Bei diesem Flug war kein Gratis-WIFI vorhanden; ist weniger ärgerlich wie beim Hinflug wo eines vorhanden war jedoch nicht funktioniert hat.

Negativ: I was told a wheel chair would be available to help me get to Terminal E in Zurich. I had literally TO RUN to catch my connecting flight to NYC since the chair was not their for me in Zurich. I almost missed my flight. I am a 79 years old woman. That was one terrible experience.
