Gentle welcoming and charning. Especially, Maamza, Ony, Ladda, Bilgis, Poo and the two women at the Tan Zaan restaurant (that I cannot remember their names.) It was as if we were welcomed into their homes.

Die Anlage liegt in einer ruhigen Steitenstraße und der schöne, saubere Strand ist zu Fuß in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Junger, aufgeschlossener Eigentümer, der gerne Tipps weiter gibt. Super Preisleistungsverhältnis! Für einen entspannten, erholsamen Urlaub sehr zu empfehlen. Wir sind statt einer Nacht gleich mehrere geblieben. In der ganzen Umgebung haben wir außerdem kein besseres Hotel/Preisleistungsverhältnis gesehen.

The hotel room was spacious and clean and all rooms have sea view. The service of the hotel staff was very much in peronal touch. One of them actually helped me retrieving a stuff that I mistakingly left at a store near airport. It is located bit far away from Chawen town, but you can rent a motor cycle at the hotel without depositing your passport. With its reasonable price, I would highly recommend this hotel who wish to stay at a comfortable hotel with nice beach, located at convenient but quiet place.

Die Freundlichkeit ja Herzlichkeit der Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen Rezeption, Service in allen Bereichen, Strandboys, Houskeeping.Herausragend muss hier die Frontoffice Managerin Kesorn erwähnt werden. Sie liest förmlich jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ab und ist immer sehr hilfsbereit. Aber auch alle anderen Mitarbeiter zeichnen sich immer wieder durch ehrliche Höflichkeit und Freundlichkeit aus. Wir waren schon in sehr vielen Hotels weltweit aber hier fühlen wir uns von der 1. Stunde an wirklich wie zu Hause. Die Küche ist auch perfekt.

Positiv:: Being close to everything... especially the beach, restaurants and shopping! Prices were very good and staff were very friendly and helped you with anything you needed or asked for. We were very lucky to be upgraded to the junior suite which was amazing... very clean and modern!

Positiv:: Mir hat im Ark Bar Beach Resort alles gefallen!!! Ich war 16 Tage im Ark Bar 2, und hatte ein tolles Zimmer, sehr sauber, es hat alles gestimmt. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut und preisgünstig (Vor allem der frische Fisch war sehr lecker!). Das Ganze mit Meerblick... Ein Traum! Sehr lobenswert auch die Mitarbeiter. Immer freundlich, immer hilfsbereit! Der Service perfekt! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar!!! Ich möchte auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!!! Zentrale Lage, immer sauberer Strand! Was will man mehr? Vielen Dank für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub, vor allem an Steven, Khun Ken und Roger!

Positiv:: The near to the beach and the city chaweng beach road was very good. The breakfast in the hotel was abundant - you can choose 5 things - for examle scrambled egg, cornflakes with milk, toast with butter and jam, fruits, pancake mit syrup... At the beach you have enough deck chairs and sunshades. The room was small with new furnitures and clean. You get towels for the beach. Room cleaning every day was very good.

Positiv:: Super hotel! Perfect for a relaxing holiday. Private plunge pool awesome! Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Large outdoor living area. Lovely beach. Great location at the north end of Chewang. Enjoyable walk along beach or road into the centre for great restaurants and bars. Close to airport. Close to fisherman's village. Very close to good places to get food, massages, moped or car hire, 7/11 etc.

Positiv:: Had a room for 4800 baht per night. Beautiful. Very comfortable andcleanwith large open living area outside room with jacuzzi. Beach just outside your door. Nice breakfast. Staff very nice. Staff spray room down in the evening for Mosquitos which was a nice touch. Advance notice given of this.

Positiv:: The hotel suited our needs perfectly. We wanted somewhere quiet and private that wasn't to far away from the main street in Chewang. The hotel was a 10 min walk/2 min taxi to where we needed to go and the section of the beach the hotel is located on is the best part of Chewang.

Positiv:: The staff was professional, polite, and attentive. My reservation including room type and reserved parking space were perfectly in order without fuss. Assistance and information from front desk staff was always helpful.
The complimentary breakfast was healthy, delicious, and well served.
My room was always cleaned and stocked with towels, bottled water, and coffee.
The Wifi was available almost everywhere on the property and generally fast enough for any media.
The hotel room safe was large enough for all valuables and easy to use.
The beach basket with huge beach towels was a nice surprise and very convenient.
Towels and clothes were easily hung to dry outside on the classy wooden dowels and the ample supply of hangers.
