Positiv: The check-in, pre-boarding, flight, and arrival were fine. We left a little late, but arrived on time.

Negativ: As expected, the seats did not decline and the spacing between rows was tight. It would be nice to have more room and reclining seats, but that is not the style for this airline.

Negativ: Entertainment system on my transatlantic flight was outdated and functioned poorly. Also, the promised WiFi connection wasn’t working, and the flight attendant I spoke to basically said, “yeah, I think it’s broken.”

Positiv: Crew was nice. Airplane was in a good shape.

Negativ: Crew was trying to avoid providing free drinking water. Checking in for the flight took more than 1.5 hours.

Positiv: 2 per row so no middle seats

Negativ: charged me 2x what they would have online for a checked bag 60 euros which i thought was egregious. they were late & no beverages

Negativ: Staff at the airport pushing you to upgrade to first class but not making it clear only the first trip from Athens to Amsterdam which the first class uses same uncomfortable seats as the economy to pay extra 130 euros ridiculous airfrance stuff! I should have flown all the way to NYC first class!!!

Negativ: I’m not sure that short-hop flights should serve solid food. The quality invariably disappoints. Otherwise, all is good with this flight.

Negativ: The seats and IFE were a bit outdated. Comfortable, but outdated. My family had issues with their screens and one had to use the remote as the touch screen was no longer functional.

Positiv: The crew was very professional and helpful. If you travel Business Class it is very pleasant. But if you are traveling Economy the boarding management and economy seats suck! Many people were complaining about how narrow the economy seats are on the A320/330 aircraft.

Negativ: Swiss has finally done it! If you are a person who is large framed, around 225 lbs or higher you will not fit into their economy seats. I'm quite athletic and not obese but large framed (ex- football player), I could not sit squarely in the seat as my hips were severely pinched. Misery :(

Positiv: Amazing crew and great comfort

Negativ: Entertainment system didn't work. Couldn't hear movie at all with headphones provided and screen very hard to use and just stopped several times. Even after crew reset it twice, still problems.

Negativ: Need more leg room. Cramped for 8 hours is not a good thing

Negativ: They didn't seat a couple with a baby together which put me in the unpleasant place of being asked to give up my bulkhead seat for a window seat.

Positiv: The crew was excellent and surprisingly the seats were comfortable.

Negativ: I think more attention should be paid to cleaning the plane and eeek, there was no liqueur in economy class. Music selection in entertainment should be wider too

Negativ: I bought economy class ticket! (I have a printout ticket as proof!) When I went to the airport i had a VERY UNPLEASANT surprise. I had a 23kg bag. Bording stuart said that my ticket is ECO LIGHT class and I don't have the right to any baggage. Worst thing of all was that the reason of my trip to Paris was my sister's graduation and half of the baggage was my formal wear and other half were presents for my sister! Your lack of transparency ruined one in lifetime special event- MY SISTER'S GRADUATION. I am very glad that you asked me for my opinion because I am using my free time to demand full refund, even tough the damage is much bigger than the cost of the ticket and it's irreplaceable.

Positiv: Crew was professional and attentive. 55 minute flight so food was ice cream, beverages, and a piece of Swiss chocolate. Plane's entertainment system in my section did not work. I had to check my carry-on!

Negativ: All of the above with the exception of crew & food comment.

Negativ: Didnt turn on the AC until were in air, implying that everybody was sweating for 30min from boarding to ip in air. Crew refused Green Tea, saying it is only offered in Business class

Negativ: There was a long delay, longer than the flight itself. In a rush to catch up (or go home) they did not clean the plane before boarding, not even superficially.

Negativ: No meals served, and no beverages, unless you are willing to pay inflated prices for garbage. They will give you tap water if you ask, and that's that. I still find this approach despicable and unnecessarily stingy, especially since this is BA, not a lowcost.

Positiv: Flight space was quite empty in my section so that was AMAZING. Crew was lovely and helped with a few requests for myself and travel companions. Very good selection on tv and movies and the refurbished aircraft was very comfortable for me on this flight. Probably helps having seat to self.

Negativ: First of all my booking didnt have a checked bag included !! Since when british air do not include checled bags in their tickets . Second its way too expensive to add the baglike 100$ for each flight !! 400$ for me and my wife !! Third when i checked in and wanted to chose my seat 50$ each !!!

Negativ: It was a smaller plane so we had to check in bags that we could normally put in the overhead compartment space

Negativ: Air France is not a low fare airlines, I had to pay 225 USD against 3 luggages which is not acceptable. We should have the right for one luggage per ticket as all other airlines. If I knew this will happen, I wouldn’t use Air France and this will be the last time I buy a ticket on Air France

Positiv: I never made the connection because the flight was cancelled. I liked nothing about the flight and to boot I got sick because I was up for over 40 hours straight... 11 of them spent in Customer Service line.

Negativ: It was a terrible two day experience that would have turned into over 3 if I did not cancel my flight plans.... vacation ruined.

Negativ: Had to pay the $259.00 to get another flight because my name wasn’t on the flight had to be on the phone for a hour and 28 minutes just to get my name on a flight after I paid over $900.00 on my round trip flight this was an awful experience and did not and will not book any flight ever with these airlines or the company representing them as VAYAMA
