When I got there the lady (which was clearly on a bad mood) told me I had to pay an extra fee ($57 per day) because I was a foreign driver... I have rented many times from the big companies and never heard of such thing... also they said I had to pay an extra $25 because I was returning the car after hours (8pm) And over all I got a very damaged Van with over 90k miles.... I would never recommend this company unless they clear out their “policies and fees” upfrontBewertet am 12. Nov. 2021

Positiv:The van I expected was not available the day of pick up. I did receive an email saying my rental is ready for pick-up at 11 a.m. the day before. I was dropped off and never received a call or email saying my van is no longer available. I had to rent a vehicle from a different vendor for triple the price of the van I requested.Negativ:Communication to your customers. You sent the initial email saying that the my van was available for pick up yet NO ONE bother to notify me when it is no longer available.Bewertet am 22. Feb. 2021

Positiv:While I was on my way to pickup the vehicle I called the facility to let them know instead of 5 I am expecting to arrive there at 530pm. I was told by the staff member on phone that they close at 4pm and she was told by her boss not to wait and asked me to come next morning at 8 am if still of interest.Negativ:I will let other traveller's to note even when the booking is accepted for 5pm doesn't necessarily means the facility will be openBewertet am 13. Positiv:NOTHING. I called 3 times to have the shuttle pick me up. Then someone see the airport told her they were closed. I had to scramble to find another rental.Negativ:They should be open during reservation pickup and drop off times.Bewertet am 25. Aug. 2020

Negativ:Car was filthy on the inside, old food on seats and console. Van was in an obvious accident on back side and was told all of their vehicles have something wrong with them. Customer service was horrible. Never rent from AVR.Bewertet am 21. Juli 2020

Positiv:Daniel was very helpful. I asked reserved the van for 5pm and the place closed at 4pm. He stayed until I arrived at the location. It was a easy pickup and drop off.
