Negativ: Bathroom smells very bad My three seats where very dirty and had brown yucky stuff One had a sticky gum on it The cleaning crew should have noticed it

Negativ: The checking, customer service, Air Europa website and food was a disaster.

Positiv: Crew was nice. Airplane was in a good shape.

Negativ: Crew was trying to avoid providing free drinking water. Checking in for the flight took more than 1.5 hours.

Negativ: Aircraft broke, had to route me to an additional three stops just to get me home and through the night. Also, still unsure of where my checked baggage is.

Negativ: We waited THREE HOURS just to check our bags; we didn't have time for a meal prior to boarding as a result. Were told in-flight that they should've given us vouchers, and now we'd have to pay for something to eat. Our luggage was lost and took four days to be delivered.

Negativ: Plane was late taking off, Crew did not provide water when requested. They were busy with beverages that they could sell at a cost.

Negativ: The entertainment system broke down and the flight attendants seemed sassy

Positiv: The crew was very professional and helpful. If you travel Business Class it is very pleasant. But if you are traveling Economy the boarding management and economy seats suck! Many people were complaining about how narrow the economy seats are on the A320/330 aircraft.

Negativ: Swiss has finally done it! If you are a person who is large framed, around 225 lbs or higher you will not fit into their economy seats. I'm quite athletic and not obese but large framed (ex- football player), I could not sit squarely in the seat as my hips were severely pinched. Misery :(

Negativ: First of all my booking didnt have a checked bag included !! Since when british air do not include checled bags in their tickets . Second its way too expensive to add the baglike 100$ for each flight !! 400$ for me and my wife !! Third when i checked in and wanted to chose my seat 50$ each !!!

Negativ: The cabin lights were left on too long for a red eye. Cramped quarters - but that is true of every airline now. We did receive a blanket and pilllow, which was nice. Did not have dinner so can’t comment. Croissant with cream cheese prior to landing was OK Nice smooth flight.Nice pleasant crew

Positiv: One particular member of the flight crew (Jennifer Foster-Moore, I think) was stupendously kind and helpful. The cabin service manager (a young gentleman) was also very helpful. The ice-cream bar mid-flight was a nice touch.

Negativ: The equipment for this flight is a 747-400. Hence, the personal entertainment system is old: no games, and the video can be shaky.

Negativ: This is basically a southwest plain with a curtain to separate classes. No entertainment, no first class seats, no WiFi. Just a seat between us. No legroom. Y’all should be ashamed to call that first class. Waste of $

Negativ: We weren't alerted there was a chance of delays. Over two hours late.

Positiv: The entire flight was excellent, on time, great friendly crew, edible food, movies and options were great, perfect in every way. It was a little chaotic at flight loading on extra security, but I assume it could have something to do with it being on 9/11 and it was ultimately bound for NYC.

Negativ: I honestly cannot think of anything.

Negativ: Middle seat, last row. In a full flight, and the passenger in fronf reclines, its difficult to watch monitor, eat, or move

Negativ: The aircraft: too old! No charging ports, entertainment system horrible. The food was not super.

Negativ: Distance between seats on the low side i.e. not much leg room. TV screen again on the small size in comparison with other airlines. Ear phones poor build quality and sound. Plastic cutlery. Small meal trays. No hand wipes with meals. In comparison with other airlines BA is only an average carrier.

Negativ: Announcements at the gate: there were none. The flight was slightly delayed and there was not a word from BA agents.
