Positiv: The security process at the airport was the best and fastest I have had. Flight was however delayed. But flight was short and enjoyable.

Negativ: The delay of the flight could have been handled better. We were not advised why it was late or anything. But overall experience was good. Thanks

Positiv: The friendly staff at check in and at the boarding gate.

Negativ: The food it far from satisfactory.

Negativ: no legroom, no business class (while i payed for it), awful food, no business class lane, no space for luggage

Negativ: 2 Stunden Verspätung ohne Getränke oder Speise Entschädigung.

Negativ: There was a change of name and the wrong name was changed. I very nearly didn’t get on the flight and had to pay extra fees to fly. I wasn’t aware I was booking with last minute.com, whom I have had issues with before. Worried about the return flights already.

Positiv: The plane was almost empty, I had a whole row for myself (albeit with very limited legroom)

Negativ: Can't comment on food as it isn't provided with the basic fare.

Positiv: Ticketpreis, Mitglied der Lufthansa-Gruppe.

Negativ: Hohe Mehrkosten für Aufgabegepäck sowie Sitzplatzreservierung mit mehr Beinfreiheit (bin 190cm groß und hätte im Normalsitz kaum sitzen können). Snacks kann man vergessen. Bei diesem Flug war kein Gratis-WIFI vorhanden; ist weniger ärgerlich wie beim Hinflug wo eines vorhanden war jedoch nicht funktioniert hat.

Negativ: leichte Verspätung. Handgepäck von einigen Leuten sollte kontrolliert werden, hatten kaum Platz für unsere Jacken.

Negativ: The seats are painfully small for a long-haul flight and Norwegian charges for EVERYTHING on board. Seriously not even free water.

Negativ: Nobody explained boarding and it was weird. We went through a gate, but there was not a plane. After standing confused for about 20 mins, a bus arrived and drove us to the plane. Despite this wait, we left about on time and arrived on time.

Positiv: Enough leg room to extend legs under the seat in front. Orderly exit row by row instead of a scrum. Having a window seat usually means you are last to get off!

Negativ: Late. Boaring hectic.

Positiv: Staff was pleasant and helpful, it was a short flight but overall was very good

Negativ: It was just enough, May be a magazine that tell you more about things to do in Cities you are flying to would help. Don’t compromise on information. All was great.

Negativ: Flug hatte leider 1.5 stunden verspätung.

Positiv: Friendly crew.

Negativ: The food was really bad. I prebooked an AISLE seat and of course I was given the WINDOW!

Positiv: The crew was entertaining and pleasant. The flight was short and easy.

Positiv: The crew was polite and helpful. The wine was free and each seat had it's own screen with a good assortment of movies and TV shows.

Negativ: The food could be much better. Although coming from Sicily it's tough to compare.

Positiv: Crew was lovely, patient with all us skiers returning from the slopes. The food was EXCELLENT- for airline food. And I was in economy.

Negativ: The Entertainment tech was not smooth, had difficulty getting it to function and likely annoyed the person in front of me with all my tapping.

Positiv: Respectful pilot and cabin crew, flight was all in all very smooth and no inconvenience

Negativ: Für 13 Euro nach Kopenhagen, was will man mehr erwarten? Bin pünktich abgeflogen und pünktlich gelandet.

Positiv: Crew was kind and gracious.

Negativ: Hand carry was checked 3 different times. Goes to show that Swiss staff doesn’t trust its colleagues to determine if the bag passes muster.

Positiv: There was too little space between rows. Sometimes it was too difficult to watch a movie because the screen was too close to my face.

Positiv: I was offered to check in my carry on, it was nice.

Negativ: I was told a wheel chair would be available to help me get to Terminal E in Zurich. I had literally TO RUN to catch my connecting flight to NYC since the chair was not their for me in Zurich. I almost missed my flight. I am a 79 years old woman. That was one terrible experience.

Positiv: The flight was good. Fairly good food

Negativ: Made me check my bags on my way back for no reason

Positiv: The problem was with the booking, cancelled flights- under stable- but nobody willing to make it right. Flights still screwed up

Negativ: Give some customer service to your paying customers. Don't make a bad situation worse. Practice a can do attitude. Very disappointed in customer service. Not the flight itself.

Positiv: Crew was great! Food was good! Boarding was fast and organized!

Negativ: One of the flight attendance made hand gestures indicating eating when I asked him to repeat the dinner choices. That was very rude.

Negativ: Check-in war mühsam. Aufzahlung wegen Handgepäck, äußerste komplizierte Abwicklung der Bezahlung, da man am Bezahl(!!!)-Schalter den Betrag genau zu zahlen hat. Kein Wechselgeld. Flugverspätung von knapp einer Stunde - 0 Kommunikation. Gate geschlossen -Anzeige auf den Airport-Bildschirmen obwohl Boarding voll in Gange...

Positiv: War gut

Negativ: Der Flieger startete verspätet, da ein alleiniger Koffer ohne Besitzer im Laderaum war.

Positiv: quick check in information given in good time regular messages about potential disruption friendly staff

Negativ: some times cabin staff were a bit too business-like al few people skills would be good

Positiv: The crew was great.

Negativ: There was no entertainment on board. I was in the last row, and my seat would not recline, which made the flight less than comfortable.

Positiv: Everything was perfect.

Negativ: It would have been better if I had made the flight, but the first leg was canceled. We were tortured for 6 hours before it was canceled.

Positiv: EXCELLENT LEG ROOM

Negativ: Ground crew did not do a good job with the boarding process and even with speedy boarding it did not work well.
