Wanted a Ford Edge, got a Toyota 4Runner that got 15-20mpg relatively a gas hog, only redemption was it has shift on the go was nice through Sequoia NP, and radar cruise control, was nice where traffic is light on esp 2 lane US hwy's.Bewertet am 25. Aug. 2021

When we showed up at midnight to pick up our vehicle, we were informed that it was not ready because it had to be cleaned. There was only one staff member and she was working as hard as she could to clean all the cars (as there were other people waiting before us). We waited almost an hour. This was especially disappointing because obviously Alamo knew when we were landing and when our reservation began, so a car should have been ready.Bewertet am 3. Aug. 2021

Negativ:I asked for a full size car, was given a compact SUV, was told that was an upgrade. Negative, the Chevy Malibu I requested has more cubic square feet over all than that compact SUV. We had a wedding party for our daughter's wedding and wanted the space, but I could barely get our luggage in this compact, much less more people with room.Bewertet am 9. Mai 2021
