Ideal liegt das Hotel, wenn man einen Tagesausflug nach Madrid plant. Busstation direkt vor der Tür, aber keine Lärmbelästigung, weil die Busse unterirdisch abfahren.

Die Architektur des AC Hotel Ciudad de Toledo wurde dem Stil der Umgebung angepasst. Es bietet hervorragende Einrichtungen und einen besonders hohen Servicestandard. Es ist alles vorhanden, was zu einem angenehmen Aufenthalt gehört.

Positiv:: Die Lage abseits der supertouristischen Altstadt war perfekt, die regelmäßige Buslinie der Stadt hielt direkt vor dem Hotel, das Personal war wundervoll und hilfreich (besonders dank Cristina :-)). Das Frühstücksbüfett war so lecker mit einer guten Auswahl an wundervollen spanischen Speisen und Nespresso-Kaffee. Restaurant und Bar in der Nähe mit großartigem Blick auf die Altstadt. Positiv:: Die Lage war perfekt in der Innenstadt, Das Zimmer war wunderschön und geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Parken nebenan war sehr einfach und wurde von 20 auf 14 Euro für Hotelgäste vergünstigt. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit bei der Planung unserer Tour durch die Stadt sowie bei Fragen zu unserem Aufenthalt.

Positiv:: We had a corner room on the 2nd floor that gave us a great view of the plaza and a nearby street from our balconies. We especially enjoyed watching the people on the plaza going about their daily lives as well as the two demonstrations that took place during our stay. The hotel was conveniently located so we could walk to all of the attractions that interested us. The staff was friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions even though we speak no Spanish and they sometimes had to struggle to understand us.
