Negativ: We waited THREE HOURS just to check our bags; we didn't have time for a meal prior to boarding as a result. Were told in-flight that they should've given us vouchers, and now we'd have to pay for something to eat. Our luggage was lost and took four days to be delivered.

Negativ: The plane was late and we were all crammed into a tiny area whilst we waited to board. We got on straight after the previous passengers disembarked so the plane had not been cleaned well and the whole flight was uncomfortable as it was so hot. The staff were rude in the check in at the Basel airport

Negativ: 5 hour of delay!!!! For the second time in the same flight

Negativ: London train cancellations made us late to check in--35 minutes before departure. Easy Jet requires check-in no later than 40 minutes before departure. We were denied boarding and no refund for our two tickets.

Positiv: It was uneventful and on time

Positiv: From the moment we checked in at Barcelona airport the airport staff were brilliant, my partner and his daughter are on the autism spectrum and struggle with crowds and social behaviour, but the gentleman that escorted us and helped us board could not have been nicer thank you

Negativ: The staff were great but there was a rather large rid group that could have triggered an episode, but after a quiet word with the crew we were again supported a quick exit

Negativ: Get rid of the nickel and diming!

Positiv: The only thing I liked was ease of booking and price.

Negativ: It is like a CT scan you are packed in and there is no room to even breath. Thank god it was only a little over an hour. Landing was horrible and one gentleman even wanted to throw up.

Negativ: The boarding representative wasn’t very welcoming and the baggage hold volunteering wasn’t explained fully to passengers, otherwise they’ll volunteer.

Positiv: Crew were very helpful. I had just had surgery and were very accommodating especially after I was very sick.

Negativ: Better leg room and organisation of the hand luggage in above lockers

Positiv: The seats were comfortable, despite the fact that they didn't recline.

Negativ: We waited in cues repeatedly waiting to board. The check in crew kept separating people into different lines (unknown reasons). We were not told that the plane was late until after departure time. (by then, we had figured it out).

Positiv: Das Flugpersonal war ok und der Flug war auch "Just in Time".

Negativ: I booked and paid for special seats (last row in one of the cabins ) but they changed my seats as they changed the plane!

Negativ: The airplane was really old.

Positiv: Nothing stands out on this flight

Negativ: No delay, the same reason was used on our flight out. Had to wait for staff to join this flight, surely they would have know the night before. No hand luggage which would save a great deal of time

Positiv: Baggage drop informed gave us a heads up of extra charges to additional carry on bags if they need to be placed as hold luggage at gate, so we were able to check them at bag drop and save lots of money!

Negativ: Flight could have been on time.

Negativ: Plane was late taking off, Crew did not provide water when requested. They were busy with beverages that they could sell at a cost.

Positiv: Crew good, plane clean.

Negativ: Seats very cramped.

Negativ: At Heathrow, the boarding agents kept calling few passengers without letting the rest of the passengers know what was going on. Also the boarding was delayed without giving specific reason almost 50 min later. Finallly they said the boarding was delayed to catering and cleanning, which I could not believe since the plane has been on a tarmac close to an hour. Passengers were lining up to board, but one of the gate agent kept asking to sit down without giving any reason. Probable one of the worst boarding experience I have ever had in international flights.

Positiv: The crew were great. The waiting rooms in Basel euroairport were good

Negativ: A 7am flight with a two hour delay so we got up at 4am for nothing. The email woke us at 4am and said we must still check in at the same time. Once boarded we had a further delay of half an hour. The queues were quick at Basel but dreadful at passport control at Gatwick. Presumably because were were so late. Meant we had to run and stress ourselves to get next transport. We are too old for all that. If not for all that I would have been saying what a great flight

Positiv: Bag check in was great! Had a great experience with the Easy Jet staff. Security was u bit unfriendly.

Negativ: It is worth the price we paid for our round trip tickets. We were scrunched in, there are no frills. There is no food unless you want to buy it. Like I said, no frills, but worth the cheap ticket.

Positiv: Cheap fare for this short flight. New planes, seats while thin still offer acceptable comfort.

Negativ: Very long walk to the farthest end of terminal for gate and have to walk up the stairs to board plane on the tarmac. Not a single human being to help check in or tag luggage for drop off. Everything’s self service. The check in/luggage drop off counter difficult to find.

Negativ: Last-minute gate change with no announcement.

Negativ: the connection flight from geneva BA terminal 5 and Virrgin to miami Termianl 3 was terrible too long, dble security check, etc... too much walk, long distance walk even at Miami, it was too much, too tired it was my first time with Virgin atlantic, i will not repeat it, on top , they have no flexibility for upgrade Upper class they asked 1300 pounds. last time i flew with Airfrance geneva,paris, miami,it was fantastic, i had an Upgrad to biz class for 800 euros and the connection in paris was easy

Negativ: Miserable food offering, better to Payless for the flight and buy what you want - if you want something at all - than have a free drink and a biscuit.

Positiv: The boardin personnel was unbelievably rude..they didnt let us board our very small luggages despite the plane was half empty. When we insisted they started laughing and threathen us of letting us miss our flight,with the attitude ignorants display when they are given a bit of authority
