Negativ: The flight from Manchester to Amsterdam has been delayed which led insufficient time for me to transfer to HK

Positiv: the crew was wonderful, we got a nice Wrap and water, wine or coffee for free, not all airlines serve it anymore, we were on time and I got whatsapp message with updates of the flight

Positiv: The crew did its best to make up for the fact that the special meal I ordered was inedible.

Negativ: The offered an upgrade to bid on. I did and was rewarded one for the 4 of us. It turned out that the seats were exactly like every other seat on the plane in size. They did provide free drinks and a well used towel. When you ask to be paid for an upgrade you should be clear what that really is.

Negativ: Much more but with this price you can not expect much!

Positiv: Fairly new plane with clean/comfortable seats

Negativ: Bus transportation to the plane was delayed. People were uncomfortable having to stand in the bus for so long. Then the flight was delayed for 15 minutes due to airport traffic. As the only business class passenger i would have expected to be offered a drink then or even a bottle of water at my seat

Negativ: Staff at the airport pushing you to upgrade to first class but not making it clear only the first trip from Athens to Amsterdam which the first class uses same uncomfortable seats as the economy to pay extra 130 euros ridiculous airfrance stuff! I should have flown all the way to NYC first class!!!

Positiv: Pleasant crew. Appropriate and efficiently served snack.

Negativ: Boarding and disembarkation were slow.

Positiv: Nice seat (I paid €48 euro for more legroom) and the food was decent and the movie selection good.

Negativ: TAP's boarding procedure is a bit of a mess. We had to wait an extended period of time to board and no information was given. Also keep in mind you have to pay extra for luggage, which is a real deal-breaker when traveling for extended periods of time.

Negativ: Seats sucked. Screaming kids. Wouldn’t let us bring our carry-on for the last leg: Lisbon to Barcelona even though there was room.
