement one and 1/2 hours before landing, waking everyone up! Movie selection is very old.

Negativ: Entertainment didn't work neither did the flight attendants. They sat in the back and quite literally did nothing, no juice and water. Worst service ever. I'll fly Delta from now on. American what happened to you?

Negativ: Our layover was originally supposed to be an hour and a half in Phoenix. As we were boarding the plane from Austin to Phoenix, we got a notification that our layover had been delayed an additional 5 hours due to construction at SFO. I’d have appreciated more of a heads up than as I’m boarding.

Negativ: 10 hour flight without dinner? Since when it was ok?

Negativ: I can’t understand how airlines charge for the first checked bag in an international flight. I’ve traveled for more than 20 years and this is the first time I have to pay for that. I’m surprised they didn’t charge me for the oxygen I used

Positiv: Flight attendants were pleasant. Bathrooms remained clean the entire flight.

Negativ: Food was horrible. Ran out of croissants in the morning.
