Positiv:: Das Grill Restaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert, die Speisen sind sehr gut und das Personal professionell und freundlich. Schöne Hotelanlage mit tollen Gärten.

Negativ:: Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig, die Badezimmer in der Junior Suite sehr alt und der Geruch im Zimmer schlecht, vermutlich durch die Klimaanlage verursacht. Der Service am Pool und am Strand lässt zu wünschen übrig, das Frühstück ist auf Masse ausgelegt und nicht besonders gut.

Positiv:: Der Garten ist der Hammer, das Buffet am Pool lässt mittags keine Wünsche offen, das MC Café bietet eine sehr tolle Karte an, einfach nur top!,,,

Positiv:: The property is incredible! brids singing and so much green and nature. Kids club is by far the best I’ve ever seen in resorts. It has organic garden and so many different activities for both indoor and outdoor. They have beautiful beach in front and fantastic pools. I personally enjoyed my stay a lot!

Negativ:: There isn’t much I would put in here really. They will improve their fitness program as i was in the off season with them and they didn’t have all of the coaches available for me when I asked for them, but they offered something other instead and it worked well. Gym is small in my opinion, but everything in this hotel invites you to stay outdoors - run, rest, eat...

Positiv:: Stunning grounds, good beach location. Room was amazingly comfortable and staff were generally great.

Negativ:: Slightly stuffy attitude (you must wear trousers for dinner in 30 degree heat) and some prices felt excessive for example 6 euros for a bottle of water by the pool

Negativ:: Didn’t realise there was no door to the bathroom but instead was a room divider that you had to pull across. Would have been good to know before check in.

Positiv:: Das Zimmer war sehr viel mit liebe ausgestattet. Tolle deko, handwaschenbecken war sehr cool. Bett hart und bequem. Sauber und auch ruhig. Bald gern wieder.

Negativ:: Alles war sehr gut. Fand nix, was mir nicht gefallen hat.

Positiv:: War am Anfang etwas skeptisch, weil das Hostal nur einen Stern hat, aber das war grundlos. Die Gemeinschaftsflächen als auch die Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll und individuell eingerichtet. Alles war zudem sehr sauber und die Besitzerin sehr nett. Wir wurden sogar vorab per Whatsapp kontaktiert und über Parkmöglichkeiten informiert.

Negativ:: Klimaanlage war direkt über dem Bett und es ist etwas hellhörig. Aber ansonsten top!

Negativ:: Very dirty, needs new bedspreads, maybe some shampoo, shower was falling apart, not enough toilet paper in the bathroom. The mgmt could work a lot harder to make some small but sorely needed changes.

Positiv:: Helle Zimmer, nett eingerichtet, top saubere Unterkunft, nette Angestellte. Das Zimmer wurde auch noch am späten Nachmittag gereinigt. Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in der schönen Altstadt. Wer am Abend gemütlich in den vielen Bars oder Restaurants essen, trinken und feiern möchte, da ist diese Unterkunft ideal. Es ist bis ca. 24.00 Uhr (... und später) immer etwas los und kann daher bei geöffnetem Fenster auch mal etwas laut sein. Nur etwa 10 min. zur Strandpromenade/Strand. Einige Läden laden zum shoppen ein. Eine Busstation/Busbahnhof ist mit einem aufsteigenden Weg in gut 20 min. zu erreichen.

Negativ:: In der ersten Juni-Woche findet ein Fest statt, welches zu den unterschiedlichsten Morgen- und Vormittagsstunden mit "Böllerschüssen" gefeiert wird. Es wäre nett gewesen, die Gäste vorher darüber zu informieren. Bei Nachfragen von Informationsmaterial war in der Unterkunft kaum etwas vorhanden. So musste der "I" aufgesucht werden, wo man leider auch nur teilweise Auskunft und Informationsmaterial bekam. Am Besten zu Hause mit allem eindecken, was Ausflugsziele, Entfernung usw. betrifft. Das Frühstück wird sehr nett angerichtet, ist jedoch für 24,00 € für zwei Personen nicht gerechtfertigt.

Positiv:: Es war traumhaft! Und das mitten in der historischen Altstadt! So etwas wünscht man sich nur! Absolut wunderbar ist das Frühstück! So liebevoll zubereitet, es macht nur Freude und wir hätten es nicht missen wollen - wir hätten sonst etwas versäumt .

Negativ:: We did not use the breakfast option as it had to be ordered the day before. We were not sure whether at 12 euros for a continental breakfast it was value for money. We may be incorrect as we did not see anyone taking breakfast. No coffee making facilities in room but coffee making was available in the lounge.

Positiv:: Everything! Amazing accommodation in a beautiful location, right in the heart of a busy old town marbella. Open up the window and you'll hear the sound of people enjoying their nights, music, and the like; close it and you won't hear a thing! Fantastic facilities and a very cute balcony for the brilliant summer weather!

Positiv:: If you’re looking for a real great experience this is your place. La morada mas Hermosa is the heart of ancient town of Marbella, in a calm pedestrian area surrounded by a truly magic and timeless atmosphere. Less than 10 min walking to the playa, in a great area full of lovely restaurants, bars and facilities. La morada is a renewed typical house in a small and iconic calle full of flowers, probably the nicest in town. Our room was simply perfect and stylish. Double comfy beds and a big bathroom with every day fresh organic cotton towels. It was all super clean, silent. We appreciated the calm, the location and the kindness of the staff. We really felt like at home. Highly recommended!!!

Positiv:: Das kleine Hotel liegt etwas versteckt in der Altstadt von Marbella. Es hat ein wunderbares Ambiente , wir haben imTurmzimmer übernachtet. Alles voller Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die individuelle Möglichkeit zur Wahl des Frühstücks - finden wir eine gute Idee.

Positiv:: Das Frühstück war sehr vielfälltig. Der DJ und die Musik im Beachclub waren perfekt. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Das Hotel hat außergewöhnlich viele Mitarbeiter, die sehr professionell arbeiten. Beim einchecken bekamen wir ungefragt eine Erfrischung angeboten, dass war äußerst aufmerksam. Die Lobby und die Zimmer sind klar, frisch und elegant.

Negativ:: Wenn viele Leute zu der Hauptzeit 9.30 bis 11.00 frühstücken werden die Plätze vergeben. Das ist sehr gut aber danach sind die Mitarbeiter gelegentlich in der Organisation überfordert. Aber eigentlich nicht der Rede wert.

Positiv:: Tolle Lage, luxuriöses Hotel, hier waren wir nicht das letzte Mal. Service und Personal Top! Hier fühlte man sich stets wohl.

Negativ:: Das Personal sollte mehr darauf achten, dass Hotelgäste nicht einfach in nahegelegenen Supermärkten einkaufen und dann Sandwiches und Getränke von dort am Pool konsumieren. Sowas geht gar nicht in solch einem Hotel. Aber auch nach dem Hinweis an das Personal würde nichts dagegen unternommen.

Positiv:: Dieses Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.Das Frühstück war toll und natürlich auch der sehr schöne Beach Club direkt vorm Hotel!Sehr angenehm sind die gemütlichen Liegen am Strand und das man abends auch länger am Strand bleiben kann, ist woanders nicht immer üblich. Das Hotel ist klasse und hat uns toll gefallen. Die Altstadt ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß gut zu erreichen und wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder! Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend und immer gut gelaunt, was uns besonders aufgefallen ist! Der Urlaub war einfach schön und bleibt unvergesslich.

Positiv:: Pool is amaising. Appartement was big and confortable. TV in all rooms. Nice kitchen. Great balcony.

Negativ:: Half day price to check out at 14h00 is exagerated . Full day rate for 16h checkout. Bed are a bit over used. Extremely soft and mine was not totally Flatt for that reason.

Positiv:: Das Appartement war sehr groß und geschmackvoll modern ausgestattet. Wir hatten 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, einen großzügigen Grundriss (120 qm) mit guter Küche, ein riesiges WZ (eher ungenutzt, da Traumwetter und wir auf der Terrasse waren, die mit Esstisch und Lounge ausgestattet war) und waren mit 5 Personen rundherum zufrieden. Es mangelte - auch in der Küche - an nichts. Die Lage innerhalb der Anlage war nicht ganz so weit oben (nur 1. Stock) und nicht ganz soweit vorne am Meer (100 m) wie wir das gerne gehabt hätten. In der Anlage gibt es auch Appartements direkt an der Wasserfront, unseres war seitlicher Meerblick, aber die ganze Anlage war mit großem Pool ausgestattet, im tropischen Garten gelegen plus direktem Meerzugang - also Jammern auf hohem Niveau ;-). Die sehr große, aus 3 Gebäuden bestehende, Appartmentanlage (überwiegend private Appartements, daher gut ausgestattet) verfügt über eine großzügige Tiefgarage...optimaler Abstellplatz für das Mietauto. Von hier aus haben wir uns die Küste und das Landesinnere in Tagestouren erobert. Optimaler Ausgangspunkt! Sehr ruhige Lage, leerer Strandabschnitt trotz Hauptsaison, während sich in Marbella downtown und Porto Banjos die Menschen am Strand dicht drängten. Von daher ein Zusatzplus, da gerade mal von beiden Hotspots 15 Min mit dem Auto entfernt (mittig gelegen).

Negativ:: wie gesagt hätte es innerhalb der Anlage noch näher am Meer bwz. höher gelegen sein können, aber das lag nicht in unserer Macht.

Negativ:: Key cards constantly had to be re aligned to door locks, sometimes on the same day

Positiv:: Location is beautiful, the apartment is also very nice, roomy, nice views etc.

Negativ:: Upon check in, the host did not explain much about the locking of the garden sliding doors. The first night we went to dinner somebody broke into the apartment and stole a bag with over 10K euro of camera equipment, spare car key, etc. The host explained later that we should have used an extra (hidden) lock at the bottom of the door. This ruined the stay a bit.

Positiv:: The location, and the property itself were amazing. the cost was extremely reasonable considering what you were getting. 3 bedroom 3 full bath with a terrace overlooking the Mediterranean. It was amazing. The apartment was a bit dated. But the views and all the amenities you would not even notice. Incredible location. Will be going back next year.

Negativ:: There was not a lot I did not like. Only complaint was the hot water did not last long. But no worries. It could not put a damper on the beautiful apartment and the views.

Positiv:: This is our second time staying at Playa Esmeralda, it's in a great location on the Golden Mile, 15 min walk along the beach front to the Port, and 10 Euro in a cab to Marbella Old Town. The pool area and gardens are well maintained and everything is clean. Aldi being over the road is a real bonus. Daily servicing / cleaning.

Sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal; insbesondere der Besitzer ist sehr hilfsbereit, wir hatten ein Problem mit unserem Mietauto und diesbezüglich hat er uns sehr geholfen.Außerdem haben wir gute Tips für unsere Fahrten nach Malaga, Granada, Ronda etc bekommen.

Positiv:: Right from the moment we arrived we were made to feel at home. Stallian who was at the front desk offered us a choice of welcome drinks and gave us freshly squeezed orange juice. He carried our HEAVY bags two floors to our room even when we insisted to help him. He was extremely helpful right through our stay and very proactive as well. Always offering suggestions and asking us if we need anything. The rest of the staff was also fabulous. Ramon who was usually there in the mornings serving us our breakfast always asked us if we wanted to have anything specific. He made sure we were comfortable and came up with some excellent suggestions for sightseeing. My 10 year old son loved talking to him. Olivia who was at the front desk in the evenings was also very warm and engaging. She came up with some really nice suggestions for Dinner and would always ask us how our day has gone by when we returned from sightseeing in the evenings. Denise and Tatiana were also very friendly and helpful. The Head Chef, Nicholas made it a point to come and meet with us during breakfast and ask us if the food was as per our expectations and if we need anything else. Our children loved his grilled ham and cheese sandwiches and he made it a pint to pack a few of them for us every day. The Hotel is also very beautiful with its beautiful and tasteful interiors and its history. All in all it was a memorable stay and we hope to come back one day to Hotel Claude.

Positiv:: Die Unterkunft liegt zentral in der Altstadt und ist aufgrund ihrer Größe für mehrere Personen sehr gut geeignet. Das Personal ist sehr nett.

Negativ:: Parkplätze sind nur in einem naheliegender Parkplatz möglich. Ist nicht ganz günstig, jedoch aufgrund der Lage und der Mehrpersonen-Belegung verschmerzbar.

Positiv:: We had arranged an airport transfer due to travelling with our 11 month old son. The driver, Miguel, was an absolute gentleman, and our son adored him! We were warmly greeted on arrival at the hotel by name (a lovely personal touch), and were advised that both of our rooms had been upgraded! We had a beautiful room with a hot tub on the roof, overlooking the gorgeous town. The cot was already made up, with cute bedding, and he slept so comfortably in it. We also had some cooking facilities, which was a bonus with travelling with a baby. The location of the hotel was perfect. Less than a minute from Plaza de los Naranjos, and close to the church where we were attending a wedding. We chose the hotel for the location, but would love to return for the overall experience. Just sad we weren’t staying longer!

Positiv:: The hotel is in located on an adorable location in Old town Marbella. It is close to access Marbella’s beaches and promenade as well. The staff here are so kind - we had an emergency situation during our stay and they were helpful and very compassionate. I would highly recommend anyone stay here if you are visiting Marbella!

Negativ:: The price was too high for the service. The pool was small. The room was dark and there was little natural light coming in. The card key did not work well for us. The guests opposite to our room were very noisy.

Positiv:: This was one of the best places I have ever stayed, everything was so beautiful and clean the staff were all lovely, it’s a short stroll to the beach and you are in the old part of town which has history.

Negativ:: I didn’t like that we went to the pool down at the beach on our first days with our family to be rudely spoken to by two of your staff members and how we where treated when we booked a bed very bad service not once did anyone come over to ask did we want a drink etc we where humiliated in front of everyone as we went to sit down on a couple of beds to be told to get back up that they where reserved and then when I asked is it possible to reserve a couple of beds she said this is not possible but yet she had theses beds reserved for others who where not even from the hotel I’ve never been so insulted in my life we Normally stay in the marriot next door and we heard good reviews about your hotel and staff so we decided we would give it a go least to say will not happen again. from that day on we didn’t go to the pool or use any of your facilities as our family felt intimidated and would not join us at our hotel again so we just went to there house for each day of our holiday I’m very sorry to say this and Wright a bad review but this was possibly the worst experience of a hotel we ever stayed in thanks.

Das Bad und die modernen Einrichtung und vor allem sehr sauberen und gepflegten Raum hat mich noch meine Erwartung begeistert. Vielen Dank für die sehr Netten und Hilfsbereiten Staff.

Negativ:: Im Restaurant hätte Ich liebe auch typischen Andalusischen Spezialität gerne am liebsten probiert. Leider es war nur die eingeschränkten Angebot aus Ihre Wochen Menü Karte zu Verfügung da! Aber den Kellner waren sehr bemüht mit Ihren Augaben mich zufrieden zu machen.

Positiv:: Das Hotel Oasis ist ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen! Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam uns ausnehmend freundlich. Das einzige was ein wenig das Gesamtergebnis trübte war das Frühstück aber das war darauf zurück zufrieden hören das ein Event dort stattfand und dadurch vieles falsch lieg.

Positiv:: Excellent location, only a few minute walk to the old town and a 5-10 min walk to the beach. Room appeared to be recently decorated and the air con was decent. Reception provided extra towels on request. Beds (plus sofa bed) were comfortable. Cleaner tidied room - made beds changed towels everyday.

Negativ:: Pool area was very cosy but it was still a big enough pool for a dip with about 15 (?) beds (didn’t use the pool everyday as the beach was really nice and reasonable close). No airer on the balcony for towels or wet swimming gear so had to use patio chairs but nothing major

Positiv:: Rooms spotless, amenities in the room excellent. The staff both in the reception and housekeeping very good, polite and very helpful. Considering it's location it was fantastic value for money. It is literally a 5 min walk to the port/beach in Mabella and hundreds of shops, restaurants and fast food outlets. PERFECT. There is a little tappas bar in the hotel that serves a buffet style breakfast (all you can eat type set up) for €6.50, no need to book ahead you can avail of this on a daily basis. It is a little bit hilly but if you are any way ok for walking it's not a problem. I was with my 82 year old mother and with the heat (average °28 daily) it was a bit of a struggle. Overall, will most certainly be booking this hotel again.

Positiv:: Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel (Zimmer, Lobby, Restaurant, Poolanlage) und hat eine tolle Atmosphäre. Das Essen im Hotel ist hervorragend. Die Mitarbeiter waren zudem sehr freundlich.

Negativ:: Das Hotel ist ja nicht direkt am Meer - verfügt aber über einen Beachclub am Meer. Ich hätte für mich und meine beiden Kids jeden Tag 45 Euro bezahlen müssen und das ist einfach Abzocke! Der berühmte Jachthafen ist zu Fuss in 15 Minuten erreichbar - das eigentliche Marbella wäre zu weit ohne Auto, Taxi oder Bus. Der Strand in der Nähe des Hotels ist übersäht mit vielen Steinen und der Strandabschnitt ist nicht schön. Also auch hier muss man ca. 15 Minuten laufen oder mit dem Auto fahren.

Positiv:: Overal decor of all areas is wonderful, very serene with all white holiday resort feel. Very instagramable. Rooms are very specious (ours was 49 sq m), bathroom as well. Plenty of towels in the bathroom - I liked that!

Negativ:: I found the service at the pool bar not up to spec, both in terms of timing and overall politeness. I had to wait 20 mins at a time until our order was taken etc. Quite snooty ladies, sadly. I was a bit shocked. We also had a bad luck last night - our neighbours decided to listen to a very loud music at 5 am. Hotel security sorted it out but it was quite an unpleasant experience. I understand it was not hotel's faults but this impact how we see our stay at the hotel. Beds were over all ok, but at 5 star hotels I expect better quality sheets. Photos of the hotel on booking.com suggest that hotel is in quite remote location where in fact it is in a quite a but up area. It was fine with me but I was surprised. Pool area is relatively small.

Negativ:: Could have been a decent stay (rooms are nice and big, if a bit dated; breakfast buffet is good; pool area ok but also a bit dated) if not for 2 major flaws: - during our stay, a group of British youth drinking non-stop at the pool and in the pool, pints galore. Chatting up girls, behaving obnoxiously, and the pool staff were only happy to keep supplying them with pints of beer and cocktails. Felt more like Magaluf than Marbella. Needless to say, we didn't return to the pool and went to outside beach clubs. The partying extended into the night, of course. The rowdy noise from the bar area and the garden (which all the better rooms overlook!) ran on until 3 in the morning. Repeated calls to reception to complain had zero effect. Basically, the clientele while we were there was like something out of cheap Channel Five reality show, and the hotel management didn't seem bothered by it at all. - we had added a last minute booking to our two rooms for two additional nights, but when we needed to leave earlier than planned, one of the two rooms turned out to be non refundable and the hotel had zero sympathy in refunding the payment.

Positiv:: Big and clean appartment and the overall property, nice pools, good service.

Negativ:: 2km away from Puerto Banus. The problem is the city of Puerto Banus where is hard to find a parking place in the evening - at reasonable price.

Positiv:: Staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough to help and resolve any issues. The WhatsApp communication with the reception was so handy. Rooms were clean and spacious, and were well equipped with all utensils. I would highly recommend these apartments.

Negativ:: Distance from Puerto Banus isn’t quickly walkable, but taxis aren’t too expensive. No sun beds around the pools meant we had to lie on our towels on the grass - we are all bitten my mosquitoes because of this. Keys are confusing; we were given three keys and could only work out what two of them were for (apartment and gate). Hot water in the showers was unreliable, we often ended up having quick, cold showers.

Positiv:: Patricia was very helpful at the frontdesk. The location is perfect for families. Very well maintained compound with a supermarket on walking distance.

Negativ:: The cleaning service was quite disappointing. The beds were not very confortable. The furniture is not as fancy as how it looks on the pictures.

Positiv:: The location, the apartment was great, location only down the road from the supermarket and shops. The free bus to take you into Puerto Banus. The cava on arrival.

Negativ:: The check-in could have been a bit earlier, wecouldn't check in until after 2.30pm.

Positiv:: the 3 bead room and 2 bathroom apartment was amazing , with a terrace facing the swimming pool , 5 mi driving to Puerto banus , there was a supermarket inside the complex, the internet was fast , and there was a dishwasher and a washing machine, safety was very high.

Negativ:: it was a bit noisy in day time because we where close to the pool.

Positiv:: The hotel located on top of the hill, so is quiet and peaceful, lot of flowers and trees, and air is full of oxygen and aromas. Terrace has an amazing view from up to down. Chef made nice salad with his unique honey sauce. It is quite far from city centre but it worth to drive there if you want romantic ambience instead of crowded beach area.

Positiv:: The staff (especially Marta) were very helpful and friendly. The room was large and spacious, we had a small issue with our air conditioning that was fixed immediately. The breakfast was delicious! The hotel & pool area was extremely quiet and relaxing, it felt like we had the place to ourselves most days.

Negativ:: The location - unfortunately the hotel isn't within walking distance of any shops, restaurants or bars. We didn't have a car with us so had to get local taxis/Ubers to Marbella old town (approx. €10 each way) every day. It's very remote so if you don't have a car you should factor in the extra cost of travelling into the town.

Positiv:: Der 5-tägige Aufenthalt im Marbella Heights hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Nach wenigen Minuten fühlt man sich wie Zuhause. Es ist sehr ruhig und entspannend - ideal um ein wenig abzuschalten. Kleiner Pool mit sensationellen Aussichten. José, der Inhaber, zusammen mit seinem Personal sind ein wundervolles Team.

Negativ:: Ein Mietauto ist von Vorteil. Das Hotel ist etwas abgelegen, um kurz etwas essen zu gehen braucht man ein Taxi / Uber. Wir waren ohne Mietauto dort - ein Taxi ins Zentrum kostet um die 12E. Das ist keine Kritik, nur eine Empfehlung.
