Positiv:: Service, Einrichtung, Lage und Aussicht machen dieses Hotel zu einem der unvergesslichsten und angenehmsten Hotels, in denen wir je waren. Kunstarbeiten sind erstaunlich und haben offensichtlich viel Zeit und Rücksicht genommen, da alles perfekt gestylt ist.

Positiv:: refreshment was good. lounge was comfortable and I like the pianist who perform the music from 1930-2300.

Positiv:: The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is lovely and location is very close to the centre of the city with a beautiful sea view. It is really a pleasant hotel to stay.

Positiv:: Das Bellevue Syrene ist sehr ruhig und optimal gelegen. Auf der einen Seite hat man einen traumhaft schönen Blick auf den Vesuv und den Golf von Neapel und auf der anderen Seite ist man sofort mitten im Herzen von Sorrent um zu bummeln etc. Die alte Villa ist wunderschön, genau wie ihre hellen, freundlichen, sehr gut ausgestatteten und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmer. Das Personal ist nett und zuvorkommend, dabei aber immer sehr dezent. Auch für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen.

Positiv:: Ruhiges Hotel in bester Lage. Auch für Kurzurlaub sehr gut geeignet. Sehr freundliche Atmosphäre und perfekter, dabei aber dezenter Service. Allerdings: Zimmer nur im Haupthaus buchen wegen Ausblick und Atmosphäre!

Positiv:: In kurzen Worten: Wenn Sorrent, dann Bellevue Syrene. Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich - auf der einen Seite das Meer und der Blick über den Golf (Privatsteg fürs Bad am Morgen!); auf der anderen Seite abends bummeln etc. In der Kombination also der perfekte Ort für den Urlaub. Das Haus selbst ist sehr schön (auch und besonders in den Details), der Service in allen Bereichen erstklassig.

Positiv:: Alles! Sehr aufmersames Personal mit perfektem Serviceangebot. Das Reastaurant bietet einen Blick über die Bucht von Neapel den man sich nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit nicht entgehen lassen sollte. Die Qualität der Spreisen und Getränkesind sehr gut und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ebenfalls. Die Zimmer sind für dies Region sehr groß und weit überdurchschnittlich ausgestattet.

Positiv:: An excellent location. We could walk out our door and be in the main street of Sorrento. The hotel was also close to the train station. Our studio room was very spacious.

Positiv:: sonia, the owner was wonderful and answered all of our questions and tended to our every need. the room was very clean.the bath was a bit small but nothing to cancel our stay over.we stayed at another hotel while we visited sorrento but if we will visit again casa sorrentina will be the place for us.

Positiv:: Location is excellent, just off the main plazza with loads of restuarants and shopping stores. 10 min from train station. Sonia was extremely helpful. The apartment was very modern and spacious with everything included. Continential breakfast supplies and miilk replenished daily. WIFI was great.

Positiv:: The room we had was huge, with one Queen-size bed, two Queen-size pull-out sofa beds, and a large bathroom. Our balcony conveniently overlooked one of the bustling shopping streets. However, most stores close by 9-10pm, so it was not noisy late at night.The room also came with a kitchenette and some food for breakfast. Sonia, who helps run Casa Sorrentina, was extremely helpful and friendly. Because Casa Sorrentina has fewer rooms, the owners are able to be personally cater to the needs of each guest. In our case, Sonia helped us call the airport Lost and Found multiple times order to locate our luggage, translating our questions for the service attendants. She also provided great recommendations for local restaurants and shopping.

Positiv:: Sehr großzügiges Gelände zum Hotel, sehr gute Lage, alle Wünsche werden freundlich und zügig erledigt, super Aussicht im Essensaal, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, oft Abendprogramm, Hoteleigener Meereszugang mit Bar und kostenlosen Ausleihmöglichkeiten zum Schnorcheln (einige Brillen, Schnorchel, Flossen ehemaliger Hotelgäste, nehme ich an). Hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

Positiv:: Sehr gepflegtes, schönes Ambiente. Ausstattung im Hotel luxeriös und komfortabel zugleich. Atemberaubende Aussicht auf das Meer und Umgebung. Sehr ruhige Lage und perfekt zum Entspannen (vor allem am Pool und auf der Terrasse) Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal (besonders Serviceleitung im Restaurant!)

Positiv:: Freundliches Personal, schönes Zimmer mit prima Ausblick, nette Terrasse zum Frühstück. Frühstück hat seinen Schwerpunkt auf süße Beilagen, wenig herzhaftes wie Eier etc.. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Positiv:: Schöner Speisesaal mit Blick auf das Wasser. Das Frühstücksbüfett ist im Preis inbegriffen und lecker. Ich bekomme jeden Morgen einen Cappuccino und eine Kanne Kaffee, weil sie beide so gut machen. Abendessen hier sind echt toll! Das Zimmer ist groß, mit schönen, modernen Fliesenböden. Mir wird gesagt, dass jedes Zimmer ein anderes Fliesenmuster hat. Balkone blicken entweder auf den Park oder auf das Meer - Sie können nichts falsch machen.

Positiv:: It was described as a 5 star hotel I don't know acording to which standards, because I will not have given it more then 1 and a half star, the view is amazing and the gardens are beautiful the service was fine but the hotel has not been updated in years I know it's protected because of its famous designer and architect but the comfort meaning furniture and amenities are not up to any standards that makes it 5 stars. The Towels and bed linen where not soft or smelled fresh the room products where mediocre and the breakfast was stail and not impressive. Will not recommend it.

Der Service des Hotels (Gepäck wurde aus dem Auto geholt und aufs Zimmer gebracht, der Wagen wurde geparkt, Gepäck wurde bei Abreise aus dem Zimmer geholt). Der schön angelegte große Park der zu dem Hotel gehört. Die verschiedenen Terrassen mit dem wunderschönen Blick auf den Golf von Neapel. Das man von der Zimmerterrasse den Sonnenuntergang sehen kann. Kurzer Weg zur Altstadt.

Positiv:: die Lage ist unvergleichlich schön. Das Personal ist sachlich objektiv. Publikum sehr gemischt, am Frühstücksbuffet z.T. sehr anspruchsvoll, deshalb der Nachschub lahm.

Positiv:: Wunderschöne Architektur in originalem Zustand bis hin zur Möblierung. Ein historisches, einzigartiges Hotel mit wunderschöner Lage, sehr gut geführt. Freundlichkeit und Professionalität des Personals lassen keine Wünsche offen. Sehr bequemes Bett mit angenehmer Leinenbettwäsche. Wunderschön der Fussboden im Zimmer mit den blauweissen Kacheln, deren Muster optisch in die Meeresoberfläche übergeht.

Positiv:: Es ist dank des Architekten schon etwas besonderes.Restaurantempfehlungen waren sehr gut, ist aber zwingend Taxi von Nöten und dies recht teuer.
