Mir sollte es Recht sein."

Es wird schon der Final Call ausgerufen, während die Passagiere alle in der Schlange vor der Abfertigung stehen. Und dann bei strömendem Regen zu Fuss zum Flieger, weil er nicht andoggen kann. Alle nass ins Flugzeug. Aber, das liegt natürlich an der Abfertigung in Birmingham und nicht an KLM."

Negativ: "Ganz schlecht die Gepäckreservierung über das Portal. Wenn man normales Gepäckstück dazu buchen möchte, (nur noch das Handgepäck ist inklusive - und hier achtet Air Serbia darauf, dass dieses nicht über 8 Kg wiegt), wird man auf eine Serviceseite umgeleitet. Dort muß man neben dem Preis noch extra Gebühren für das Dazubuchen eines Gepäckstückes bezahlen, das ist schon heftig. Dann funktionierte weder auf Hin- noch auf Rückflug dieses Dazubuchen des Koffers auf Anhieb, wir hatten zum Glück den Ausdruck der Bestätigung dabei. In Prag dauerte das Boarding deswegen für uns 10 min, zum Glück waren wenigstens die Angestelltern nett und entschuldigten sich für die Unannehmlichkeiten, in Tirana mussten wir vom Boarding unverrichteter Dinge wieder weg, zum Air Serbia Schalter und die Buchung des Gepäcktückes bestätigen lassen, und uns dann erneut hinten an der Schlange anstellen.... Das ist Service schlechtester Güte und dringend verbesserungsbedürftig. Man sollte doch wenigstens direkt bei der Flugbuchung auch den Koffer bezahlen können. Sonst dann lieber doch paar Euro mehr und die Lufthansa.."

We had 2 connecting flights, all the stops that we did was always behind schdual, staff was nice but late! the worst part is, our final destination 20+ people lost there luggage including me! My dad and aunt flew with are serbia aswell and they also lost there luggage..! My dad and aunt got there luggage after 1-2days after ther flight but its a big inconvenience i have no update on my luggage yet hopeing it will be here tomorrow."

Negativ: "I expected to get an e-mail with an offer to upgrade to Business Class as I was flying a day before my birthday, so I was in a mood to treat myself - but unfortunately, that never came. Once on board, when the meal was served, the breakfast meal had the scrambled eggs soaked with water, so didn't get the amazing food that others have talked about., Before landing, we were served a long sandwich that was very amateurish. Boarding was chaotic - as typical in many places in Europe, there is no boarding order - just people forming a line and getting on the plane."

I am OUTRAGED by AirBerin and the manager. I will NEVER fly AirBerlin again in my life."

Durch die im Prinzip nicht vorhandene Umstiegszeit ist zudem unser Gepäck (noch) nicht in Düsseldorf angekommen."

Negativ: "Wir mussten ca. 40 Minuten auf dem Rollfeld bzw. am Gate im Flugzeug verbringen, da (plötzlich?) eine Startbahn gesperrt war. Dies ist mit 2 Kleinkindern eine echte Herausforderung. Ein späterer Einstieg hätte da vieles erleichtert. Durch diese Verspätung konnte das Gepäck in Madrid nicht rechtzeitig für unseren Anschlussflug umgeladen werden, sodass wir leider ohne Gepäck zu Hause angekommen sind."

The flight attendant told her her only option was to eat peanuts. Extra water was never offered. The breakfast sandwich with ham and cheese was inedible. It was cold and tasteless and difficult to chew. I've been on about 30 international flights. This was one of the three worst ever."

Negativ: "I am filing a complaint for my recent flight from Madrid to Chicago, IL on 2/26/17. During my flight, a five year old sat in front of me who was disruptive throughout the whole 9 hour flight. He was yelling and slamming on his tray table nonstop. This made it hard to sleep or relax on the flight. He was disruptive to everyone in the whole cabin. I tried to be patient, as it was a child, but when the child started climbing the seats of the row and kicking his legs in the aisle, I had to act. Not only was the child a hazard to the well being of the passengers of the flight, but he could have hurt himself. His parents did not seem to act on his behavior and did not speak my language so I was forced to approach the flight attendant in my cabin. I told the attendant, “N. Cara” as her name tag stated, how concerned I was with the child’s safety and how he was disrupting the flight experience of all the passengers on the flight. She was disgruntled as I was the third passenger to approach her. Instead of acting on the situation, she scolded me. In a rude and derogatory tone, she yelled at me claiming she couldn’t do anything and I should just move to a different seat. She yelled so loud she attracted the attention of all the passengers around. I am shocked and disappointed with the treatment and customer service I received from the crew on this flight. Furthermore, I recommend that the airline should ensure that their employees are competent enough to deal with situations where passenger’s safety are at risk. The fact that the crew member did not attempt to approach the child’s mother or address the situation at all was appalling. It should not be the customer’s responsibility to address disturbances or safety precautions on a flight. I do not think I was treated well on this flight and I am very unhappy with the services I received and paid a great amount of money for. I believe I should be compensated for the mistreatment I endured. This may have been the worst flight I have ever had and I do not plan on choosing Iberia Airlines ever again due to this experience."

They gave 3 of us tickets and then told my dad who is the least experience traveler that he doesn't have a seat because he didn't check in online even though we were at the airport 2 hours ahead to check in. Paying $1000 for a ticket and then being told you don't have a seat is absolutely unprofessional and rediculous. We were traveling home from europe and had 2 other connections we had to make. After 3 hours they were able to transfer us all to another flight back to the states and then lost my dad's luggage. Horrible experience! Will not travel TAP again!"

While this was happening, I had to stand around, moving from free place to free place as others boarded. TAP also does not offer vegetarian meals. You have to special request it, unlike most other carriers. This is stated nowhere in the booking process. Even the salad had meat."

Negativ: "- Sitzreihen so eng, dass Männer normaler Größe kaum hineinpassen, Knie stoßen an und Zurücklehnen des Vordermanns dadurch unmöglich - Personal teilweise unfreundlich, Essen bekam man ohne ein Wort auf den Tisch geworfen - Laute, beängstigende Geräusche vom Flugzeug ausgehend während und bis 20 Minuten nach dem Start - Essen bestand aus einer Scheibe trocken Toast mit orangenem Käse und Schinken, keine vegetarische Alternative (ich bin kein Vegetarier, aber man wurde ja nicht mal gefragt, ob man das haben möchte) - Boarding hielt sich mit ewigen Erklärungen und Sortieren der Reihen auf, statt endlich das Boarding zu starten"
