The seats of the Nissan Altima were very comfortable since we had to sit in them for over 26 hours during a 35 hour period. We also were held up by traffic on our trip for many hours which meant our return time was going to be later than expected. Upon calling Alamo (Tiffany assisted me), it was taken care of quickly with no extra charge since it was still within the 2 day period for the rental. Lastly, the gas mileage was very good and better than what I was expecting for a large car.Bewertet am 30. Dez. 2022

My flight was delayed and I called and was informed that they would hold a car for me. Unfortunately when I arrived the rental car desk was closed. I had to spend over 100 dollars on Uber to take me too my hotel and then back to the airport the next day. Then when I finally go to pick up my car there are no cars available and there is line of people waiting in the cold to try and get rentals. Getting the car was easy, could even pick out what we wanted to drive in the lot! Returning was just as easy, someone came out to us and documented everything for us as we were unloading our bags. Highly recommend!Bewertet am 23. Dez. 2021
