Positiv:: Efficient and helpful management. When our original room was too cold, the manager personally escorted and installed us in the Presidential suite, which was beautiful, and at no additional cost.Staff all equally polite and helpful. Lovely location with superb views.

Positiv:: Our stay was a total disappointment, as the rooms we bought as 'sea view' were in fact only 'partial' - indeed, minimal - sea view. The hotel loses all its meaning without that view and becomes an ordinary luxury hotel.

Positiv:: I think the location is the best for visiting Dubrovnik.The indoor pool is large and has lots of lounge chairs to relax. the area also has two Jacuzzis, a dry sauna, a steam room and a wellness spa, all good.

Wir haben uns auch alle andere 5*Hotels angesehen und wir muessen sagen, dass das Hilton mit Abstand das schoenste ist. Es liegt zwar nicht am Strand, aber die Lage so unmittelbar bei der Stadtmauer ist einfach super. Ideal fuer eine Staedtereise.

Positiv:: Wir haben unsere Erfahrung hier wirklich genossen. Wir liebten den Poolbereich direkt am Meer mit einem schönen Blick auf die Altstadt. Es war schön, im Pool schwimmen zu können oder im Meer zu springen, wenn sich das Wetter erwärmt. Die Zimmer waren gut eingerichtet und die Betten sehr komfortabel. Das Hotel ist weniger als zehn Minuten zu Fuß von der Altstadt entfernt. Das Frühstück war großartig, es gab sogar Mimosen!

Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei der Ankunft bekommt man, ohne nachfragen zu müssen, alle nötigen Informationen. Die Liegeterasse am Meer ist ebenfalls sehr sauber und das Personal dort hilfsbereit und freundlich.

The staff was very helpful and our room was very clean and lovely, complete with a small balcony and kitchenette. Overall, we felt it was a good value.

An excellent family-run boutique hotel in a convenient part of town close to Gruz Harbour.The owners (Maria and family) obviously take great pride in what they do.Superbly furnished,quiet and spotlessly clean rooms. Positiv:: Everything about this hotel was excellent. The staff were exceptionallly friendly and the atmosphere in the hotel was relaxed but professional. The rooms were amazing and our room in particular had a fantastic sea view and a huge balcony.

Positiv:: Muss einen frühen Flug nehmen und ein Auto zum Flughafen Split zurückbringen. Also erwarten Sie Flugzeug- und Straßenlärm. Nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zu einem schönen, gemeinschaftlichen Strand mit Einheimischen ist jedoch schön. Gut für die letzte Nacht, besonders wenn es Samstag ist und der Flughafen ein Stau ist.

Positiv:: Overall very nice hotel,with a very friendly staff. Location is up on the hill which at first seemed far but the views of the harbor are beautiful especially at sunset and in the evening. There is a bus that run pretty regularly so it easy to get around. Rooms and all facilities were very clean and well kept.

Positiv:: We liked everyhting about the hotel. Although it is about 4kms out of Dubrovnic, there is hotel shuttle bus which will transport you into town at your request for a minimal fee. The return trip is just as easy. There is a bus and a cab ride is about 70 kina (about $a13). The views are fantastic and we walked down the stairs to the bottom of the hill which brought us into 'real' Dubrivnic. This was GREAT!! The rooms are very comfortable and clean(keep in mind this is not an expensive hotel..if you want luxury and pampering then this is NOT for you) and the staff excellent. They were very friendly and obliging. Nothing was too much trouble!! The breakfasts were great!! A god variety and plenty of everything. The only small thing (and I'm scraping the bottle of the barrel here) is that the bathroom glasses were not changed every day and the wifi internet didn't work well. We highly recommend it and will definitely stay there again!!!
