Also the boarding was delayed without giving specific reason almost 50 min later. Finallly they said the boarding was delayed to catering and cleanning, which I could not believe since the plane has been on a tarmac close to an hour. Passengers were lining up to board, but one of the gate agent kept asking to sit down without giving any reason. Probable one of the worst boarding experience I have ever had in international flights."

Positiv: "Flight was uneventful (the way it should be) although it was over an hour late leaving LHR. The cabin was clean and in generally in good condition. Leg room was okay for a short flight. Didn't try the onboard cuisine but it looked good in the pictures, although somewhat expensive!"
Negativ: "The bag drop at LHR T5 was bad. I was in line for almost 25 mins waiting to use the self-serve system. Almost every one of the 10 or so people in front of me had problems with the system and had to call over a staff member to help. It would have been so much quicker to have the 'old style' way of having check-in staff receiving bags!"

Negativ: "Flight delayed and caused me to miss connection. The flight from Edinburgh to London is only an hour. This became a disaster for travel all day."

No wifi even in Business class! Someone in senior management of BA needs to fly SQ, Cathay, Qatar, Emirates and learn what can be improved. Most of these airlines have better service in economy than business on BA!"

Den ganzen Stress und 2 extra Gebühren kann ich mir ersparen wenn ich mein Ticket direkt in der Reiseagentur kaufe."
