Positiv: Crew was very nice and no surprises while boarding at the gate

Negativ: You had to pay for snacks or water

Negativ: - Leave on time - Working onboard Entertainment system

Positiv: Crew good, plane clean.

Negativ: Seats very cramped.

Positiv: the price is why we chose BA, but never again

Negativ: crew seemed bored and annoyed to be on the plane, seats were pretty awful

Negativ: Lufthansa missed my flight

Positiv: The staff was impeccable. Boarding was great. My seat was not comfortable, but what can we say?

Negativ: There was no entertainment on board. That was not cool. We had to download the app, but WiFi was not included.

Negativ: Entertainment system did not navigate. Food was too salty. Crew was not very pleasant-annoyed when I was in the bathroom and missed service.

Negativ: The queues at immigration in San Francisco were disgracefully long. it took us 3 hrs to get to our luggage. Advice to US govt to employ more immigration officers. Airlines should report on this

Positiv: The crew was great, the plane was new with good tech and space in the seats

Negativ: Terminal b at lga is a disaster

Positiv: Crew did a terrific job.

Negativ: Seats were too cramped and flight was overbooked. AA canceled us off flight and gave up our seats even though we were already confirmed.

Positiv: The idea of having inflight entertainment.

Negativ: 1. Crew moved my luggage without asking, 2. Sat in window seat and it was easily 85 degrees, 3. Seat is not made for someone 6’2”. Neck support falls at shoulders which was super uncomfortable, 4. Inflight entertainment worked for a bit then didn’t.

Negativ: Over booked flight

Negativ: It was a quick and perfect flight.

Negativ: Didn't get snack. WiFi entertainment wasn't working.

Positiv: FYI this was actually an American Airlines flight (AA 104) not BA. Anyway I love those 777-300ER’s, they are huge with great up to date ambient lighting, excellent, outstanding entertainment , and I had the whole row to myself. I often take this flight when flying home from LHR to JFK. 5 stars!

Negativ: Checking, boarding and overall experience

Negativ: The airplane was really old.

Negativ: First of all my booking didnt have a checked bag included !! Since when british air do not include checled bags in their tickets . Second its way too expensive to add the baglike 100$ for each flight !! 400$ for me and my wife !! Third when i checked in and wanted to chose my seat 50$ each !!!

Positiv: Entertainment was good and flight was clean

Negativ: AC was broke took long time to get ac on we all sweat to death on the plan as it was broke and portable starter didn't work so they had to get a 2nd one. Then stewart on plan says American just doesn't have good maintenance on there equipment that is a red flag for sure.

Positiv: not a full flight

Negativ: Seat was very hard and uncomfortable

Negativ: We went to Gatwick(75.00 Uber) to reschedule in person and we were told there were no refunds and if we wanted to change it would be 250 pounds. It is my wife’s and my 35 year anniversary and this wants a mood dampener

Negativ: Too long to get luggage off plane

Positiv: The service, was excellent

Negativ: Other passengers not respecting the crews instructions.....

Positiv: The food. Crew was ok

Negativ: This is basically a southwest plain with a curtain to separate classes. No entertainment, no first class seats, no WiFi. Just a seat between us. No legroom. Y’all should be ashamed to call that first class. Waste of $

Positiv: Yes, the seat was good. The crew was good. The food was average.

Negativ: Diversity (for the food) and free alcohol (1-2 drinks are reasonable for 11 hours flight)

Positiv: The crew was pleasant and helpful

Negativ: No free snacks just drinks! Its a four hr flight. We left late due to slow boarding and they were slow to load baggage. The legroom is just too small for a flight over 2 hrs

Negativ: There were delays (3 times)

Positiv: Flight space was quite empty in my section so that was AMAZING. Crew was lovely and helped with a few requests for myself and travel companions. Very good selection on tv and movies and the refurbished aircraft was very comfortable for me on this flight. Probably helps having seat to self.

Negativ: Nothing on this occasion

Positiv: Efficient well groomed staff, thoughtful amenities such as baby seat belts & toiletry kit containing toothbrushes. Palatable tasty cuisine.

Positiv: The crew was nice

Negativ: Delayed the flight because they sold 1/3 of the seats, not a priority for American operating at a loss.

Positiv: Seat was ok because we paid more or has a “status”

Negativ: Nothing has changed and nothing will-services is nothing to write home about, with yr little pack of pretzels-i am happy to get safely to my destination and that’s all that matters

Positiv: The crew was fine the seats were horrible. I will not fly American again as this is the second trip I took in the last year one to Japan one to Greece. Both times I felt like a sardine.

Negativ: Having air conditioning on an aircraft on a hot summer day is critical. Especially on a 2 hours delay on the tarmac!

Positiv: Yes, crew were great

Negativ: Checkin was seamless. flight comfortable and pleasant. Unfortunately not much can be done about the worst part, which was total immigration disorganization on arrival at JFK. Coming from Rome which is a huge airport, it was shameful to see the difference. Sigh.

Positiv: Nothing much to write home about, but I didn't worry about anything in particular during my 4hr flight from Edmonton to Toronto.

Negativ: The crew were not too courteous, but I've come to expect a little bit of cheery happiness from them after flying porter. Not sure I'd complain about this, though. The food was the highlight. The only vegetarian option was mac-n-cheese, and it was horrid. I didn't even try finishing it.

Positiv: It was ok...I always find paris-jeddah better than Frankfurt-jeddah (in food service, plane size, entertainment...etc)

Negativ: Food level need to improve...The chicken meal was not well prepared, and the chicken needed to be cooked well... flight attendent was nice and switched to a beef meal.
