Even though it looks a little tired from the outside, not to worry the rooms are very clean and well laid out with enough amenities. Check in and out was fairly smooth. Hotel staff also helped us check that our flights were still operational due to airport closures. Parking also provided for rent-a-car guests like us.

Positiv:: Es ist alles sehr einfach aber sauber und freundlich, und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt, es ist zentral und es gab ein für ein für mich absolut akzeptables Frühstück inklusive. Falls man vor dem Frühstück, aber nach 6 Uhr morgens (dann werden die Brötchen geliefert) abreisen muss wird einem auf Anfrage auch ein Fresspaket zusammengestellt.

Positiv:: Worst attitude of hotel staff and hotel management we have ever seen! Started with the hotel reception being almost a floor up with stairs with no one to help you carry luagage and they call themself 4 start hotel. Then the room was suppose to be for 4 people, but we found a twin room to which they have staffed a convertable uncomfortable bed and a baby cot - leaving no room to move or to put luagage in the room. Instead of quickly changing the room set up or replacing a room - they have told us that if we want a bigger room we would have to pay 'only' 50% more than the booking rate.... We left the hotel!!! Don't get close!
