I do not know how, but, rude crew and counter personnel is here, rest of things looks pretty standard without any difference with other airlines, that was not the case in the past

Delays. Endless walking at Schiphol, most exits closed. No staff or signs.

The flight that you gave us, JQ7 from Melbourne did not exist. Therefore we had to stay in Melbourne for another 24 hours and find another new route and flights to return to Heathrow. All a strain and stress. Your service to us for the return journey useless. So far, I have not found that you have corrected any of your failings and therefore it could also happen again to others tomorrow, next week, or next month. The return journey was a total disaster.

I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us.The food was also mediocre."

It was ok but the captain didn't say a word and didn't explain where we are, how long it still takes, the temperature and so on. Too bad as we know from the flight to Fuerteventura that we go over some bigger cities and we would have enjoyed knowing more about where we are.

Preisleistung

Da mein Flugzeug 90 min in Verspätung angekommen, habe ich das gemietete Auto verpasst. Daraufhin sollte ich ein Zug um 24 Uhr nach Köln suchen . Hier habe ich das Geld für Auto und Zug in Mühl geschmißen und mein Termin am Samstag sollte ich verschieben

Da mein Flug von Hamburg nach Düsseldorf schlecht wegen Verspätung schlecht war

They made us pay 100 EUR For hand luggage for disappointed with the service and I will try to get the money back from them since our hand luggage did fit under the seat and actually measured the correct size.

Sehr viele hustende Leute an Bord. Auf Grund der Enge hatte man kein gutes Gefühl. Langes Warten Beim an Board gehen. Nettes Personal!

The crew was efficient and welcoming. Boarding was a bit messy, some delay in the cleaning, it seems. All the rest was accordingly the flight tipology.

Buchung über KIWI eine Witz. Dienst mit anderer Dienst und noch weitere Dienst verknüpft. Keiner konnte mich helfen, da „jemanden anders“ zuständig. Sitzplatz automatisch zugeteilt. In einem zu 80% leeren Flieger, bekomme ich einen mittelsitz!!!!!!!!

I was held-up at boarding by rude employee who insisted that I had to wait until all other passengers had boarded the lane before issuing me a boarding pass so I can board the plane. I could not check-in earlier and get a boarding pass since I had flown directly from Dusseldorf.

Große Werbung und nichts dahinter :D"

Wie bei einer Billigairline alles. Business Class lohnt sich nicht. Nur der Mittelsitz bleibt frei und es gibt Essen aus dem Napf. Maschine sehr voll und alles sehr eng. beim Einchecken wollten sie 51 € für Sitzplatzreservierungen, die a) im Tarif inkludiert sind und b) hat uns Brussels Air selber umgesetzt! Trotz Silber Status konnten wir Fast lane in Berlin nicht wahrnehmen!

Very efficient loading and take off procedure in Geneva. One of the quickest sit down and go departures. Could have had more current video selections. Our plane was equipped with mostly first class and economy comfort seats so it seemed less crowded and roomy in these pandemic times.

Service was good.

I would have preferred not gone on my trip then fly this airline!"
Negativ: "I was not aware of the requirements of the Schengen Agreement and my passport was expiring in a couple of months. I was not able to get on this flight even though my final destination did not have the passport restrictions of the Schengen Agreement. When I booked the flight, I was not made aware of these requirements before my flight."
Positiv: "We were delayed boarding slightly, delayed sat on a steaming gate shuttle then sat on the tarmac for a couple of hours while storms passed. But the crew gave regular updates, provided food and water, allowed us to walk about. It was as plesent as such a situation could be."

Negativ: "1. The boarding process was chaotic - it was not clear where a line was to form or if there was an ordered process for boarding. 2. As an economy passenger, I was to purchase a meal between Geneva and Brussels. Since I didn't want a meal I was surprised to learn I also had to pay for a small, regular coffee."

Negativ: "Packed in like sardines. Flight attendant would not take the half full cup of coffee from me about 30 minutes before landing so I had to deal with not spilling it during deplaning. Connecting flight was 1hr and 40 min and they refused to give us water! Got to Budapest to find that the ticket Agent had routed three of our 4 bags to Budapest and one to Prague! How much worse could it possibly get!"

Negativ: "We had to wait 1 hour inside the airplane because there was fog in Lisbon. Flight took 2.5 hours and the Fog cleared long before we landed so there was no need to wait 1 hour in the airplane where we had NO leg space at all. As compensation they could at leased given us coffee for free and not have to buy for a bloody expensive high price."

Negativ: "The transatlantic flight from JFK took off about an hour late and we missed the connecting flight. This was very disappointing since half of the people on our flight were gong to Munich and I would have expected the airline to hold the plane for an extra 15 - 20 minutes so we could have made the flight. Instead, an almost empty plane must have taken off on time and we are only able to fly to Munch 5 hours later. Unacceptable from Brussel Airlines / Lufthansa. They should not sell this connection as a flight to Munich or should have held the plane."

I'm usually pretty tolerant, but the back of my seat was kicked for 8 hours and the kids kept running right in front of me causing me to constantly move my legs. Ugh. Food was ok, nothing special, it edible."
Negativ: "There was not enough space for our luggage so we had to carry it for the whole flight, the crew didn't even care and there were extremely rude and not nice when we asked where could we leave our luggage, they said no. The flight was delayed for 90 minutes. TERRIBLE airline"
