They refused our reservation-ONCE WE WERE THERE- stating they ONLY rent to people who were on a flight Absolutely ridiculous. Set us behind almost three hours behind schedule. Not accepting my reservation is one thing, telling me when I’m standing there is another.Bewertet am 3. Juli 2023

I waited in line for almost an hour to pick up a car I had reserved days before. The attendant was very professional and personable and was working as fast as he could, but you need more than one person manning the counter! I felt bad for him. For that reason alone, I'd go with Hertz next time out of the CAK airport because there was no one in that line. The car was otherwise in perfect condition and the Clorox wipes were a very nice touch. But hire more people!Bewertet am 29. Dez. 2022
