Negativ: Seats that can go backwards/recline more. Sleeping is a bit of a challenge.

Positiv: When I booked my Economy Light fare from Denver to Paris, I was expecting a trying experience. But to the contrary, I found the entire trip to Paris and back enjoyable. I found the boarding quick and efficient, plus the flight attendants were genuinely friendly and helpful.

Negativ: Short answer: Nothing. Icelandair is my new favorite low-cost airline for trips to Europe.

Positiv: The crew was great. I mostly slept through the whole flight, but they were very welcoming.

I found the boarding quick and efficient, plus the flight attendants were genuinely friendly and helpful. Connecting in KEF was a delight.

Negativ: Short answer: "Nothing". I've travelled extensively around the world and Icelandair is now my favourite low-cost airline. Takk Icelandair.

Negativ: A longer connection so I didn’t miss the flight.

Positiv: Comfortable new plane, friendly staff.

Negativ: Not having over an hour delay followed by buses to disembark resulting in a missed connection.

Positiv: The flight crew was good at keeping the guests informed. Plane was clean. Crew was polite.

Negativ: Boarding process felt like Ryanair or Easyjet. The crew kept the lights at full brightness even though it’s a night flight which made it hard to relax.

Negativ: London Concorde first Lounge is old, food and service terrible, toilets dirty. And that is the best they got. Will try to avoid BA and only use if no other option. LH and AF much better in Europe

Positiv: Seats are comfortable and room for pack pack under seats

Negativ: The boarding seemed disorganized with a lack of clarity about those with no wheeled luggage allowed in first.

Positiv: TAP airline didn’t charge me for a checked bag on my flight to Lisbon. On the way back to Rome I was met with blank faces and no options. They demanded the extra $70 for a checked bag. On my way to Rome, a group of students were yelling and crawling all over the seats and blocking the aisle. Worst

Negativ: Full airline policies up front.

Positiv: super friendly crew. attentive and cordial

Negativ: wine only, no other alcohol

Positiv: Everything was perfect.

Positiv: The crew was great! The entertainment was pretty good too.

Negativ: The food was really bad. I prebooked an AISLE seat and of course I was given the WINDOW!

Negativ: A bit warm and the B777 blowers not in the easiest location to reach.

Negativ: I feel like all the problems the aircraft had it should've been repaired before trying to use it, upon boarding they told us the left engine had to be started from an external source, as a new flyer that was terrifying to hear

Negativ: Endless waiting and lost luggage. Excuse was unpredicted weather conditions. It was snowing in Finland so they had to clear the Ice from the planes.. Snowing in Finland? How uncommon is that during December? I actually think most of this is poor ground handling In Helsinki.

Negativ: Keine Getränke. Wenigstens Wasser kostenfrei wäre wünschenswert Sitzabstände sehr eng bei der neuen Kabine. Boarding war Recht chaotisch trotz Gruppen Einteilung.

Negativ: There was no entertainment system, it was a short flight anyway

Negativ: The boarding is very bad, you can not board 400 people in 15 minutes, the result will be, you will arrive one hour late! Also, Why the crew wear gloves when pick up left overs but not when serving the food? Really the crew training, it is very poor to sat the least. Arlindo.

Negativ: The aircrafts is very old and small for all the passengers they put inside, and the food is really bad in quality and taste.

Negativ: They asked everybody to put fit carry-ons in measuring bin and it slowed boarding a lot. Some bags got stuck there, it was quite entertaining :)

Negativ: Definitely not a comfortable flight. And being that it’s an international flight, some free snacks would have been nice.

Positiv: Ticketpreis, Mitglied der Lufthansa-Gruppe.

Negativ: Hohe Mehrkosten für Aufgabegepäck sowie Sitzplatzreservierung mit mehr Beinfreiheit (bin 190cm groß und hätte im Normalsitz kaum sitzen können). Snacks kann man vergessen. Bei diesem Flug war kein Gratis-WIFI vorhanden; ist weniger ärgerlich wie beim Hinflug wo eines vorhanden war jedoch nicht funktioniert hat.

Positiv: Almost 2 hours delay, crew couldn't confirm if our connection flight in Cologne will wait for us. It was very stressful.

Positiv: I felt safe on board... the cabin crew members at least got that right. The toilets were clean.

Negativ: Better entertainment system... better food and more courteous cabin crew members.....
