Negativ: Compensation or at least an apology for tv screen and air conditioning not working. The flight was hot and boring.

Positiv: Helpful person at check in counter when I couldn’t check in online and the kiosk would not complete my check in process. Easy boarding. Very relaxed and friendly flight crew (less militant than other airline crews).
Negativ: There was some sort of glitch with my record and I could not check in online or at the kiosk. That was frustrating. I called customer service and it was a VERY long time on hold to get an agent.

Negativ: British AIrways could have checked our bags through from Denver to Paris....after all it was British Airways to British Airways, but they made us check only to London, retrieve bags carry them to another terminal recheck them for what Simon the BA ticket writer was nothing but pure error by British

Negativ: The crew was rude, the entertainment system was broken, there was 0 leg room, and it took hitting the call button 4 times to get water after beverage service (the second time they walked up, turned it off and walked away). I vowed to never fly American again after this flight.

Negativ: Waiting for a plane to go that wasn’t ready to move, going for 2 rounds of de-icing when the 1st wore off, losing our place in line. Should have waited a little longer at 1st de-icing so we could have left in allotted time period (20 minutes after application). Also fairly certain we left Toronto Airport past the 20 minutes of 2nd de-icing. Which resulted in many passengers missing connection flights (myself included) with as much as a “We are sorry” from Air Canada. I know the weather was an issue, but wasn’t sole cause.

Negativ: The flight was delayed by 3 hours. They didn't tell us it was delayed until 2 hours before the flight, by which time we were already at the airport. They first delayed it 1 1/2 hours and then another 30 minutes every half hour. The airline/crew never even acknowledged the delay or apologized for it.
