Positiv: Crew seem competent, airplane was fairly clean and not too old, food not awful, ac outlets in economy, headphones not the worst.

Negativ: I hate that there's no free checked bag anymore! Two mile walk with heavy bag in Frankfurt. Provide carts in FRA! Crowded: seat pitch small, seats narrow, flight totally full, toilets filthy by the end. IFE: English options boring (German options not subtitled), touch screen not responsive.

Negativ: Traveled business class and the big perk was nobody in the middle seat. My seat was same size and uncomfortable as economy seats. The seating chart when I chose seats showed only 2 seats on each side. However there were 3 regular seats on each side, just like economy. Not a nice surprise.

Negativ: Check in was dismal: I arrived in plenty of time with just three people in front of me in the queue, yet nearly missed my flight because they were all checked-in so slowly. Then when I had the temerity to mention politely that check-in had been very slow, she made no apology and was very rude.

Positiv: Sadly the best bit was landing and the pilot aborting and taking off again. Beats usual thrill seekers

Negativ: Late. Boaring hectic.

Negativ: First, they announced that they need some passengers to voluntarily give up the booking in exchange for 280 refunds (a slightly higher rate which not worth to do it) and 1 stopover the fight to Rome which will arrive at 22.00 instead (our flight is 17.35). About 15 minutes before boarding time, they announced flight delaying. Around 17.45, they announced gate changing from B to A which located at opposite side of the the airport so all passengers run there because of everyone afraid that their booking might be canceled because no one agrees to give up. At both gates, many people try to jump in the queue which no staff comes in the manage the queue. During waiting on the board, the air condition seems to be closed, hard to breathe. Around 19.00, the plane took off the Zurich airport eventually, finish the 1.5 hours delay. The captain announced that it cause by the technical problem of the flight earlier but my thinking it cause from over-booking.

Positiv: Left on time. Quick flight.

Positiv: Swiss is aways good

Positiv: The flight was smooth and on time. The flight crew did everything alright.

Negativ: Connecting flights. All lies, no cooperation. Not a small airport as it takes nearly half an hour to get to Gate E. Too few characters allowed to explain all we went thru.

Positiv: Enough leg room to extend legs under the seat in front. Orderly exit row by row instead of a scrum. Having a window seat usually means you are last to get off!

Positiv: The staff were friendly and helpful. I wwas provided with a snack and a drink which was nice too.

Negativ: There is little that I can think of which I disliked about this flight to London, I would use Air Malta again

Positiv: Even though the airplane was packed, I didn't feel crowded.

Negativ: There was no power outlet to recharge the phone and no entertainment.

Positiv: The crew were nice.

Negativ: An hour delay, a cheap sandwich and no entertainment.

Negativ: Make sure to get to the airport early if leaving from Prague. Everything is disorganized and lines are very long

Positiv: First cancelled the 10:00 am flight while everybody already onboard. Then boarded us again on the same airplane two hours and 50 min later. Right in time before the 3h necessary for passengers to file a claim.

Negativ: Chaotic under staff and poorly organized. Forced to rush and nearly miss flight despite being at airport well in advt

Positiv: There was too little space between rows. Sometimes it was too difficult to watch a movie because the screen was too close to my face.

Positiv: I was offered to check in my carry on, it was nice.

Negativ: I was told a wheel chair would be available to help me get to Terminal E in Zurich. I had literally TO RUN to catch my connecting flight to NYC since the chair was not their for me in Zurich. I almost missed my flight. I am a 79 years old woman. That was one terrible experience.

Negativ: malpenza boarding area really stressful!

Negativ: Flight overbooked, I got my seat at the very last moment

Negativ: Enforced separation of hand luggage taken to hold at gate due to lack of space. Parked miles away from terminal on arrival. The usual budget airline issues.

Positiv: That we landed safely

Negativ: The person at the check in desk could have been more informative and helpful and mostly when we checked in a half empty €40 suitcase, she could have checked the rest of our belongings to make sure it was ok or let us know if we need to change anything. I had to pay €50 later to have my tampons w me.

Negativ: Legspace in economy class was probably good back in 1975, but in 2019 not acceptable anymore

Positiv: Flight was cancelled. Had to sleep in Zurich overnight. Airline covered the hotel and dinner bill though

Negativ: Next morning the flight was delayed . Lost time in Rome and a night in Rone hotel

Positiv: Crews was very good and helpful.

Negativ: I have to pay $100 at the airport for my second bag, which was a total surprised to me. Because when the question of how many check bag came up and I put in 2. There should be a warning come up that it will be extra charges for the second bag.

Positiv: Crew was kind and gracious.

Negativ: Hand carry was checked 3 different times. Goes to show that Swiss staff doesn’t trust its colleagues to determine if the bag passes muster.

Negativ: We left with 2 hours of delay to land at midnight on a Sunday night.... to other ways to go home than taxi which is expansive and long.

Negativ: Für 13 Euro nach Kopenhagen, was will man mehr erwarten? Bin pünktich abgeflogen und pünktlich gelandet.

Negativ: Return flight was canceled just a few hours before actual departure. EaseJet did not have any other options for next couple days. We had to book 6 one-way tickets costing $2,400. Will never fly with EasyJet again!

Negativ: Excellent flight, only issue was flight information from Captain was spoken too fast and it was hard to understand what was said...please ask them to slow down their speech on the in flight announcements, cabin staff were fine
