Negativ: Check in was just awful. Then a three hour delay and no one was forthcoming.

Negativ: The flight was late arriving, so consequently we had to pay a taxi to hotel, as shuttle had finished for the night. Air Canada staff let people know 10 mins prior to boarding that we needed the app to view movies in-flight. Most people couldn't download quick enough, & airport Wifi was not optimal

Negativ: The flight was fine, but the aircraft arrived 3 hours late. That’s a long wait.

Positiv: Seats in Dreamliner have a small pitch. The plane itself is awesome, crew is ok, food’s traditionally horrible.

Negativ: Pretty much everything

Positiv: Crew was great, the rest was average

Negativ: My checked luggage for which i paid an extra $100 has been damaged to a point where 2 out of the 4 weels are about to fall. I don't know in which of the two flights it happened since my luggage was transfered during the layover.

Positiv: Everything as expected!

Negativ: Had to pay for food. not a single chip :(

Positiv: The seat was ok and the crew was very kind

Positiv: Im not sure how comfortable can an economy, 12 hours and a half flight seat can be.. but somehow it turned out to be easy and nice

Negativ: The only things i can think of are already given in business class, like even wider seat and spaces between lines

Negativ: The seats were staggered between the middle and sides, so my family was eventually split across two rows. I hadn't expected that.

Negativ: Better leg room, better food, friendlier crew. Today you only get good treatment if you pay extra for it... Something is wrong with the pay-for-good-service model most airlines follow

Negativ: no choice of food, little space between the seats, touchscreen and headphones didn't work, for over 8 hours flight this was significant set back

Positiv: crew was ok, at one point I felt like they were just tired, after all it was a 12 hour flight from Madrid to L.A.

Negativ: make sure that the crew is well rested and ready for a long flight.

Negativ: The crew is not nice and rude. The checkin counter didnt allow me to have overweight of 300 grams. Ridiculous. At some areas of the plan the air conditioning doesn't work well

Positiv: Crew were super helpful and friendly. Food was above average for airline food. It was all on schedule. On my return trip - knowing already the confusion with the exit row seat which I explained here, they switched me to the correct exit row without a problem or charge.

Negativ: I tried to book exit row seats online. The seat map would not load, so I called the number suggested. Had a long a confusing conversation with a woman who did not seem to understand what an exit row seat was. I booked seats, but my card was never charged and I received no email confirmation. I tried the website again and this time saw the seat map. Completely misleading. The real exit row is the row IN FRONT of the marked exits on the map. I chose the row which looked like an exit row, and on boarding found that I was in the row behind the exit row. The flight attendant took a photo of my seat map print out, because it was so confusing!!! No wonder the woman I spoke to sounded like she didn't know what she was talking about - she was following the seat map too!

Positiv: Very good service! Friendly and happy staff!

Negativ: The food; I didn't like the sandwich and the snacks

Positiv: Woman at ticket counter was great. Was traveling with 2 kids and she moved our seats closer to the front

Negativ: Wasn’t clear what boarding group was up. I don’t usually fly delta so maybe I’m just not used to the system but something on the video screen at the gate saying where they were in boarding would have helped. I wasn’t the only one that seemed lost.

Positiv: Crew was friendly and appreciative of our business.

Negativ: Gate agents should announce the new boarding categories. I'm a seasoned traveler, yet I did not know the categories. It was more intuitive to use Zones numbers, instead of what you have now.

Negativ: The Male flight attendant was rather rude

Negativ: 12 hour flight with no in flight movies unless you paid an extra EUR 10. Food tastes bad, plus I was skipped from the second meal despite having prepaid for it (flight attendant overlooked that my seat was on a list, part of the problems that come with nickeling and diming for every single thing including even meals on an international flight). Despite flying to the US, attendants consistently only spoke German to me and my wife, did not speak on both German and English.

Positiv: Boarded and departed gate on time. Efficient.

Negativ: Not the friendliest.

Negativ: More legroom. And not having to pay for a simple glass of water.

Positiv: Lief alles reibungslos. Nettes Personal.

Negativ: Again contact to customer service ahead of the flight was impossible I sent 3 messages about travel with ESA dog and got no response

Negativ: There was an undisclosed $120 baggage fee. The food was horrible and made me sick. We left nearly two hours late.

Positiv: There was room available.

Negativ: This was not business class!

Negativ: gibt es auf so ner Kurzstrecke nichts zu meckern, sogar Duty-Free Verkauf - ist man auf der Kurzstrecke gar nicht mehr gewohnt

Positiv: Speedy boarding process, good meal choices.

Negativ: Plane was a little dirty. Entertainment was also a little limited in terms of new releases.

Positiv: The crew is excellent. Very friendly, professional, and helpful. Both on board and at the desk inside the airport. They listen to your needs and respond the best they can. Seats are comfortable enough for Economy. Good selection of movies to watch. The flight was on time and arrived even a little earlier than expected.

Negativ: The food was filling, but not particularly tasty. For those seated toward the back, there was no choice. Although maybe there was no choice to begin with. Normally, on international flights, for the first (bigger) meal at least, you are given two choices, such as meat or vegetarian, beef or chicken. The food itself wasn't great. The salad was below average on both flight, from and to Chicago. So was the desert. Drinks are offered once with each meal in very small glasses. Although there is a bottle of water from the start.

Negativ: Boarding not organize properly Letting passengers go from front to back not good

Positiv: Crew was friendly and boarding was fast and easy.

Negativ: My luggage did not arrive with me.

Negativ: AC would always delay

Positiv: The flight itself was fine but AC could splurge for a gate rather than bussing our to the tarmac

Negativ: The enertainment system was down for over half the passengers and only returned to spotty functionality two thirds of the way through the flight. I gather after some other passengers disconnected. Clearly the system didn’t have enough bandwidth to support all 350 passengers. and why no wifi?

Positiv: ease of boarding, the flight left Dulles at the perfect time, after all the crowds were gone

Positiv: Small airport short layover

Negativ: Airplanes to US should be larger model rather than 757 single aisle with more comfortable seats.

Negativ: They asked everybody to put fit carry-ons in measuring bin and it slowed boarding a lot. Some bags got stuck there, it was quite entertaining :)

Positiv: The flights were both on time and the food and entertainment were excellent.

Negativ: The boarding process in Paris and in Reykjavik was crowded and very chaotic.....they do not separate and board the Saga Class passengers first, it's just one big line and "free for all".

Positiv: Got me where I wanted on time

Negativ: Toilet was disgusting, crew spoke over the pa and could not understand a thing, entertainment was an old in the back of the seat player very slow and bad picture. Breakfast was a piece of bread.

Negativ: No clear advice about extra luggage fees In Miami I got help and paid $100 In Madrid, I tried to purchase the extra luggage on line. The website gave me an error. Once at the counter the person helping me there could not help either. I was charged $150 since the purchase was not done on line. I requested a supervisor: denied! My last trip with air Europa!!!

Positiv: Everything was as expected except for the inconvenience of no having food on board.

Negativ: Had to pay for food. not a single chip :(
