Hotels in Paris - in der Nähe von: Hôtel des Invalides

Positiv:: Die Lage ist die beste und an einer ruhigen Straße, aber mitten in allem. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel und obwohl das Zimmer klein war, ließen uns die 14'-Decken, die hochwertige Ausstattung und das großartige Bad lässt keine wünsche offen. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut, es gab viele kalte Speisen, aber es gab auch leckere Omelettes. Der Pool/das Spa/die Sauna waren großartig! Das ganze Erlebnis lässt Sie sich wie Ihr in der Ritz fühlen, aber in viel kleinerem Maßstab, was uns sehr gefiel. Würde sofort wieder hier übernachten!

Positiv:: Upon arrival I was told my room was unavailable because the previous guest was ill. The staff had already made arrangements for me to stay in a 4 star hotel across the street and I was moved in very efficiently. The next morning I brought my luggage back to Splendid and when I returned later in the day my luggage had been put in my room and I was told I was upgraded because of the inconvenince. The staff greeted me by name each day and was courteous and helpful with directions and reservations. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to friends.

Positiv:: Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet! Es liegt in der Nähe vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten (Eiffel, Champs Elyees, Rue Cler usw.). Mein Mann und ich sind überall hin gegangen - sogar zum Louvre, Musee d'Orsay, Notre Dame, St. Chapelle. Alle diese sind innerhalb von 3 km vom Hotel entfernt. Unser Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr hilfreich, was unseren Aufenthalt so viel angenehmer machte. Wir werden in dieses Hotel zurückkehren.

Positiv:: Loved the location only a short easy walk to the Eiffel tower. We also enjoyed buying breakfast at Rue Cler streeet market and the fact the subway was so very close (about one block). The staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent english. They loaned us umbrellas the one day it rained.

Positiv:: The best is the location! The hotel is truly located in the heart of Paris. It only takes a couple of minutes to get to the Eiffel Tower and you can even see part of it from the hotel room. Apart from it there is an abundance of shops in cafes on the same street. During one week in Paris we never had to rely on public transport, we could easily access all worth visiting sight seeing attractions on foot despite the fact that we were travelling with a little baby.

Positiv:: This hotel and its staff were wonderful until the heat wave at which point the A. C. broke for 20 hrs. throughout the hotel EXCEPT the lobby which I quickly discovered that I would just camp out there until I could breathe in our room. After 12 hrs and our 3rd trip downstairs, we were offered a fan which helped. Many were not given that option. One couple checked out early and was charged for the day. After requesting a discount for the miserable 20 hrs, my husband was credited with his breakfast he had eaten( I eat Pastries in our room). It was the dishonest with the different guests that bothered me the most(“They are working on it” the first night to “We hope they are coming today.” on the 2nd night and telling one couple “It’s working. It takes a while to kick on” after being out for 12 hrs. This is really a beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff that seemed to have no support system to help them with this situation. This was their 2nd heat wave this summer. I didn’t see on the news where a lot of air conditioning units were out so it seemed to be just be our problem.

Spacious bathroom. Much better than most of 3 stars hotel in Paris and quite budget for this city. Highly recommended.

Positiv:: My room was quite clean and large enough to walk around. The shower/bathroom/bed were great. The staff were also very friendly (2 shifts). Beside there is a lovely french restaurant that you can enjoy an evening, but make sure you have reservation.

Positiv:: Toppertje! The bed is fantastic, good bathroom, rooms are functional and nicely refurbished in a modern/designer style. The staff is very friendly and service oriented, walking the extra mile with a smile (helping with luggage, keeping the bar open for us when all we had were 2 wines, searching for places for us to go to etc.) and even deducted the breakfast charge from our end-bill since we did not take any breakfast! (late sleep-ins in the 5* bed ;)) Well, I stayed in many hotels world wide but that never happened to me before. We both would love to come back again. Note that we had a good last-minute deal.
