Positiv: Good flight with Swiss friendliness. They even passed out food (sandwich) during this very short flight.

Negativ: Nothing, really!

Positiv: I do not know how to go about contesting his, but we bought 4 tickets to South Africa on Swiss air and Edelweiss via Zurich. We received a confirmation email for two of the tickets but not for the other two so we assumed the other ones did not go through as we used two different credit cards.

Negativ: We purchased the last two again and when we showed up at the ticket counted they let us know that we bought 6 tickets!!!!!!!! We would like to be reimbursed for the two tickets we did not receive the confirmation emails for. How can we go about it?

Positiv: The flight was smooth and on time. The flight crew did everything alright.

Negativ: Connecting flights. All lies, no cooperation. Not a small airport as it takes nearly half an hour to get to Gate E. Too few characters allowed to explain all we went thru.

Positiv: The crew was nice and helpful (our flight was 2h late so they put us on the one before in business class for us not to miss our connection)

Negativ: A lot of delays, on both flights. We spent twice as much time waiting than flying.

Positiv: Being fed was amazing and watching free TV was great!

Negativ: I wish there were personal fans because it got uncomfortably hot sandwiched between people

Negativ: This flight was poorly advertised as Economy Light. I had to pay $500 in baggage fees to being one checked ski bag round trip - more than the cost of my entire fare!

Negativ: Missed flight. Misplaced checked bag. Filed complaint with Swiss.

Positiv: The food was decent and on board entertainment was pretty good.

Negativ: The boarding experience was terrible. We bought new lightweight International sized carry-on bags for our family of four and packed extremely light to keep each of bags under the 8 kg weight limit for carry-on bags. The crew required us to check them anyway! So incredibly annoying.

Positiv: The crew was excellent, the food was very good as well as the entertainment

Positiv: Comfortable seat, friendly crew. Crew were conscious of recycling which I like a lot as there is so much waste on flight. Anything we can do to reduce waste is very welcome.

Negativ: Food wasn't very appetizing, pasta didn't have much flavor and I don't eat red meat so the other choice wasn't an option for me.

Positiv: Crew was amazing, seats were comfortable with enough leg space even without choosing extra space seats. It was my childhood dream come true to fly with KLM. It was really an exciting trip for me, just that it was short.

Negativ: Well, for me everything was on point. Those who have never travelled with KLM, I would encourage them to do so and I’m sure they will not regret.

Positiv: Like the overall KLM experience

Positiv: The crew was polite and we arrived safely.

Negativ: The seats are like torture devices. So small and uncomfortable. After 14 hours of travel, my knees were sore from jamming into the seat in front of me, and I'm only average height. When the person in front of you puts their seat back, their headrest is practically under your chin. A disgrace.

Negativ: We were changed from KLM to Airiltalia without any information sent so only because I tried to check in did I find out the flight on KLM was cancelled and we were changed to Airitalia. The Airitalia flight was very mediocre.

Positiv: Nice aircraft

Negativ: Unexpected refueling stop. 2 hr delay Lost connection Reached destination after 18 hr delay

Negativ: Poor service. Terrible food. Aging aircraft. Terrible in-flight entertainment system. Really not good AirFrance.

Negativ: The “vegetarian” option was tuna which isn’t vegetarian and there was no vegetarian snack. With the hundreds of dietary and religious food restrictions you would think having a vegetarian option would be much more attainable.. They also didn’t make an announcement about our flight being late.

Positiv: Even though we flew through turbulances the crew was able to manage their tasks. Plus beautiful stewardess.

Negativ: I called for a crew member 5 times and waited 25 minutes for anyone to help me with just some water. I had to get up and go to the very back of the plane to ask for some water. The plane was hot and no air to be found. This was all after we had to get back off the plane before takeoff. It was terrib

Positiv: There was a half hour delay due to some no-show passengers. The flight was delayed while their bags were removed. The problem was explained well. The flight crew seemed to made up for much of the delay by flying faster or more directly so the total flight time did not increase by 30 minutes. Fortunately this was our final flight segment so the delay was not a problem.

Negativ: The food was really bad. I prebooked an AISLE seat and of course I was given the WINDOW!
