Negativ: The time allotted at the MAD airport for connection was tight ... a LONG way to walk with a carry on bag and through lines of people. Need to make flyers over 65 aware of that ....

Negativ: There was no entertainment system, it was a short flight anyway

Positiv: Friendly crew, great in flight beverage and snack service, bassinets for babies, comfortable flight

Negativ: I could not purchase transport for an extra bag on the website. I did purchase it at Larnaca Airport. There, I checked in, dropped off the bag, had to go to another counter to pay (long delay in them being able to generate a receipt). Then I had to run the receipt back to the ticket counter.

Positiv: Not much compare to other airlines

Negativ: Food!

Positiv: The crew was ok. The seating was comfortable as we had good leg room as we booked on a premium economy class.

Negativ: We requested for a chicken meal at dinner time but instead my husband and I was served the beef meal. I was very disappointed as firstly the way the beef was cooked tasted horrid. Secondly a mix up at the catering dept like labelling beef meal as chicken should never happen!

Positiv: gepäcksabfertigung in wien war flott. freundliche flugbegleiterinnen.

Negativ: Check-in war mühsam. Aufzahlung wegen Handgepäck, äußerste komplizierte Abwicklung der Bezahlung, da man am Bezahl(!!!)-Schalter den Betrag genau zu zahlen hat. Kein Wechselgeld. Flugverspätung von knapp einer Stunde - 0 Kommunikation. Gate geschlossen -Anzeige auf den Airport-Bildschirmen obwohl Boarding voll in Gange...

Negativ: Für 13 Euro nach Kopenhagen, was will man mehr erwarten? Bin pünktich abgeflogen und pünktlich gelandet.

Negativ: Check-in was the worst experience I have had in 45 years of air travel. The desk attendant was rude and confrontational. He checked my bag, sent it down the jetway and THEN told me that it was overweight and want to charge me 15€ per kilo for the overweight. He was beyond rude!

Positiv: Friendly crew.

Positiv: Space between our feet.

Negativ: Boarding was approximately 40 minutes late. Food wasn't that good. For breakfast it appeared the crew was running late because the plane was to land within the hour. The crew were passimg the meal quickly and didn't pick up mine or some of the passengers garbage telling us to leave it in front of the seat.

Positiv: Comfortable seats from the good old days on board B 737

Negativ: It is an airline that deceives you

Negativ: The hidden baggage fees was a surprise when checking in. I have never not been allowed one check in bag for an flight from Europe to the US. The crew did what was needed but made you feel like they were doing you a favour by showing up for work. Other airlines such as emirates, ethiad, virgin Australia all make a person feel welcome with great attention to detail international flight from Europe to the US. I will never fly air Europa again as I feel they are dishonest. The charge for the headphones is ridiculous when the entertainment is limited (most tv series will have one episode and the shows are old) The food was sub par. The sandwich with one sliver of ham was pathetic and the main meal was lacking with only chicken and rice, a small desert, no fruit/ salad and or crackers with cheese which is the norm on international flights.

Negativ: Excellent flight, only issue was flight information from Captain was spoken too fast and it was hard to understand what was said...please ask them to slow down their speech on the in flight announcements, cabin staff were fine

Positiv: Boarding was smooth and a far better experience than EasyJet's competitors

Negativ: Terribly unhealthy food choices. Though the announcements came in English, they could barely be understood. A seasoned traveler would know what it was about, seatbelts and luggage.in the bins.

Positiv: Pünktlicher Start, nette Besatzung

Negativ: Es gab keine Getränke und nicht mal eine Kleinigkeit zum Essen inklusive.

Positiv: Im not sure how comfortable can an economy, 12 hours and a half flight seat can be.. but somehow it turned out to be easy and nice

Negativ: The only things i can think of are already given in business class, like even wider seat and spaces between lines

Positiv: got it on time...even shorter than planned.

Negativ: 1. why leave the tv screens open all night when people sleep and want darkness? 2. too many bags on board and not in the trunk. 3. not enough blankets.

Positiv: Friendly crew.

Negativ: The seats are painfully small for a long-haul flight and Norwegian charges for EVERYTHING on board. Seriously not even free water.

Positiv: Sadly the best bit was landing and the pilot aborting and taking off again. Beats usual thrill seekers

Negativ: The boarding is very bad, you can not board 400 people in 15 minutes, the result will be, you will arrive one hour late! Also, Why the crew wear gloves when pick up left overs but not when serving the food? Really the crew training, it is very poor to sat the least. Arlindo.

Negativ: Flight overbooked, I got my seat at the very last moment

Positiv: Quick boarding and disembarkation

Negativ: Poor seat pitch. But only a half hour flight so wasn’t really a bother.

Positiv: One attendant took care of an infant while a mother was suffering from a nose bleed.

Negativ: Air Europa check in was at area 2, furthest corner of Zurich airport; no sign of which section of check in area 2 (1 through 5) the airline check in seciton is. You have to walk the entire area (seems like a whole separate terminal) to find the counters which were combined with 6 other airlines. Took only 20 minutes. Then to the opposite corner of the airport to board the plane to Madrid. WOW!

Positiv: Crew was great, the rest was average

Negativ: My checked luggage for which i paid an extra $100 has been damaged to a point where 2 out of the 4 weels are about to fall. I don't know in which of the two flights it happened since my luggage was transfered during the layover.

Positiv: I flew business class - very good seats. TAP also flies an older plane on this route- not fully reclining
