I will file a complain for full reimbursement, not to mention having to stay in Madrid for one day to wait for Iberia next flight to Guatemala which I took.

Negativ: For an hour and one half flight the seats were tolerable. Anything longer than that would have been torture.
Negativ: The phone number to contact BA in Italy started with 02, didn’t work with a cell phone needs a country code. The check in staff were ok, but the disability support staff in both Rome and London were EXCELLENT and the cabin crew were great.

Negativ: No entertainment, limited drink service. Flight was rerouted and very poor reimbursement provided.
Negativ: Extremely poor timing and communication. Departed over 2hr late and missed landing to the correct airport by 10 mins and so had to divert to an airport an hour away with poor coordination

Negativ: Why was I in group 4 going out and in group 5 coming back, when I sat in almost the same row? Middle Overhead bins too small for regular carry on cases.

Negativ: Checked bag fee was expensive at $120 per bag. For the two of us bags cost $240. The plane boarded late this departed and arrived late. Otherwise a very good flight. Very comfortable, all Amenities worked, the plane was clean and the staff accommodating.

Positiv: Though I was never sent an email for my daughter's check in, I had a different reservation for her but still under my name and same email, when I called on the phone the people were pleasant. They still never provided me with an email though and information allowing me to have my daughter checked in. they only provided me with her reference number.
Negativ: All in all we had a poor experience and my family and I were disappointed. I'm about to book yet another ticket for my brother, but this time I'm not considering Swiss Air. Just so you know, I'm a very positive person and appreciate every polite and courteous gesture. Unfortunately this experience didn't allow me to do so.
Negativ: the seat did not reclined, it was broke. travel with my wife on different seat my wife had a broken knee and they assigned a seat smack in the middle of the isle and she told me she almost past out because she could not move I had a passenger in the back that was kicking my seat every few minutes and I woke up every time I went to sleep
Positiv: It was an 8.5 hour flight and we got fed 2 meals, 2 snacks and had lots of beverage breaks! We were delayed a little but it was due to an issue in France, not anything to do with the airplane, and the captain found a solution faster than he had originally said he would (with the help of the tower of course).
Negativ: The legroom in economy is just as bad as you would expect.

Negativ: Airport staff cannot fix ticket issues Bag has been lost for over 2 weeks and customer relations office advised me to wait 3 months before any compensation is even considered. Had to pay extra $240 to get on the flight because on one was available to correct a ticketing mistake. Horrible airlines
Positiv: The Ukraine airline did a sting operation and took 80 euro from everyone who had a bag that was a little bigger than a purse. Shame on them, will never fly with them again.

Negativ: It was unusual that we had to go through another security station when changing planes. The home made jam I transported from Paris made it through the Paris security, but was confiscated by the American security. It made my trip home upsetting.

Positiv: Our flight from Hamburg to Munich arrived late. Lufthansa met about 10 of us at our arrival gate, took us through a side channel Passport Control and then mini-bused us to our gate. We arrived at the gate 15 minutes after scheduled departure but our plane was there. Very considerate.

Negativ: The AirEuropa App, doesn’t work very well with IPhone, getting constantly error signs. I decided to change my seat after getting the boarding pass, but it was impossible. The app didn’t allow me.

Negativ: I am not blaming the airline, but the Salt Lake Airport. Everything was slow and everything was delayed! The airport staff was friendly, but airport management needs be prepared and perform better. Compared to other airport, there was not that many people flying, and still there processing issues.

Positiv: Turkish Airlines is my favorite airline going to Europe. We even did the 20 hr layover in Istanbul and had a great time staying for a couple of nights going and coming back. Staff is always friendly and the food is amazing. The food in coach is as good as first class on some US domestic flights
Negativ: It's an airplane, there's not much to make it better besides giving more seat room. TA gives free drinks, a couple of meals, blankets, and the travel bag, only a snobby priss would gripe about flying with them. I've flown enough budget airlines that give you NOTHING that I love flying TA!
