Will never book through Kayak again. We got a very old van which had no a/c, had to drive with windows down, felt miserable, was making creaking noises all the time. The rear view mirrors were not working from inside, we had to manually adjust the outside glasses. We had to take an uber to the van rental place which added up costs, they have weird working hours from 8 am to 4 pm. Wasted my money booking through you, a mistake I'll never repeat.Bewertet am 24. Van was not available and we were not informed until we arrived even though they knew it would not be available. The courtesy driver told us that vans are regularly not available and that customers always have to figure out alternative plans last minute. This lead to a 4 hour delay while we looked for a rental because everything was closed and cars were scarce. I will never consider this company again.Bewertet am 25. Jan. 2023
