Grand Hotel Fleming

4 Sterne sind deutlich zu viel, aber für 45,- Eur / Doppelzimmer ist das Preis / Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar.

Bar sollte um 0.30 schliessen, tut es aber bereits um 23.30. Trotzt mehrfacher Bitte um ein Taxi für 5 personen zu bestellen, tut es das Hotel einfach nicht, sondern versucht einen überteuerten Fahrservice zu vekaufen. Das kleine Restaurant um die Ecke bestellet dann das Taxi in 5 Minuten.

Hotel war sehr sauber

Servicepersonal konnte kaum englisch, Frühstück war etwas dürftig

Sauberkeit, Komfort, Fruehstuck-Bufee, freie Platz vor dem Hotel fuer Reisebus,

Nicht ganz freundliche Umgehen durch Receptionspersonal mit uns. Enge Raumen in den Zimmer.

Rome is a beautiful city and the Grand Hotel did have close regular buses to enable you to see as much as you wanted.

I found the bedroom tiny, as was the bathroom. The sink frequently leaked when water was run. You could hear everything going on in the surrounding rooms. The staff were definitely there just to do their job and seemed resentful of any queries you may have and thoroughly unhelpful.

Nothing much.

The walls are paper thin, the elevator doors buzzing every couple of minutes. The unfriendly front desk staff. The location- €10 - €15 for a taxi to the nearest Metro.

I selected this hotel because the price was low for a 4 star hotel. But to be honest it did not fulfilled my expectations.

The first thing you will notice when you arrive at the hotel and during all your stay is that the staff is not polite and not helpful.The hotel location is not good for tourists.You have to walk to the busstop,wait for the only bus that can take you to the nearest metro station and take the metro again to go to the historical Rome. The towels and bedcloths were not really clean. The bathroom is very very small.The hotel is said to be a 4star but they didn't even have slippers.On the 1st day we arrived at the hotel at around 4pm, the staff at the reception took our passports for registration and didnot give them back to us until noon claiming they were busy.At other hotels we stayed during our visit to Italy, registration took only 5min!

there was a small restaurant next to the hotel. the food was very good, attentive staff , value for money above all they smile

staff were rude,no attentive service or eye contact, room stinks like drainage, they don't even change the bed covers or pillow covers but they charge full day price & they also call them that they are four star hotel. As a four star hotel they don't even provide tea/ coffee in the bedrooms. they advertised american b/f but providing continental b/f. In their website they have mentioned wi-fi facility but the wi-fi doesn't work for more than a week. Above all when i raised these issues to the general manager he doesn't have any clue what's going on in the hotel.No improvement were made. normally if you stay in a hotel is heaven but this one is hell !!!!!. i strongly will not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Location was ok.

This is supposed to be a 4 start hotel and we asked for an iron and they didn't have one! The hotel staff was not friendly at all.
