Positiv: The crew was polite and helpful. The wine was free and each seat had it's own screen with a good assortment of movies and TV shows.

Negativ: The food could be much better. Although coming from Sicily it's tough to compare.

Positiv: The airline was terrific, despite being delayed we really did board and arrive at our destination in quite good time. The Italian stewardesses were absolutely charming and offered their services extensively.

Negativ: Loved that me and my travel conpanion go to sit beside one another, and somehow we’re at the very front of the plane together in seats 1B & 1C Prime location. Overall had a very pleasant experience with Vueling 10/10 would fly with again.

Negativ: Asked for wheel chair assistance and was not met in Paris. Had difficulty and barely made my flight. A gentleman who worked at airport assisted me

Negativ: The website I booked on and the Delta phone line on the printed ticket said that I had baggage when it turns out that I did not according to the check in staff and they made me pay.

Positiv: The crew were very nice, food was tasty, seat comfortable and the entertainment great as well. Will be flying KLM again soon :)

I had a seat that I purchased and it was very hard to recline I only found out that it did if fact recline it the last hour to hour and a half of the trip! It was a difficult push back to get it to recline

Negativ: This flight was poorly advertised as Economy Light. I had to pay $500 in baggage fees to being one checked ski bag round trip - more than the cost of my entire fare!

Negativ: No leg room for us tall people!

Negativ: Not really an Air France flight, AF not interested in taking care of their frequent fliers.

Negativ: More chose in meals. I flew to and from within a week. All I had were chicken, chicken and chicken for snack too.

Positiv: Intranet wifi meant I could watch entertainment on my iPad

Positiv: The crew was efficient and friendly. The plane took off on time and landed on time.

Negativ: Boarding was slow and tedious. People still crowd around the boarding area despite there being row for the zones. Why they don't board from back to front is beyond me. The food was mediocre at best.

Negativ: The check in desk was late opening & the carry on luggage size was smaller than advertised on their website, so it had to be put in the hold. Open on time to prevent less stress to travelers & give more accurate information about cabin luggage.
