Negativ: TXL could have hired more ground staff. We were delayed almost 1 hour because they couldn’t find a driver for the pushback tug.

Positiv: Our outward journey was quick from parking our car through to departure lounge via bag drop and security all within 17 mins. And our return journey was just as good, from landing through security, collecting luggage to leaving the car park all within 30 mins.
Negativ: Self Service Bag Drop at Luton Airport was really quick. Security was exceptionally quiet and very quick.

Negativ: Lack of communication. Lack of sympathy. Lack of knowledge. From the beginning, I wasn’t given the boarding pass to my connecting flight nor was I informed as to why. When I finally made it to my connecting flight with NO time to spare (very small window of approximately 45 minutes to make it to my connecting flight) my husband, my son and I were turned away from our flight due to over booking. The Eurowings manager guarantees we would be able to make another flight if we went to the ticket counter right away. At the ticket counter, (different airline) the ticket agent explained we’d have to transfer our booking over from Eurowings to the new airline. This left us NO time to make that flight the Eurowings manager guaranteed us we would make. We also waited 3 hours at the baggage claim office only for them to tell us they lost all our bags. Only 2 out of our 5 bags made it onto the flight and will be waiting at lost and found of our final destination and the other 3 bags are unknown of their whereabouts. The Eurowings ticket agent took ALL of our bags including my husbands and I carry ons, so we were left with no clothing and had to stay at the airport over night. This airline really sucks. We were never informed in advance of this over booking issue or I would have certainly made my own accommodations before hand. Will never fly Eurowings again. Definitely the worst airline I’ve traveled with. And I lost 5 bags in the process.

Negativ: Our flight was delayed three hours for no readily apparent reason. The food served on-board was inedible. When it was finally time to land, we briefly touched down before going back up into the air and circling for an additional half hour because another plane was at our gate. The quick up-and-down caused at least two passengers near me to vomit. I’ll try my best to avoid Eurowings in the future.

Negativ: Late flight. Both flights smelled of latrines. Charge for one checked back one way was 99.00. Flight attendant rude and said no vegetarian meals were available to purchase and I ordered within 10 mins of taking off. First she ignored me, even though she was talking to passenger next to me. I waited and she skipped right over me to next row. I had to press overhead light to get her attention. No veggie wrap available and I was told the vegetarian soup actually had chicken. No food is available otherwise on Iceland air flights. We almost missed our connection and flight crew didn’t even let us off plane before others who didn’t have tight connection. Husband was assigned a seat that didn’t exist on plane. Landing was the worst ever, came in on two wheels—all passengers were groaning. I travel a lot and will never choose Iceland air again.

Negativ: Despite booking seats together, we were assigned separate seats and weren’t able to change them without paying a fee. Icelandair customer service line gave a recording that said they were too busy and hung up on me. I made contact through their website and got a response blaming the airport. The Boarding experience was nightmarish. Then once aboard we sat on the apron for over an hour waiting for bags to transfer. Plane was too hot.

Positiv: The flight itself was good and the boarding staff at Barcelona were excellent in helping us with our autistic daughter, making things smooth for her. Overall pretty good until we got to Manchester, although the flight was delayed by around an hour.
Negativ: Missing suitcase and then nobody available at the missing luggage desk for some time. Had to hunt around for someone to help us. Eventually when found they were helpful and have a useful online system for getting updates. Case not found at time of writing review but sounds hopeful.
Negativ: delayed 2hours 50 min. Lost connection, have to wait 11 hours

Positiv: The flight was on time. The ground crew was pleasant and helpful, especially in meeting the needs of handicapped passengers.
Negativ: You have to pay for anything you consume in the way of food and drink... even a glass of water to take a pill. My wife and I fly frequently and this will be our last time to fly Veuling. Other than the lack of any free beverages, the legroom is minimal, there is no TV and no electronic recharging at the seats.

Negativ: Verspätungen sind anstrengend und nervig. Genauere Angaben wann der Abflug ist und direkte Informationen wie es weitergeht wären hilfreich. Außerdem wäre es gut wenn es bei so langen Versätungen etwas zu essen gäbe, nicht nur einen Keks. So wurde uns praktisch ein Tag unserer Reise genommen - schade

Positiv: Everything was so speedy with them, the checkin process, boarding and off boarding it’s all done with such efficiency and purpose. Staff are incredibly friendly and I think that they do a terrific job for such fair pricing.Would absolutely recommend them over the other budget carriers!
