Positiv:: Sehr schönes, vor ungefähr 4 Monaten eröffnetes Luxus-Hotel im Herzen der Altstadt von Matera mit toller Aussicht auf die Sassi. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, bei der Renovierung des Palazzos hat der Chef der italienischen Ausgabe der Architekturzeitschrift "AD" mitgewirkt. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Positiv:: It was interesting to stay (partially) in a cave. The rooms are built into the cliffs. I liked the balcony of the room. The food itself was not spectacular but, in general, it was good.

Positiv:: The room and the view from the hotel were significant and impressive! Room was clean and staffs were friendly. Breakfast at the hotel restaurtant was rich and gorgeous.

Positiv:: The location is great. The room was big and according to the town. Breakfast was delicious, with a lot of selections for everyone. Internet worked perfectly.

Positiv:: Einmaliges Erlebnis in den Sassis zu übernachten, Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wunderschöne Aussicht vom kleinen Balkon aus. Man sollte allerdings gut zu Fuss sein, ohne Treppen geht es nicht! Ausgezeichnetes Essen im Restaurant. Alles in allem: sehr empfehlenswert!

Positiv:: Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, mitten in den Sassi. Die Zimmer, wir haben zwei zur Auswahl gehabt ( wenn frei, besteht die Möglichkeit) sind super! Das eine, auf Ebene der Rezeption, war eine ursprüngliche Wohnhöhle, das andere einen Stock höher, eine nachempfundene Wohnhöhle. Wir haben uns für das zweite entschieden wegen der Terrasse davor, mit herrlichem Ausblick, den wir abends bei einer Flasche Rotwein genossen haben. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist wirklich erwähnenswert. Da man wegen der super Lage nicht unmittelbar vor dem Hotel parken kann, trägt ein Angestellter das Gepäck vom Auto ins Hotel und fährt das Auto dann anschließend in ein Parkhaus zu dem man bei der Abreise dann gefahren wird. Trinkgeld wird energisch abgelehnt. Zum Empfang bekommt man einen umfangreichen Stadtführer ( nebst vieler Erläuterungen auf deutsch) und die Dame eine Rose geschenkt. Ein Empfangsgetränk wurde auch gereicht. Das Frühstück war o.k., der Caffee hervorragend. Für uns war dieses Hotel wirklich, trotz bspw. Patria Palace in Lecce, das Highlight.

Positiv:: Warm welcome, friendly staff, good restaurant, delicious and extensive breakfast, beautiful garden with pool. Plus they also have rooms with a wooden floor! Though it is not located in the centre it is only a 10 minute drive and parking at the hotel is easy.

Positiv:: The staff gave us good and friendly services. When we arrived at the hotel, the restaurant in the hotel had already closed. However, the staff gave us the information about a good restaurant in the town instead. And we were satisfied with the restaurant he recommended. The room was wide with comfortable accommodation. Since there are many signs of the hotel in the town, it was easy for us to look for the hotel. If visitors are using their car, the hotel is of choice.
