Positiv: The new premiere plus was pretty nice and roomy with recliner feature and big personal screen. I'll try this again.

Positiv: The whole experience was good. This would be my favorite airlines in the future to travel anywhere

Negativ: I would have preferred some more quantity of food

Negativ: Very smooth and comfortable flight.

Positiv: The crew was awesome. Boarding went very well.

Negativ: Seats are too dang small. I didn’t pay to sit with my elbows in front of me instead to my sides. The human body is NOT designed to sit like that.

Negativ: Flight was delayed more than an hour due to mishandling of baggage - was at runway for takeoff and was called back to the gate because a bag was loaded that should not have been.

Negativ: When allotting seats to seniors, BA could have been more considerate and not placed them in middle seats

Positiv: Nothing, total stress making us re-check our baggage

Negativ: British AIrways could have checked our bags through from Denver to Paris....after all it was British Airways to British Airways, but they made us check only to London, retrieve bags carry them to another terminal recheck them for what Simon the BA ticket writer was nothing but pure error by British

Positiv: Crew at airports are super nice and the ride was smooth.

Positiv: The crew was very cool

Negativ: The food was ok

Positiv: Nothing

Negativ: I am handicap, I travel with a scooter. We let them know months in advance and still they did not plan or assist. My scooter was not brought up in Brussels or DC, I refused to leave the plane in DC until they finally brought it to plane. They sat me in row 38...I can only walk a few feet so the airline failed in every aspect...epuc fail. I will never fly Brussels airlines again.

Positiv: Brussels Airlines is the the step-child of Lufthansa basically. But on the transatlantic flights they do a very good job.

Positiv: Food and a good cabin crew on Brussels Air.

Negativ: No complaints

Negativ: Didn't make the flight

Negativ: Never happened,missed flight

Positiv: The flight was seamless,appreciated the frequent food and drink service

Negativ: The boarding was priority and then everyone else. Didn’t realize economy boarding had no real order.

Positiv: I paid to go with Lufthansa airways not with United Airways. And I came to know the day of the flight that I was to board United airways. Really disappointed.

Negativ: In the international flight United Airways charge for the Wiskey liquor. And that is ridiculous.

Positiv: The crew were really helpful with people who had tight connections because of the delayed flight

Negativ: I wish they had WiFi

Positiv: Cabin facilities

Negativ: They didn’t bring one of my bags

Positiv: Overall KLM experience is good

Negativ: Food quality was mediocre for a business class flight.

Negativ: We were changed from KLM to Airiltalia without any information sent so only because I tried to check in did I find out the flight on KLM was cancelled and we were changed to Airitalia. The Airitalia flight was very mediocre.

Negativ: The flight wad late becsuse of the immigration.

Positiv: clean and fast

Negativ: use airport finger in Lisbon airport

Positiv: On this prop plane, the takeoff and landing was exceptionally smooth. Again, the crew gave outstanding service.

Negativ: All was perfect! Thank you.

Positiv: No frills but no dramas either. All efficient and friendly. Helped that there were many empty seats

Positiv: I am still in one piece after flying.

Negativ: The crew (and people before boarding) were kind of rude (e.g. mean tones, not really smiling, etc.).

Negativ: Everything, flight was super late, no explanation whatsoever,

Negativ: Assistants were rude and the flight was delayed and they didn’t provide a solution to my lost connection.

Positiv: Great service, but late departure, missed flight in Reykjavik, 8 hours late arrival in Zurich

Negativ: Waiting for us in Reykjavik to get to Zurich less than the 8 hours late....

Positiv: I like the pillow and blanket.

Negativ: The boarding process is not well organized compared to other airlines. Passengers should get a bottle water every flight.

Positiv: Nice clean plane, more roomy plane than first flight from Toronto

Positiv: Economy class OK for comfort. Staff very friendly and helpful. Had enough bathrooms for size of plane

Negativ: Food choices did not have any salads except falafel.

Positiv: Seats too small. Lousey food was lae

Negativ: they boarded zones 3, then 4, then 5.. utter chaos. When I asked a male flight attendant the premise for this he was rude and aggressive. My wife phoned CA to book a gluten free meal the day before. The process was so complex she gave up. 9 hours no food. I was reminded again why I hate this airline

Negativ: Seats next to bathroom row 30 - not good. Delayed 2 hours before departure

Positiv: Friendly crew in business class.

Negativ: I still haven't arrived yet, missed the big flight by two minutes, no help from the crew, had to overnight in Zürich. Trying again today...

Positiv: Service was slow, but fine.

Negativ: * Couldn't online check-in * Seat selection was not honoured * Plane model not as advertised * No entertainment on board

Negativ: There was only one agent checking in business class passengers until a bunch of us complained. The Swiss business lounge is too small with not enough seats

Positiv: Even though we flew through turbulances the crew was able to manage their tasks. Plus beautiful stewardess.

Negativ: Der Flug war 20 min verspätet und in Hamburg mussten wir dann noch 15 Minuten auf Busse warten, weil keine verfügbar waren.

Negativ: SiKo in TXL viel zu lange

Positiv: Boarded and departed gate on time. Efficient.

Negativ: Not the friendliest.

Negativ: 12 hour flight with no in flight movies unless you paid an extra EUR 10. Food tastes bad, plus I was skipped from the second meal despite having prepaid for it (flight attendant overlooked that my seat was on a list, part of the problems that come with nickeling and diming for every single thing including even meals on an international flight). Despite flying to the US, attendants consistently only spoke German to me and my wife, did not speak on both German and English.

Positiv: Comfortable seats

Negativ: On a 4 hour flight Offer snacks and water without charge. Children were screaming the entire flight. The crew stood in the back reading magazines instead of checking if people needed more drinks.

Positiv: The staff were great, the flight was on time, the boarding was easy.

Negativ: The food. Both my sons are vegan and there weren't any vegan options apart from crisps and nuts. Vegans are taking over the World so you need to be able to give them something to eat!

Negativ: One flight attendant was exceedingly rude during the boarding process, but thankfully she was not in our area.

Negativ: It’s hard to get used to not having seat-back entertainment when you’ve had it the rest of the trip!

Negativ: Air Canada not even offering a snack on a 3 hour flight now. Ridiculous.

Positiv: Helpful person at check in counter when I couldn’t check in online and the kiosk would not complete my check in process. Easy boarding. Very relaxed and friendly flight crew (less militant than other airline crews).

Negativ: There was some sort of glitch with my record and I could not check in online or at the kiosk. That was frustrating. I called customer service and it was a VERY long time on hold to get an agent.

Positiv: Friendly crew in business class.

Positiv: Crew was amazing and flight was excellent
