Contra: Extremely bad customer service by Manager of the BA Düsseldorf airport office !! I've tried to check-in myself at 06:08 on the flight BA3270 (DUS-LCY) departing 06:45. I was told I should be min 45 min before departure, so I was 8 minutes late. This inmformation about check-in time was included in the flight confirmation I have received from Expedia. I've asked the BA airport office manager to exceptionally check me in. She has declined despite the flight was not boarding for the next 15-20 minutes. Her attitude was very negative and unfriendly. SHE ALSO DOESN'T INFORMED ME THAT MY RETURN WAS CANCELLED; BECAUSE OF MY NOSHOW. Only when on the next day I was trying to check in on a return flight from LCY I was informed about that and have to pay higher charges for the return ticket as it was bought in the last minute. So BA airport office manager Düsseldorf - unfriendly, not helpful, bad service because of missing information. I am a BA customer since minimum 30 years.
