Positiv: Nothing. This was poor service from every stand point, starting from punctuality. Almost 2 hours delay and almost lost my connecting flight in Barcelona

Negativ: Change management

Negativ: This is a budget airline. It was a decent plane, the crew was very friendly. Being a budget airline, food on board has to be purchased separately. There is no entertainment on board. The seats didn’t recline. Overall it was good value for your money.

Negativ: Did not get to board my flight.

Negativ: The checking, customer service, Air Europa website and food was a disaster.

Positiv: GOOD SPACE FOR THE LEGS, AND COMFORTABLE SEAT

Negativ: SINCE I WAS SEATING IN THE BACK SEAT, IT WAS REALLY HOT, NO AC COMING OUT OF THE LAST ROW OF VENTS

Negativ: Flying on time

Positiv: Decently comfortable seating - Good flight staff.

Negativ: Flight was delayed and boarding took longer than seemed necessary. Food wasn't so good and entertainment was virtually nonexistant.

Positiv: Flight crew was on top of things. Flight was smooth and ontime.

Negativ: A bit cramped in the economy class. Could have been more room for the money we had to spend on tickets

Positiv: Freundliches Personal; nützliche Informationen zu Verspätungen etc.

Negativ: Sehr wenig Beinfreiheit; Verspätung beim Abflug, Warteschleife vor Landung

Negativ: It’s frustrating to not have the ability to select seats before arriving at check in counter when there’s really not much to choose from.

Positiv: On board crew was good.

Negativ: Free beverages like every other airline. Not good at all boarding/checking in.

Negativ: Unexpected baggage charges despite only taking carryons

Positiv: Bag check in was great! Had a great experience with the Easy Jet staff. Security was u bit unfriendly.

Negativ: Pas d accueil dans l avion, chef de cabine triste et pas ravi de travailler. Équipe peu chaleureuse, ni souriante. Pas d au revoir en sortant de l avion non plus

Positiv: Not anything to rave about. The in-flight entertainment was bland - fortunately the flight was only 2 hours. There were various TV screens that could be seen, but no way to listen. In this case it wasn't a loss because I noticed that they were showing cartoons, even though there were no children on board. The snack was a simple sandwich, a little smaller than the size of a hotdog bun. Supposedly it was an artesian Swiss sandwich, but I think they could have done better. Overall, I'm happy with Swiss Air, and would definitely fly with them again.

Positiv: Crew was perfectly fine.

Negativ: Departure time was delayed due to over crowding in Zurich airport. Info on connecting flights and transfer requirements was insufficient, no offer to help those with tight connections, e.g., by trying to seat them at front of plane or help them get off faster. Missed connecting flight as a result!!

Positiv: The meals were awesome, flight great!

Negativ: Seats don’t recline at all and wasn’t even offered water on a close to 3 hour flight. Bare bones service to be sure.

Negativ: They had problem with plane and had to change it. Then we havd the proper allowed carry on and they had no space.... short thrip of a little over an hour but the getting to leave was the worse....

Negativ: Boarding was terrible, like they never done that before. They do not offer even just a glass of water- nothing.

Negativ: The crew was very unpleasant . I boarded the plane - was not even greeted. This was not like business class at all . I felt like I just wasted money and did not get even close the service I expected. Flight attendants were ignoring my requests - no blankets no cocktails ... very bad .

Positiv: I really like the fact that I could check the baggage the day before the trip. This was very helpful and I could avoid keeping the bags during a long stop in Madrid.

Positiv: One lady was so mean when I asked her a question .

Negativ: Be more smiling and helping customers when needed
